Jackpine #9 is perfect for your next family get together or work retreat. Sleeping up to 18 comfortably, you will still have plenty room to spare. Recently updated with new furniture, Jackpine #9 is a gorgeous relaxing home.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for the family cook. With two large dining tables that seat 10 and bar stools that surround the kitchen island, the whole family can enjoy a wonderfully cooked meal, making wonderful memories while on vacation. This setting is perfect for those holiday dinners.
Jackpine #9 has 4 master suites 3 equipped with king beds and the 4th one equipped with a queen. Two additional bedrooms have kings and the 7th bedroom has 2 queen over queen bunk beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the loft area and a twin roll-a-way for an extra place to lay your head.
The living room has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a movie in front of the gas fireplace. The large flat screen TV also has a DVD/Blu-ray player with lots of movies to choose from. There are 7 additional TVs in the home.
During the summer, you wont have to worry about the hot weather as this home is equipped with A/C.

Lovely house with natural wood features throughout. Felt like a true cabin! very close to the village which made for an easy walk or bike ride. Plenty of bikes in the garage but a couple were in need of repairs such as fixing seats or flat tires. Not an issue for us though. 3 car garage and 2 additional fridges were a nice touch as well. Look forward to staying here again next year.

Property as advertised. Plenty of room for our party of 14.
Bedrooms/en suite bathrooms were well appointed and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with good appliances. Loved the extra refrigerator/freezers! Checking in and out was easy. Location of home great! Good distance from Village and water park. All bicycles were in good working order. Loved the back deck. It had plenty of seating and tables for enjoying dining outside and playing games. We had many visits from the local deer. Our family had a wonderful time and hope to return soon!

Our family of 17 stayed here for a week. Here's what we loved:
- the bikes in the garage that allowed us to ride all over Sunriver all week
-the well stocked kitchen and 3 refrigerators
-2 dining room tables so we could share a meal together
-enough bathrooms for each family to have one
-the hot tub right owtside our door for the chilly mornings
-we were close to the pool, restaurants, and wonderful easy biking
-the home was on a circle that was safe for little kids to ride bikes around
This place gave our family space to be together for a week. We thought the home was clean and well cared for and comfortable for us all. We could all be together in the main living space.

My family rented this house to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. We had 13 adults, 2 kids, and 3 babies. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was a very clean house with a very well stocked kitchen. We would definitely rent this house again for our group!

Expectations definitely exceeded. Great property, clean and perfect location. We had 15 family members and they all enjoyed it!

We had a great time celebrating our 50th with our children and grandchildren. We enjoyed the bikes and found it easy to get on to the bike paths. The kids and grandkids used the SHARC passes although it was cooler than expected for June. The guys played golf. And we all got in some hiking, shopping and exploring.. The Observatory at night was amazing!

Pros• Well appointed – JKP09 had almost everything we needed. Large towels for hot tub/pools were nice touch. • Keyless entry a plus – did not have to be concerned about losing key – all guests could have the code• We organized own recycling – created own collection containers. There were directions of where to take recycled items. Suggestions:• More consistent internet – ours went off and on frequently. Impacted watching sports programs and the occasional work-related meetings and emails.• We short people (those 5’5” and under) need a step stool to easily get up to high mattress without pole vaulting – at least in the Master BR.• No collection containers for recycling: cans, bottles, paper.

This was a great house for getting family together. We liked the design with 7 bedrooms. 4 of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you would need. Great open space with 2 big dinning tables. Close to the village.

Place was amazing, enough parking, storage and bedrooms for everyone. Hot tub was fantastic, hot water was to die for and the house was well stocked to meet our cooking and cleaning needs. Ice maker wouldn’t drop ice so that was a bummer. To knowledge, one tv, in the master, was not working but maintenance came quick and resolved the issue. The last night we had a couple visitors- two very large and fluffy raccoons came to the back door, left quite a few tracks around the porch and house. Overall, very easy in and easy out.

We had 16 adults and there was definitely enough room for all of us to be together. The kitchen was nicely stocked with plates, silverware, glasses, pots and pans. The house has a nice warm fuzzy feeling, and we enjoyed our time there immensely.
The house is within walking distance to the Village.
It would have been nice if the cleaning crew did a walk through before we got there but management was quick to correct the wrong.

Our 7-women group truly enjoyed Jackpine 9. We each had our own space as there are 7 bedrooms. And the kitchen/living room/dining space is all open, so we could all get around a table to work on puzzles, or form smaller conversation groups that ebbed and flowed between the rooms. The sitting areas around the fireplace were a favorite early morning hang-out. It was just a few minutes drive (could have even walked), to some nearby restaurants. And we made good use of short walks around the development, along the golf courses or over to the river. Also enjoyed a drive to some fun shopping in Bend old mill district, and a beautiful walk on the Deschutes River Walk trail in lava rocks area. One evening we had much fun and laughs around the pool table.

I stayed with a group of 7 work colleagues at your house. We had a conference at the lodge (Homestead Building) for 2.5 days and the house was a perfect location. We could easily walk the 10 minutes back for breaks or lunch. With the 4 master bedrooms and large dining area it was a perfect set up for us. We all had our own privacy but had plenty of room for hanging out together outside and inside. It was perfect!

This was our first overnight stay in Sunriver and we had a wonderful time. The home was ideal for our large group. 3 bedrooms downstairs, 4 up. Great layout. We took full advantage of the SHARC passes that were provided and rode bikes all day, everyday. The home was well maintained with a fully stocked kitchen. 2 ovens and the extra refrigerators in the garage enabled us to bring and easily prepare our food for the week. One very minor complaint was the lack of clocks in the bedrooms. Adults didn't mind but little ones woke EARLY and without a clock they didn't know just how early it was! We hiked at Benham Falls, enjoyed Fork Rock, played Frisbie Golf rode our bikes to the river and went fishing up the Deschutes. If you want to stay a short distance from the Village, parks and the SHARC center, this home is a great location. If you prefer stay closer to the river, look for a place off circle 6 or higher. The staff at Sunset Lodging were extremely helpful from the time I booked the reservation and throughout our stay. They were easily accessible and didn't mind trivial questions! The online property description was accurate.

100% Perfect house for a family Christmas Reunion. The lay out is exactly right, with a huge great room/dual dining areas/ and kitchen with a massive eating bar to congregate around. All 20 plus guests could be involved in one conversation. The plus is that most of the bedrooms are removed from the great room and the early to bed, early to rise were not kept up by the more "rambunctious" group. House is far enough out to be very quiet, but close enough to walk or bike to the center without too much exertion. It was Great!

Most everything worked well. New double oven since last visit was appreciated. But air conditioning in first floor master bedroom was difficult to figure out. We left the bedroom door open to keep room cooler. Toilet lid in master bathroom was loose and moved around a lot. But we still love Jackpine and are coming back next June. By the way, it would be nice if we could get to bic trails without having to ride on streets.
