Lazy Bear Retreat is a fully furnished cabin offering all of the everyday luxuries of home and more! With a king in the master, queens in both of the guest bedrooms, and four twins in the loft, you will be sure to get a great night's rest!

**This is a smoke-free, pet-free property. No smoking inside or on the premises. No pets inside or on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in eviction without refund.
**Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Violation of this policy may result in eviction without refund.
**There are exterior cameras located at each entrance of the property. Cameras may not be covered.
**While 4WD is not required, it is recommended due to the inclined driveway, unless you are experienced with driving on gravel mountain roads.
**Owner does have a dog. This is not a pet free home, but it is not a pet friendly home for guests.
** The indoor gas fireplaces are non-functional
**This home does not allow rentals longer than 30 days
