The layout and decor of this house was as depicted but we found it a bit smaller and more dated than we anticipated from the photos. Superficially, it was clean, but the exterior needed work. The check-in process was frustrating because I did not receive the QR code ahead of time. I communicated with the host and property manager several times and they were always lovely to work with. The issues we encountered included a malfunctioning hot tub, lack of pool maintenance, dirty pool deck, malfunctioning smoke detector, TV remotes needed batteries, and no baby monitor upon arrival. We used all four bedrooms, and everyone reported that their beds were comfy. I’m glad we paid to have the pool heated, as we used it a lot. The rented bbq was pretty scanty and didn’t light properly without a lighter. The video games worked well and were a big hit with everybody. Bella Vida consists of a lot of rental vacation homes, quite close together, and many were not occupied while we were there. People were friendly and we felt safe. The garbage pick-up was variable and raccoons seem to be an issue. The main club house was well maintained with a large 3-foot pool which we used once and the kids enjoyed for an hour or so. For a family who is busy at Disney every day, this would be a perfectly nice landing pad. We spent a lot of time at the house with small children, so these issues may have impacted us more than some.

The house was great value for the money. Nice and secure location. Great communication, fast replies to any questions. All the arcade games were a great bonus. A/C worked well. Fairly close to a lot of restaurants and main roads. The gated community was a little bit out of the way with a really nice drive to get to it. We would stay here again.

This house allowed my family all the comforts of home while away on vacation. It was close to Disney as well many convenient grocery stores. The amenities this house offers helped our family be comfortable and also have lots of fun! The owners were wonderful and very responsive to questions.

This was truly a great experience - because of Steve and Katie’s beautiful home. Our group of friends was able to make meals and spend time together as a unit while also being a hop skip and a jump away from the parks. Steve and Katie made everything extremely easy and their home is beautiful! I can’t recommend it enough.

Our first impression of the property was just what I was hoping it would be. It was true to the pictures online and my family and myself had a great time staying there. There were a couple of things that popped up that I needed to reach out to the owners for and they responded in such a quick and timely manner to resolve any issues. We stayed here instead of at a Disney resort while on our trip to Florida for Disney and I wouldn't have done it any differently! We are hoping that we can do our same vacation again next year at the same house, we all enjoyed it very much!

What a great place to stay for a guys trip. We played golf at Celebration (a short drive away) and convened at this great house. Plenty of room for 8 of us and it’s well equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend this property and the communication was great which made the Checkin and checkout process seemless.

Beautiful property. Nice decor. Spacious. Has all the amenities needed for a relaxing time. My wife & I really enjoyed the pool especially considering how hot it was. Game room was a nice edition. Old school gaming console with over 200 games. Host was marvelous! Made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely reserve this property again in the future.

This house was great for our family's Disney trip. The house is close to the parks (7 miles ish) but does take about 20 mins or more because of traffic and lights. The benefit it that the neighborhood is very quiet making it easy to relax at night. My kids loved having the game room in the garage, pool and hot tub. The house is stocked with everything you need for a vacation home. Steve and Katie are also super responsive to any questions or concerns.

We were happy with our stay at this home. The home was good for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens). There were a few small issues (garbage pickup, main light in game room burned out, no comforter for master bed) but nothing big. The owners are super responsive to any questions or needs. The home was clean and bright. The pool was smaller than I expected but it served our needs just fine. Overall, I would recommend this home for a 4-6 person size family with younger kids looking for a mid-range home in terms of quality and cost.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this beautiful home. The gated entry to the neighborhood and the clubhouse enhanced our stay. Plenty of room and our whole family enjoyed the game room in the garage. Can’t go wrong with a Chick-fil-a and a Starbucks right around the corner. It was close to the parks, shopping areas, and gave us the relax at home feel you can’t get at a hotel. Our family enjoyed our trip and would come back in a heartbeat. The home was just as pictured and described. It is located at the end of the road on a cal-de-sac with no traffic at all. Felt very safe. The pool with outdoor shower was nice. Took two teenage boys and they enjoyed having their own rooms. The kitchen was nice and there is a Wal-Mart just down the street for groceries and supplies. The Nest thermostats were nice and the converted garage game room with laundry were great. Not much that can be said negatively about the property. The noise from animals (frogs and raccoons possibly) was a little loud at night outside windows of first floor bedroom but our son didn’t seem to mind too much. Overall, I would highly recommend this house. The owners were good with sending messages. Also, we didn’t pay for the heat to be turned on in the pool. On the days in the 90s it was fine but if your say is going to be 80s or below, you will probably want the heat, FYI.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and perfect for our needs. The kids loved the game room. The pool was nice and relaxing after a day at the parks. It was so nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. All of the appliances worked well and made it very convenient for us. Laundry was a must for us. If I could make a recommendation I would ask for more silverware. There were 10 of us and we had to wash utensils during the meal so everyone had some. It would also be nice to have more bowls with lids. Finally, pizza pans. That being said, we would rent this house again in a heartbeat. It was one of the nicer placer we have stayed in. LOVED IT!!

This Villa is in a great location- we have stayed at Bellavida before and have had issues with being overlooked or noisy neighbours; this Villa is at the rear of the community and is in a nice quiet area. The house was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Beds in particular were very comfy (always a worry in a holiday rental). We paid extra for pool heat and the pool was lovely and warm upon arrival. We couldn’t figure out the spa temperature controls but didn’t really need it. Communication with the owner was easy (super quick responses). All in all a great stay and would totally recommend this property
