This well-appointed mountain condo is situated in the heart of the village, within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and ski lifts. Enjoy mountain views from bedroom and living room windows and overlook the tranquil pond and plaza. Our home away from home offers a gas fireplace, in-unit washer and dryer, full kitchen, and dedicated ski locker. Perfect for an active couple, with the capacity to sleep four people with a sleeper sofa and curtain divider. We hope you enjoy your stay! **Note** there is no parking on site. First time to Telluride and really enjoyed it! This "Cozy 1-bedroom" was more spacious than the name implies. THe gondola between Mountain Village and Telluride allowed us to park and leave our car (Tesla) the entire stay. AND the Tesla charging station in the gondola garage was also very convenient. I would recommend the Cozy 1-bedroom to others.

We came in for a few days of skiing. Perfect location and property for our family of 4. Gondola is short walk and runs until midnight to be able to take it to/from town. Parking garage is close (download/use ParkMobile app) and short term parking out back is convenient for loading/unloading. We got day passes at the Peaks spa across the street (you get 50% off) and it was great. Would stay here again.

The place is good. Nice size for me and my two daughters. Fully sprocket kitchen is a good thing. Just across from Peaks resort and about 100 meters to center of Mountain Village. There are plenty of extra pillows and comforters. There is a balcony, but it is for standing only - small space. The view is of a small pond, parking lot, and a courtyard. Everything is close - gondola, slopes, and restaurants. My only con is the bed had hair on the sheets. Some long hair and some short hair that looked like pet hair. I had to wash the sheets before we could use the bed. There is a washer and dryer and Tide pods, so it was manageable. Overall it was a good place to stay with plenty of comforts and accessibility. I was there at Spring Break and it worked well for my family.

Slightly misleading amenities - pool, hot tub and parking are all available nearby for additional fees. Condo itself was great for 4 plus dog - well worn but well equipped & suited us just fine. Sleeper couch was comfy!! Owner was responsive same day when we needed some linens.

This property added to an already awesome Telluride experience. Just the right amount of space and amenities. Very cozy and the location was perfect for us. Everything was easy to use and clean. I will definitely look to stay here again!

Nice place with everything you need - ski storage, washer dryer, etc. You can take the free gondola to the market for food and supplies. Everything was as described in the listing.

Our family of 3 and 2 small dogs stayed for 4 nights in this condo, and we loved it! Neal was very responsive, and being so close to the Village Express chair lift was fantastic. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and our teenager liked being able to curtain off the pullout bed in the evenings. The only thing missing were wine glasses, but we bought a bottle from the nearby wine shop so they lent us some to use for the duration of our trip. :) The gondola into town was steps away, super easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

The location of this property was so convenient, especially with two small children. The apartment was clean and matched the description. However, know that you have to pay for parking daily in the garage (this was not in the description, though they do mention there is no parking on site). Overall, great stay and space!

The condo was clean. Very dated and need a face lift. There is no parking and that is not well represented. The price seemed fair, but in excess of $200 is added for booking and cleaning. Overall, not a bad stay, but value was not there.

We stayed here off-season as a great alternative to staying in Telluride. Used the gondolas to go into the town. Great unit and great location. Plenty of hiking in the area and really enjoyed moving around without needing the car

My wife had a work trip to Colorado and we decided to pop over to Telluride for a quick weekend getaway. This place was in a great location right in the heart of the Mountain Village and only a couple of miles from downtown Telluride. Since we were here in later April, everything in Mountain Village was closed for the offseason, but we still had so much fun. We definitely want to come back during ski season to enjoy all the Mountain Village has to offer. 10/10 location and views.

This place had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to lift 4. My 4 year old was even able to walk to ski school in her boots. If you're renting skis, go to Mtn village boot doctors. It's steps away. We also walked across the street one day and skiied down to lift 10 which is another option to get on the slopes. Walk to gondola gets you up to grocery store one way or into downtown the other way. The ski locker in lobby was very useful. Kitchen worked well for meals. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay again. Neal was a great host, very responsive.

Bedroom is spacious and living space is comfortable. Beautiful views from the windows. Perfect for ski weekend. Easy access across the street to meadows and short walk to the gondola. Access to a ski locker was also very helpful. Would stay again!

Perfect for a long weekend ski trip. Quiet, clean and cozy, with a secure ski locker in lobby. Located in Mt Village close to restaurants, gondolas and slopes. Hope to return next year!

We had a great time staying here. It was very peaceful and Mountain Village was relatively quiet during the week we stayed. The condo had the basic necessities and it was an easy walk to the gondola, as well as all the restaurants/shops nearby. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

My friends and I stayed here for a birthday trip to Telluride. The location is amazing. It's a 4 minute walk to the lift and you have access to tons of quality restaurants and bars. It was so much fun hanging out in the mountain village area. You'll have to park about 4 minutes away in a paid public lot but it feels secure and was easy to find with the instructors provided by the host.

Property was not what I considered to be listed as advertised. Property Management Company listed in the unit said the unit was off market and slated for renovation and then indicated property was sold and managed by others. Recent Owner of property was gracious and refunded his portion of the payment as he had not visited the property since purchasing it. Great disappointment with VRBO who after multiple phone calls has yet to refund their portion of the payment and make it difficult to contact them. Overall, kudos to the new owner for his efforts in resolving our disappointment.
