The home is even bigger than it looks in pictures! The kids had plenty of room to play and have their own space. I would definitely stay again if I'm back in Colorado Springs.

I was looking for a place to stay near my daughter who had just had a baby and couldn’t travel home for Christmas. The location was perfect! It was so close to her house. There was plenty of space and it was clean and bright. We were able to hang out together or spread out if anyone wanted more space. Our host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. If we travel to Colorado as a big group this will be my first choice as a place to stay. The only small downside was that it was off of a busy street. But the sound machine provided in the bedroom was helpful

We chose this home because of the “comfortable beds” reviews and so glad we did! They were so comfortable! It’s close to everywhere we wanted to go! Very clean! Lots of space! Everything we needed was available. I hope to visit again one day!

Great basement (family room, two large bedrooms, full bath plus laundry). House faces stoplight of very busy street. Road noise is real. However, we hung out downstairs and it wasn’t an issue. Close to everything (shopping, Garden of the Gods, easy drive to USAFA). Nicely decorated, super easy communication.

It was a very wonderful home for our family. We were visiting our son. We had plenty of room. The only thing is that it is on a very busy street and was very noisy. Everything else was very nice.

Check in was super easy, the house was spotless & had all the things we needed! The basement was the perfect hang out, washer and dryer were so handy during our stay & the patio with the view of Pikes Peak was amazing for meals at morning & night! The beds were super comfortable, everyone in our group slept so well! We were in town for a week long softball tournament and the house was in the perfect location to all the fields we were playing at! Communication with the host was great and answered any questions we had! We would definitely book here again & will refer to friends!

Clean, comfortable and spacious! This house has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We chose to stay in one of the downstairs bedrooms instead of the upstairs. It was totally quiet and very spacious. Quick access to all CS has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was comfortable. All the amenities that you need to make activities of daily living with ease— washer/drier, towels/linens- everything you could possibly need. There was a LOT of road construction in front and to the side of the house but that could not be helped and is only temporary! It is on a busy corner lot so there is some traffic noise but is easily covered with background noise (like fans or sound machines). The beds are nice and comfortable and plenty of extra blankets for the chillier nights. The furniture is all comfortable and plenty of room for family movie night! The fenced in backyard was nice for the younger kids to play in. The showers were nice and water pressure was good. Overall a great place to stay!! The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and we even enjoyed walking around without any problems.

We had 3 different families coming to Colorado Springs for our daughters wedding. This was a perfect place for all of us. Perfect location to downtown. Beds were great and had a lot of space to hang out as well.

Property accommodation worked for our needs. It was Clean. Only issue was outlets in bedrooms didn’t accommodate for plugging in medical sleep device so had to go buy long extension cord.

We had everything we needed and felt at home. The home seemed recently updated with new appliances and all furniture. Comfy beds and soft towels. If you are a lite sleeper consider earplugs (I sleep with them every night anyway) because this home is located on a rather busy/noisy street. My kiddos downstairs didn’t hear any street noise at night!

We booked this home for my father’s Memorial at the International Association of Firefighters. It was in a perfect location to attend the functions. The home is absolutely beautiful and could sleep up to 8 ppl comfortably. I highly recommend this VRBO !

Loved this place! Very clean and perfect for the 8 of us who stayed. Only complaint is the water pressure was low (not the end of the world tho) and the fire alarm went off on the last night at 4am for no reason. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. Also the road noise wasn’t as bad as some reviews made it seem.

This property was roomy for each of us to spread out in. It is about 15 minutes from each major tourist location so we circled back most days to have lunch, which was great for us! I will say that if you are a light sleeper, this house isn't for you; the street was busier than I expected and it never really ended through the night plus there was no room darkening blinds in the front bedroom unlike the back. We were always up before the kids which worked out ;). Check out the local ice cream drive in/up by the Walmart market just down the street, you will not be disappointed!!

The place is as good as it looks! Everything seemed new, the beds were comfortable, the twin bed room can be nearly dark during the day which was great for naps. Our checkin information wasn’t sent to us beforehand which I didn’t catch until the last minute. I unknowingly had an old version of the app so I didn’t know how to get in touch with the host. Once I updated the app I was able to call and get it all settled quickly. All that to say, the host is great at communication via text and call, not so much through the app. The hosts were very sweet and accommodating, they provided a pack n play and high chair for us. The house is next to a very busy road meaning you hear traffic at all hours, but if you use a sound machine it shouldn’t be an issue. The back yard has a great privacy fence though so kids playing outside is perfectly safe. The kitchen has a good amount of tools to use, there’s air conditioning (rare in the Springs!), and the location is pretty central to everything we wanted to do! I recommend this listing.

The house was very clean and had comfortable sleeping and communal lounging spaces. It was convenient to the city and other amenities in town. The house is on a busy street, so if traffic noise bothers you, you may find it difficult to sleep well.

We loved staying here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go, and had everything we could have possibly needed and it’s absolutely beautiful inside!! Our daughter is going to college here, so we will definitely want to stay again!

The owners were easy to communicate with and helpful. The house was clean, well furnished, with comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. The fenced backyard would be nice for enjoying the cool evenings. We found it was easy to get around the city from this location. I would definitely recommend to my friends.
