Spacious 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms vacation house in the heart of North Conway. Perfect location for all season get away. House offers spacious living room with vaulted ceiling, dinning area, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space with bar stools, additional space in the family room on the ground level. Bathroom on each levels. Enough sleeping space for everyone. Celebrate the holidays, watch the games, make memories.

The total number of adults allowed at this house are 14 adults. The top two beds of the bunk beds will not support the weight of an adult. Only a child is suppose to sleep on the top bed of the bunk beds.

Spacious vacation home perfect for a large family with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Ideal vacation home for large groups, featuring fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and plenty of fun amenities.

Two separate entertaining rooms on separate floors makes it perfect for every enjoy their time.
House is on a quite residential street, allowing it to be close to all the local amenities yet set back from the traffic.

This vacation home surrounded by the majestic white mountains provides a perfect escape for a tranquil getaway.

House has a deck off the kitchen that can be used for grill and can fit couple chairs.
There is a yard space to the left and back of the house that can be used for outside seating.

Hannaford and Walmart Supercenter are about 2 miles from the house.

Very close to North Conway Downtown. Off street parking onto the driveway. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from all in short distance to this vacation house.

Please respect the quite time. No outdoor gathering between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

We allow monthly rentals for winter season, beginning of December to end of March. We provide option to book a month or the entire winter season, if there are no other bookings already in place.
HOUSE RULES:
Smoking, pets, parties, loud music are strictly prohibited. Additional charges
for cleaning and replacement of damaged items will be applied for any violation of the rules.

Maximum numbers of adults allowed at this house is 14 adults. The top two beds of the bunk beds will not support the weight of an adult, only a child is suppose to sleep on the top bed of the bunk bed.

All guests should be at least 25 years or older unless accompanied with parents or legal guardians.

If you use any of the outdoor games and chairs bring everything back inside the shed after use.

Use of indoor fireplace/wood stove is prohibited.

If you use the firepit make sure it is watered down after use. Any damage caused due to improper handling of the firepit will be guests' responsibility and liability. Use the firepit at your own risk.

No food should be eaten in the carpet/rug areas or on the furniture. Guests will be charged for cleaning or replacement fees for any damage or stains to the carpet/rug or furniture that happened during their stay.

We would like to inform you if some issues arrives during your stay that requires a contractor to fix or a service provider to fix the issue, it might not be addresses right away during your stay. It is extremely difficult to get a contractor come asap in this part of the state. Also keep in mind internet in mountain region is not always reliable, if the house loses internet due to storm or other weather related issue, it might be days before someone can come fix the issue. No refund or credit will be provided for internet issues at the house.

Your reservation will be canceled and you will be asked to leave the property without refund for not following the house rules.

Remove footwear in the hallway, no footwear should be worn inside the house pass the front hallway.

Quite times are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No outside gatherings during quite time.

We loved our time here! We've stayed in many places as a family and everyone agreed that this was the nicest place we've been. There was a ton that was walkable and even some nice walking trails. Even with great proximity it was nicely tucked away and felt quite private. We realized we were out of one supply that was listed as provided. We contacted the host and within a few hours we had more on our doorstep. We would highly recommend to anyone with a larger group looking for a great combination of closeness and privacy both inside and outside the home.

This was the second year we stayed at this home. Our host is great to work with. The house is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient to town. Beds are comfortable. Lots of room to spread out. We especially enjoyed evening fires in the outdoor fire pit. We hope to come back next year.

House was set up great for having 10 adults and 3 little ones under age 3. Plenty of room with extra living rooms if people wanted quiet time. Beds were comfortable there was a porta crib and gate available which came in handy. The location is great easy to get everywhere. Everything well marked and had pretty much everything needed there for you. Any issues owners responded right away. Did have a unexpected heavy wet snow storm and the following morning their plow guy was there to clear the driveway. Only bummer is cant use the indoor fireplace, but there is a beautiful outdoor fire pit w plenty of seating. Didnt get to use it due to the weather but looks like a great set up. Everyone was pleased and the consensus is to rebook this house again for next year’s family get together

The interior of the house was like new and extremely well done. The entire house was very clean, including all of the bathrooms. This house fit 15 people comfortably with room to spare. The location was perfect. You could walk into town or take a short couple minute drive. The nights were very relaxing sitting out by the fire pit or enjoying time in one of the three nice living rooms. Our host was extremely responsive to a couple very minor questions. Would love to stay in this house again for another wonderful family vacation. Thank you!

Our host was very responsive to my communications. The house was very comfortable and clean. Felt very much at home. Bathrooms were spotless and very nicely done. The weather the week we stayed was very humid. The a/c worked wonderfully. We enjoyed evenings sitting around the fire pit. The neighborhood was quiet. Ample parking for our 4 vehicles. We hope to return for another stay next year.

Everything was great except we could have used more towels. 6 sets of towels for 15people was a bit taxing. We did a lot of laundry. Also we never found the sheets for the 2 fold out couches. Never tried to communicate with property mamager.

The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. It was really easy to get to Storyland and the grocery store (Hannaford) without fighting traffic through the main drag.

We stayed here for a long ski weekend. The property was neat and clean. It had plenty of space for multiple families and was close to Cranmore mountain. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Our stay was great, we had good times. House was clean and properly stocked. There is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. We liked the house location, it is close to the stores, restaurants, and area activities. Great location for all sessions activities, we stayed there to watch the famous NH Fall. We will stay again at this house.

Three of us families had great time at this home. Nice sized with 2 family rooms. visited cranmore mountains and local hiking/biking areas. close to all restaurants and shopping mall. communication with property owner was quick and easy. would love to stay again next year.

The house was very nice, and clean and sell stocked. We had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Liked the long and wide driveway, we were able to park all the cars off street. This is a plus for winter times, when there is snow on the road. Location of the house is very ideal for visiting all the area activities. Most of the site seeing, restaurants, shops, etc are within short distance from the house. House is very close to Cranmore ski resort, so we might be back to enjoy some snow during winter.

We stayed at this house when we visited North Conway to look at the beautiful leaves changing colors. House was nice and clean, very spacious for what we needed. Location of the house is very convenient to enjoy all the activities around North Conway. House is close to the main street, yet set back in the inner street away from the noise. We will consider this house again when visiting North Conway again.

This was one of the best properties we stayed at around North Conway in the past few years. It was very spacious and extremely clean. Everything worked, communication with the owners was almost instant, and check in was a breeze. We had a very large extended family but fit perfectly. I'd definitely recommend this house for large parties.

We spent a terrific weekend here over Columbus Day. The house was immaculate and well-appointed. The location is perfect - one street off the main drag in N. Conway, and it was an easy walk to the downtown. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We'd definitely stay here again.
