Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly coastal retreat! This updated 2 bed 2 bath house with a heated pool has all the feels of being oceanside while you are living in a quiet neighborhood. Located 7 miles away from Venice Pier and surrounding beaches. All major stores, markets and restaurants are within 5 minute drive! Manasota Key Beach within 3 miles.
House is set up primarily with guests and their comfort in mind! The screened in front porch invites you into this light and bright home. Living room showcased beautiful colors, unique furnishings that makes you want to sit down and relax! Living room is set up with queen sleeper and flat screen TV. To the left of it is a master bedroom with King bed, flat screen, walk in closet and a master ensuite bath. To the right of living room is a dining are which flows into fully stocked kitchen. Down the hall guest bathroom and a second bedroom with twin over full bunk bed and a twin trundle. Extra sleeping space is a twin fold out plush chair in the dining area.
Through the sliding door off dining area is a screened in lanai with outdoor dining area, BBQ and a lounge seating. Heated pool (upon request & extra fee) for your enjoyment! Extra doors provide a good protection for those little guests who may need extra supervision in the pool area.
House is set up with games, toys and books for every age to enjoy. Two smart TV's have many applications that you can log into with your own apps for streaming.
***Bed configuration: King, Queen (sofa sleeper), Full, Twin x 2, chair (twin)
***Minimum rental age 25 yrs old
***Smart TV's, no cable provided (use your own app account for streaming)
***Mid-stay cleans required for > 30 nights stay (charged separately)
