It's an OK place to stay. Not bad. Only a few blocks off of the main street which was convenient. The living area is smaller than it appears in the pictures. The beds were not very comfortable. It wasn't dirty per se but could have used a little more attention to detail.
It was great to be able to bring our dog.

It was a great house and great location

Pros: We loved the short walk to Main Street in Frisco. We walked frequently to get breakfast burritos, coffee, dinner, and shopping. A short ride (in the winter) to the Rainbow Lake trailhead was very nice. The condo was comfortable and clean. Cons: The Summit Stage bus was not very easy for commuting to Breckenridge to ski. We tried once and waited a long time for the bus and stood for the 30 minute ride with our skis. The management company for this property was non-responsive. We had questions about cable (ended up there was no cable as advertised, only streaming service) and issues with a bathroom fan (housing hanging open over the toilet) and the toilet seat about to fall off and we never heard back from the management company about the bathroom issues the entire 3 week time we stayed.
Overall, we enjoyed the property, but would likely avoid renting from Vacassa in the future.

Loved the location, well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for party of 9.

Great location. Well stocked. Downstairs
bathroom ceiling was open and not
repaired. Refrigerator leaked periodically and needed to be replaced. With replacement of fridge and range and repair of bathroom ceiling this would be a great place.

Absolutely perfect stay for our family of 5! More than enough room. Here’s some of my favorites about this stay.
•Amazing location: we walked to coffee, brunch, the marina and even a late night bar. All less than 5 minutes walking.
•amazing master room! So spacious and a nice retreat at end of day
•nice large yard! The kids practiced basketball and soccer and we even grilled one night!!
•out the kitchen window is a mountainside…I almost booked another house for views…so glad I choose this one instead! We had a nice mountain in the backyard.
• soooooooo well stocked!!!! OMG! I’m always having to buy towels, washcloths and sometimes blankets…not here! They had extra extra of everything!
•Great kitchen! Loved the gas burners and quality pots and pans
We are already planning to come back!

This was our third time staying at this property and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. It’s a quick walk to Main Street and the Rainbow Lake trail head. Great location to stay if you want to take day trips to Copper Mountain, Breck, Vail and Georgetown.
Property manager was responsive and made sure everything was meeting our expectations. Plenty of space for our extended family to stay as we enjoyed our mountain vacation. Bonus - house and fenced in backyard were perfect for our pups.

Very comfortable well furnished property in a great location
Property is located just a few blocks off the main Frisco drag and a mile or so from I70...Great access delivered. Found the kitchens and bedrooms to be well furnished and clean. Did arrive to a heavily smoke smelling garage that permeated into the house. Also, found numerous small items broken or damaged upon arrival (tables, toilet, mirror, ceramic item, etc.) that made us concerned with being blamed for the damage and accordingly put management company on notice so they understood we did not cause the issues. Property management was very responsive to concerns and ready to address. Management company assured us they would take note of the issues and address. In general I would recommend staying at the place though strongly suggest owner take the broken items out of the place/repair so guests don't feel like they will be blamed for damage. Also, would suggest property management company identify whom was smoking in the unit and address as I didn't expect to have smoke smells during the stay.

Excellent!! Loved the unit, loved the location, and Turnkey experience was very helpful and enjoyable. (Turnkey even helped organize a delivery for me!). The property was very clean and set up nicely. Loved the airy and bright windows and loved the fenced in patio for my pet. The space worked well with the one bedroom and bathroom downstairs so that another friend could use that room while my son and I took over upstairs. Would definitely return!

What an amazing vacation rental. You always worry about rentals but this spot and the Turnkey process was exceptional. Everything was top notch from the soft linens, wide selection of available cookware and dishes, bedding and extra bedding, washer/dryer, recycle bins and the amount of hooks and space for hanging all of our snow pants, coats and boots. The Turnkey process was simple and the home was very clean. We would definitely recommend and even stay here again.
