About this cabin rental
Welcome to Eagle Ridge Falls!
This is a well-built custom log home in Banner Elk with private acreage and a private creek flowing through the property. Eagle Ridge Falls has five sleeping areas and five and a half bathrooms on three levels, accommodating 18 guests. With a pool table, a ping-pong table, a magnificent outdoor pavilion, a private swimming hole, and acreage to explore, guests may find all they need right at the cabin. The charming town of Banner Elk is less than 10 minutes down the road, and it has restaurants, antique shops, and grocery stores. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and Beech Mountain Ski Resort are a 20-minute drive, and Grandfather Mountain is less than 40 minutes away.
Step inside and find a comfortable living area with leather couches, a flat-screen TV, and a gas-log fireplace. Warm wood floors, tongue-and-groove walls, and ceilings with exposed beams give the home an authentic cabin feel. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area, making it an ideal place for enjoying the company of friends and family. A sitting room beside the dining area offers additional dining space and other seating. The main floor has a shared half bath with a stackable washer and dryer. The covered porch overlooks the property and has plenty of wooden Adirondack rocking chairs to relax in the peace and quiet of the mountains.
Wander down to the lower level and find a pool table, a second working kitchen, a dining table, and unique custom stone flooring. Next to the pool table is a den area with a flat-screen TV. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WOODSTOVE IS CURRENTLY NOT USABLE. The lower-level foyer and stone floors provide generous space for ski groups. Covered decks on the main and lower floors overlook the sprawling property and flowing stream.
An impressive pavilion in the yard is home to the gas grill and four (4) picnic tables. It is a fantastic place to gather with friends and family for a cookout picnic and a swim in the private swimming hole. Guests will be delighted by the wood-burning fire pit next to the flowing stream for a fun night of marshmallow roasting. The owners have recently added a side deck with a hot tub to add to your enjoyment of the property.
A comfortable master king suite on the main level has a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub. Guests will find three well-appointed bedrooms upstairs with king or queen beds and ensuite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom, located on the lower level, has two bunk beds, a twin-over-king and a twin-over-twin, cute bean bag chairs, and a door leading to the parking area. The den also has a queen sleeper sofa. The lower level has a shared hall bath with an additional washer and dryer, making it easy to dry all the wet ski clothes, swimming gear, and towels.
Eagle Ridge has eight (8) TVs with Roku, streaming, and Wi-Fi. The house has central heating and air conditioning, except for the lower-level bedroom, where the stone floors and well-insulated walls keep temperatures cool in the warmer months.
Up to two dogs are welcome with your reservation at the cabin, and they will be delighted with all the open outside space. Pet fees will apply. Eagle Ridge Falls has a sloping gravel drive that levels out to a parking area with plenty of room for multiple vehicles. The porch is partly covered for convenient loading and unloading, and the front door has a Ring doorbell camera.

Absolutely loved this cabin, and the on property waterfalls that I literally spent almost an entire day in just relaxing with my family. Very spacious. Honestly it was the swimming hole and waterfalls that make me smile just reliving our weekend of fun. Definitely best birthday ever thanks to this phenomenal property and the serenity that's included!
