The location and room size are excellent. However, the problems stated above should be taken care.

We did not use the pool and had breakfast in the hotel. The room was spacious.

We booked a room for four people, but the amenities provided were only for two people, like toiletries, water bottles, and sandals. Secondly, the next day, when the housekeeping staff made the room, they didn't do it properly. They didn't remove the used wet towels from the bathroom, though those were left on the floor as per the instruction. When we entered the room, the whole was covered with a damp smell.

North Conway Grand Hotel

I liked that it's super close to shopping centers. I loved how friendly the staff was and how beautifully decorated the hotel was. The room was more than I expected and was very clean and comfortable! Will be going back!

It was good. Not bad, but not exceptional.

Pools/hot tub and location

Beds/pillows aren’t comfortable. Parking lot and roads are in bad shape. Run down and dated.

Love this hotel and it’s location

This has always been one of our favorite hotels in North Conway. Friendly staff and beautiful hotel.

The restaurant was fully closed. This used to be such a great place to eat. Would have been nice to eat at the hotel.

Rooms are outdated, Bathroom is awful, it has mold around bathtub.

For the breakfast they offer small bags which is waist of time going to get. Sadly restaurant is closed.

Breakfast grab and go was horrible. The fruit (apple) was old, expired. We had been told by the front desk that there would be yogurt. There was no yogurt. The danish & muffins were inedible.

The location is in near the outlets and downtown.

The pool was very dirty. Too many people in it at one time. Front desk staff very rude. Bed and pillows were not comfortable. Tavern was awful too.

We were put in a handicap room, we are not handicapped. The A/C was very loud when running. Room was much smaller than expected for the cost. The bathroom was dirty with pink mold on the ceiling. Hotel restaurant was closed and there was no indication of that when we made our reservation. Parking lot was full of pot holes. It did not feel like a luxury hotel, which is what we thought we were going to.

We expected the outdoor pool area be open but was closed. Very disappointed.

For some reason our room was the last in a very long corridor in a very empty hotel.

Outdoor pool/hot tub and fire pit closed. Website did not clearly make mention of that when booked.

Definitely not with $300 a night save your money and go elsewhere

Location was great and fire was nice. Beds were comfortable.

We stayed for 3days. ... Pool and hot tub was full of trash and dirt and hair . Inside pool area burned everyone’s eyes just sitting in area. The grab and go breakfast was a dry muffin and a pastry with a sugary fruit cup . Our room has a strong smoke musky smell to it . Our kids complained about the the whole time we were there.I would bring your own pool towel. There was no pool towels .
