Great multi-family vacation, pool, bbq, hot tub, extra rooms to escape to because it’s your family… what more do you want?
10.0 / 10.0
This home was perfect for having our whole family gather together. The location is ideal, short walk/bike ride to the village and easy access to SHARC as well. We loved having the pool and hot tub at the house. No shortage of space to enjoy in this well appointed home.

Awesome place for multiple families to vacation together. Pool was great and location.

We stayed at this house four years ago, loved it then, and were thrilled to spend another vacation here. This is most likely the best vacation rental home in Sunriver, especially for families with kids, because of the private pool. The house is huge, with five bedrooms each having its own bathroom, multiple living spaces, well-equipped kitchen, ping pong and foosball in the garage, etc. Only three usable adult bikes, so would have liked more, but not a big issue. The kids in our group brought their own bikes, and some adults rented bikes. Overall would highly recommend!

Great space, lots of fun. Was disappointed we couldn't use the pool but overall the stay was great. I'd come back

Good house for multifamily stay. Loved having pool and hot tub on the property. Beautiful view of the 11th hole fairway and green. 5 minute walk to the village.

Wonderful home right on the golf course and so close to Sunriver Village. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room. The private pool was the icing on the cake!
8.0 / 10.0
Our family enjoyed our visit to Sunriver and stay at Augusta 3. The home is in a great location and very spacious. We loved the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped. The only negative was the condition of the house. There is a buckle in the kitchen floor, ice machine inoperative (but ice was provided). Master bathroom is strange....jet tub inoperable, faucets hard to operate, carpet on the floor, toilet in the middle of all?
Living room had big ceiling patch. It's an older home that needs some TLC. For the price we felt it should have been in better shape.

Extended family vacation with 15 guests. The property handled it well. Kids enjoyed the backyard pool. It's hard to find a single house that handles our group. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our family reunion! And the pool was just what we needed for the toddlers. We also put the golf course to good use! We are planning another reunion in two years and would definitely come back to this property!

Layout of house was perfect for separation of small families.

Great location, lots of rooms and beds. The house is dated with a few cosmetic upgrades in the bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay overall, but it was way overpriced for the long list of things we found wrong with the house. Only 1 fireplace out of like 4 or so that you could use. Jetted tub "out of order". All showers drain slow so you stand in your water. Not enough dining seating for a house that sleeps 18. Well stocked kitchen other than only 1 pot holder. Large master upstairs was freezing cold (none of the ducted heat made it up there and the plug in heater wasn't enough and running 2 of them trips the breaker). In that bathroom, only hot water in the left sink, only cold water in the right sink. No bedding for the hide-a-beds. Kitchen cabinet/drawer pulls all loose. Sink garbage disposal unsafe...rubber cover needs replaced as there is basically an open hole. Drain plug in the downstairs bathroom by the laundry room doesn't stay up (had to remove it to drain). Laundry room cabinets need attention (one face falling off so you can't close the one below it without holding it up). There's a large patch in the living room ceiling that needs to be finished. The living room fireplace mantle is broke and seems to be about to fall off. The door to get out to the hot tub, door handle is falling off. The light by the bbq wasn't working. The upstairs room with a king and 2 twins, bathroom toilet paper holder broken so TP won't stay on.
Should leave a page of instructions at the house. We had to look around for the hot tub key. Thankfully "discovered" that the dining table extended. Didn't figure out the poker table top came off for additional dining table until we were cleaning up to leave. Should add additional couch to the main living room for more seating. There is plenty of space for one and when there's that many people in the house, you need a big group gathering space.
Garage door farthest from the house has the flashing at the bottom falling off, so when you try to close it, someone has to hold it up until it's almost down, otherwise the laser catches it and the door goes back up.
Overall, we had a great time because that's how we roll. But this house definitely needs some attention. Great space and location and could be worth the money if some money was invested into it.

We paid almost as much for fees, taxes and recreational passes as we did for the rental of the house itself. Over $1,000 for the recreational passes themselves and even though we did not intend to use them, we could not get them excluded.
The house is older, fairly dark, but a great floor plan for a large group. We had 4 families with kids from 4-18 and everyone was comfortable. Also a great location. There was not enough firewood to last through our visit, so we requested more. Per Cascara, that was the owners responsibility and all they could do was pass on our request, and unfortunately, the owner did not respond. Lastly, a lot of the plates and cups had chips in them. Not a big deal, but for a premium rental, I would expect a little more attention to detail. We did have a great time and our family was well accomodated, the comments above are intended to be helpful.

House was full exactly what we needed for a multi-family vacation in Sunriver. The only house with a pool to relax in. Air conditioning to escape the summer heat. Great location on the golf course and short walk to the village.

Amazing property! Cascara outdid themselves wit a gorgeous bouquet for my 70th birthday! The kids especially loved the pool and spent hours swimming and playing! The house was immaculate and exceeded expectations in every way!!! Five stars!!

