Spent one night here in town to visit family. Rachel was a wonderful hostess and communication was so quick and easy. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed, plus some. Great stay!

In town for a family wedding in the downtown area so this was the perfect location! Surprisingly spacious house was perfect for our family. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Host was great about communicating with us! Plan to stay here again for the next wedding.

Comfortable place with lots of space in the backyard for fun and games. Nice area to sit in the front yard as well. We enjoyed our time very much!!

The beds were comfy. The windows could use some black out curtains. It was difficult sleeping because we had a street light right outside our window and the car passing by would shine through the blinds. Overall it was a fine stay if the window treatments were addressed. Also the lawn could use some maintenance and clean up of debris.

Property was perfect for our get together (our husbands where in grade school together 71 years ago) Plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood We try to get together at least once a year and we always use a vacation rental This one we hope to visit again in the further Thanks for the opportunity to rent this cosy house

We had a great time staying at this property! Comfy, clean, roomy! Perfect for our 1 night stay... wish we could have stayed longer! Kitchen, bedrooms, & bathrooms were perfect! Comfy furniture & even a nice sized backyard. Extras like kids' items, blankets in living room, tvs in every all bedrooms & living room all w/roku. Can't say enough great things! Well be back! ❤️

The pictures don't do the house justice. I'm very particular when we stay at a property. We had 8 adults. The bedrooms are roomy. The house has a nice layout. The only thing really missing is a dining table large enough. The kitchen table only seats 4. There were coffee pods, water and sodas in the fridge and everything we needed. It was nice to just leave and not have to run the dishwasher or laundry. It was like staying in a hotel. We would definitely stay again.

We were visiting John Brown University and found the Maverick House to stay at while in town. The house was clean, smelled great and was a perfect place to call "home" while we stayed in town. The decor is new and stylish and touches like smart TVs in every bedroom were popular with our kids. We found the bed in the master bedroom was firmer than we are used to, but that is welcomed over some of the sagging mattresses we have experienced in other hotels and rentals. I love that the cleanliness and style of this place put my family at ease immediately. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Charming house, great location

This house is so cute and comfortable! It is a lot roomier and spacious than the pictures show. Everything is shiny and new, the beds are comfortable, and it's within walking distance to a great walking trail and downtown shops! My parents grew up in Siloam Springs and my siblings and I along with our kids we were back to visit my grandmother for the holidays. We were so happy to find this newly redone gem right in the middle of the town. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms, the tvs in every room, nice linens, and big kitchen, along with nice fall walks through the town, still full of fall foliage. We will be back to this house every time we visit Northwest Arkansas!
