My family and some friends stayed at this cabin to attend a wedding at Stone Valley Estates (north of Huntingdon). This cabin is as advertised. Wonderful condition. Clean. Cozy. Comfortable. Nice areas to gather. Nice amenities. The ladies in the group loved the decor. Rustic farm house. Everything worked as advertised, no negatives to mention and we had no issues during our stay. Host is wonderful to work with and communicate with. A+ in our book. Will definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

Beautiful, clean property. There was plenty of kitchen supplies to cook with dish and hand soap, trash bags and dishwasher detergent which was very thoughtful. There were plenty our towels, washclothes, and i saw extra blankets in the closets
I had a question during our stay and the host texted back very quickly with an answer!
Check in and checkout were a breeze.
The home is located very close to a lake that we were able to rent a boat for the day!
Our friends stayed on the lower level with their young child and they said it was very quiet down there despite us and our three older children moving around and playing games on the second floor which was very nice for staying up and playing board games after the kids went to bed.
I would definitely recommend this property!
Only caution i would lend is to be a little careful if taking a walk on the street. There were neighbors who had 2 large dogs unleashed that ran out at us when we were walking. The one who made contact and was jumping on us was friendly so there was no terrible ending , it just startled our kids and had the potential for a bad ending.

This was a great small house for our small weekend away. Very quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the gas firepit on the back porch. only minutes from the lake. Will definitely recommend this to anyone looking.

Cozy Cabin was the perfect weekend away! We went with our family (adults only) to celebrate a birthday. The property was perfect for entertaining. The cabin was super close to Raystown Lake, which made it convenient to go boating for the afternoon. Cozy Cabin was decorated cute and meticulously clean. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. If you’re thinking of going, do it! 10/10 rating!! :) Thank you Cozy Cabin for the memories!

Everything about this stay was wonderful. The cabin is beautiful and clean. The property manager was very responsive in answering questions (we had a power outage due to a storm shortly after we arrived). We look forward to staying there again!

What a great house! From the moment we walked into the house we could tell that someone was very intentional about the layout and design. The house was very clean and well stocked with all the supplies we needed for our stay. Heather’s communication was great and we had no issues whatsoever with the check in/out process. The house was located in a quiet residential area with only a short drive to the lake. If we come back to Raystown again, we’ll definitely be staying at this house!

Heather’s place was absolutely adorable! A perfect cabin for a girls getaway weekend. The house had everything you would need and more. We loved hanging out on the deck watching the sunset.

The property was really nice, super clean, well appointed, as advertised. Enjoyed the outside deck quiet area. Definitely would return when looking at returning to the Raystown Lake area. The area is gorgeous and the property is beautiful. Three floors gave everyone ample space, the building's temperature control is fantastic, and there's a lot of indoor and outdoor relaxing areas.

Property was as described. Very clean, beds are comfortable, plenty of room for us and another couple with rooms to spare. Nice kitchen and deck. My friend raved about the decor and look/feel of the house. I loved that we had two entrances, so we didn't have to go through the bottom level where my friends were staying...gave them their own private space. Close to town and Juniata College. I highly recommend!

Loved our stay, everything was perfect. Super clean, great beds, bedding, modern appliances and tvs, fast WiFi, awesome kitchen. Was too cold to use the outdoor spaces, but they were clean and inviting, which is unusual for rental cabins. Basement suite is super cozy and bright. Be aware that steps from main floor to lower level are steep and narrow, not a problem for us but could be for older adults and very young children. However, the cabin main floor be accessed without using those steps. Thanks Heather for a great stay!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Cozy Cabin! It was impeccably clean, nicely decorated and very cozy. Very close to mountain biking trails and 12 minute drive into Huntingdon. Heather has all the essentials! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!!

Cozy Cabin was perfect for our PSU weekend visit - very nicely decorated and maintained. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fire pit, gas grill, outdoor porch and peace and quiet of this gem. The drive to Penn State was beautiful and less than an hour.
Heather has found her niche - she was a wonderful and responsive host and the home was one of our favorite VRBO experiences!

My family stayed here for a week. The outside of the property is really nice- love the deck and patio space and yard. The inside of the house is cutely decorated and has nice amenities. Overall, I would recommend this house.
A few things of note.. The stairs to the basement are dangerous. They are very steep and short. Be careful if you have kids or elderly. While there are 2 bathrooms, the one bathroom is in the suite, so it kind of only leaves 1 bathroom for 6 people.. the laundry room is also in the one bedroom. It would have been nice to have a door between the bedroom and laundry room. Lastly, very hard mattresses.
But great location and fair price! And great host!

We absolutely loved our stay! The layout of the house was perfect for our 2 families! The basement area was like a little apartment and it worked perfect for us! Plenty of space for everyone to be together or have their own space! Everything was very clean! Property was easy to access! Upon arrival we were greeted with chocolates! Everything was stocked nicely! Very close to the seven points marina and just a short drive to Huntington! Host was great and communicated wonderfully! We would definitely stay there again!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do so! The cozy cabin is perfect and so clean and so accommodating and so cozy!! ALL the spaces, inside and outside, are just fabulous! Side note, we rented a boat at Seven Pts Marina and that was just a short drive from the cabin. Such a wonderful spot! The attention to detail is very evident! Thank you for sharing the cozy cabin!

This property is wonderful. The location is really great--convenient to both the lake and town. Very quiet. The home was exactly as described, immaculate & comfortable. Multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for socializing or relaxing. Host was communicative & gracious. Highly recommend, especially for a group getaway.

What a wonderful stay we had at Cozy Cabin (appropriately named 😊). It was so inviting & super clean. It had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware & utensils. The outdoor space was a perfect place for morning coffee & evening beverages.

Our family really enjoyed staying here at the cozy cabin. It was very well decorated and super cozy. Everything was perfect and we had everything we needed at the cabin. I would highly recommend staying here for the perfect weekend or week get away with your family and friends. It was very close to the lake and lots of stuff to do around the area. Our stay at the Cozy Cabin was phenomenal! The cabin was very clean, had everything you would need amenities wise, and the kitchen was well stocked with the equipment to cook just about anything. The view is fantastic, and we spent a good portion of our weekend just sitting on the porch listening to the different bird calls around us. I would highly recommend this rental property for anyone looking for a relaxing experience.

Our stay at Cozy Cabin was perfect. The place is super cute and immaculately clean. It was well stocked with basics that you might need. All laundry supplies were provided, and the kitchen was well stocked with things like basic spices, plastic wrap, trash bags, etc. There was plenty of cookware, utensils, etc. You will need to bring your own shampoo and soap. Heather was very accommodating to our schedule as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

This property is beautiful. The home is spacious and tastefully decorated. Pictures do not do it justice! The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing on the deck. There is enough covered space to utilize even if it rains. Inside is sparkling clean and new. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of blankets and towels. The location is perfect to access the town or lake. There is a well stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware and space to make meals or just have coffee and drinks. We loved our stay and highly recommend this rental property!