Nice place with solid amenities and great location near Sunriver village
We had a big group of 4 families staying in the house and fully utilized it. Overall really enjoyed the stay, but gave 4 stars as the home has some older aspects that should be fixed up. Management company was super responsive though and made sure we were taken care of!

Nice property with a few downsides
We had a wonderful week here, enjoying the pool and having lots of space for the kids. The resort is great and the location is awesome. But, for the price, I expected a little bit more. When we arrived, there was a cigarette butt in the driveway (I hate smoking). The rugs on the main floor are all worse for the wear, and the carpet often too. The whole first impression really was off - there were even dust bunnies in the hall. Other things were little but added up: many of the pillows were very thin, the dinner plates didn’t fit in the dishwasher without fear of breaking them, the BBQ had grease buildup that actually caught on fire…just wasn’t the quality of cleanliness and care I expected for a big bucks rental.

Pool hair, don’t care
Beautiful home with plenty of space for all. The location is perfect so close to the village. The pool was amazing for the adults and kids alike. It will turn young blonde hair green, so you will want to bring shampoo for this if you have blonde littles. The AC upstairs wasn’t working. The property management company was very helpful and responsive but it could not be fixed while we were there. If you need AC to sleep comfortably, I would verify this has been fixed. Overall we had a wonderful stay here and definitely recommend!

Lightbulbs missing or broken, pool not he did properly and unusable for two days, spa needed treatme
The property management system was very good except that house needed to have someone go through it completely define all the defects before anybody would pay that enormous fee. I doubt that I would ever rent a house with the current owner unless he’s willing to live up to the advertisement of the house. Extremely a disappointing experience. I will never recommend it.

Making Family Memories
Our stay at Augusta 3 was comfortable and the house nicely accommodated our extended family of 17! The location was peaceful and the pool was an awesome pastime for our 9 grandchildren! The only complaint was the level of cleanliness of the house. The Property Management Company made check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall it was ideal for a quick vacation!

This was a great home for multiple families to stay. Perfect location close to the village with easy access to the paved trails. Our kids played in the pool all day and loved every minute of it. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
This property offered a good covid 19 vacation option. It was very clean, well maintained and lived up to descriptions. Pool was nice, as well as lots of options for in the house and local but safe entertainment. Some quirks (if you are looking for the microwave get down on your knees, and a toilet in a sea of carpet is strange) but what house doesn’t? Would definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful property and my comments are mostly related to the Coronavirus. The carpet in the living room needs to be cleaned. The 2 white, small throw pillows on the living room sofa should be cleaned. The rug in our bathroom (1st floor away from the pool) made the whole bedroom smell like a cigar. I put it on the back porch and the room and rug were fine after the rug aired out.I think it would be advantages to put grab bars in the showers, but definitely in the bedroom with the doors that fit the width of a wheelchair.

Relaxing Stay
My family enjoyed the amenities of the house so much we hardly left the property after checking in! The house was very clean and in a quiet area of Sun River.

Fantastic location
This is truly a unique location in the Sunriver resort area, in that it has its own swimming pool! That was a fantastic asset in these times of social distancing. We stayed with a group of 12 family members, and didn't have to leave the property except to go biking. The house is huge, and well-equipped, with plenty of beds and bathrooms, pool, ping pong and foosball tables, etc. Highly recommended!

AWFUL
This was the worst house we have ever stayed in. Filth, dust, dirt, garbage etc. everywhere inside and out. I spent the entire first night and most of the next day cleaning so we could feel comfortable. The cleaning staff when we arrived (6 or so people) were still "cleaning" when we arrived (apparently after the huge party that happened there the previous night) and nobody was wearing masks. The property description had specific details on cleaning due to COVID-19, and I trusted them to be true which is why even though we have cancer in our family, we still felt comfortable staying at this house. DO NOT believe what they tell you about cleaning. The staff was very rude to me when I questioned their being in the house without masks on. This was a nightmare and we will never use this rental company again.

Christmas Vacation at Augusta 3
Augusta 3 worked well for our large extended family. We filled the place with 18 people and there were sufficient beds for everyone (2 kids slept in sleeper sofas). The layout worked well for giving everyone some private space while also having living spaces where we all congregated. The Cascara rental staff was responsive to our few requests and seemed genuinely grateful for list of items that need attention in the house (mostly minor; The house could use a mixer in the kitchen, etc). I would have given it 5 stars, but was a little annoyed that the house doesn’t come with SHARC passes. With 7 kids in the house and warm weather SHARC passes would have been a real benefit (add it to the cost of the rental). Luckily the snow was great at the mountain and the kids were up for the outing!

Great spot for multi-generations!
This house has several different suites so a large group can enjoy a certain amount of privacy. We were 3 generations celebrating Thanksgiving. The location, close to the village was super - easy walking distance. Overall it was a great spot to stay!
