About this house rental

This home is loaded with extras. A very spacious home. As you enter the double-doored pillared entryway you come into the open-plan, contemporary decorated home. The living room is all of leather. To the right of the entry is the formal dining room. There is crystal lighting everywhere. To the left of the entrance is the large master suite done in light wood and black and white decorations. The large en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, deep tub, and double vanity with two walk-in closets.

There is a private seating area with a leather chair next to the entrance to the pool. As you move back into the living room you come to the open-plan kitchen with an island cooking station fully equipped with all the modern conveniences. Across from the kitchen is the den with a wood floor and sleeper sofa and chair. This can be used as a TV room or extra bedroom.

Down the hall is the large laundry room with a washer and dryer and entrances to the two garages. On the other side of the kitchen is another dining area that looks out to the pool area and entrance to the hall with the other three bedrooms. There are two guest rooms - one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds and light wood furniture as well as large closets and these share a full bathroom with a tub and shower. The second master suite has a king bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and private entrance to the pool. The pool is stunning. Very large, and features a jacuzzi and kiddie pool. Has lots of pool toys and seating and two tables with chairs for outdoor dining. A very spacious, comfortable home that has it all.

Phenomenal home for a family vacation. Rooms are spacious and the pool size was definitely the highlight for our grandsons (ages 9 and 6). The neighborhood is secluded and quiet. A short 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Manasota Key Beach, with enough chairs and umbrella for our 6 adults and 2 children. The kitchen has everything you need. One of the best vacation homes we have rented. Very centrally located to shopping and restaurants in Venice and Englewood. From our numerous vacation experiences, TMI management is by far the best property management company you will ever have the pleasure of dealing with. Lesley and Doreen are personable, knowledgeable and caring professionals. They respond immediately and resolve any issue no matter how minor. We have already reserved with them for next summer! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Was a great stay! Loved the house and the pool! Was so cool! :) We thought the master bed was too hard so we reached out and the gal ordered and delivered us a mattress pad that same day!!!!!! And it made all the difference! She was amazing to do that!! Thanks again! :)

We visit family in Florida every year. We booked this house last year and again this year because it has plenty of room for all of our family to gather. It has a large pool that we all enjoyed in addition to spacious interior. It is minutes from Manasota Key Beach which is beautiful and much less crowded than Siesta Key Beach.

Being able to open sliding doors and extend inside living area with outdoor pool area made this a wonderful vacation. With 4 kids under 5 the baby fence put our minds at ease. The property manager responded to all calls promptly.

Enjoyed our stay and the weather was perfect. House was clean and quiet neighborhood and also not to far of a walk to the beach!

We had a great time in this house. The large pool, layout of the home and proximity to the quiet beach added to our wonderful experience. A couple of bad storms ripped part of the screen down around the pool. I reported this to the property manager and new screen was installed the next day.

Beautiful location, quiet, and nestled in small neighborhood. Beaches close by with shopping & restaurants within minutes of driving. Great layout of home, large kitchen, & living area. The large pool & hot tub was the highlight for the everyone!

The house is huge and in a great location. The pool was awesome! The property manager was very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the beach toys in the garage and the abundance of space in the house. It could use an updating though. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

The house lived up to the pictures and description. We were nervous renting from VRBO bc we have had bad experiences in the past w dirty subpar homes. This house definitely lived up to it’s description!! We had 4 teenagers with us who spent a lot of time in the pool in the evenings. Plenty of space so everyone had a place to go to relax and be separate when needed. Property manager was awesome w communication responding quickly to questions. Only area to improve would be the kitchen cookware. It’s obvious that previous renters have not taken care of the pots and pans and they’re pretty beat up w missing lids. It’s a shame that those renting have not been respectful in caring for those items. We unfortunately struggled w the FL red tide but having the pool definitely made the difference!! Awesome house, would rent it again if we ever go back to the gulf coast!!
