Beautiful facility. The outside decks are so welcoming.
The staff (check in and breakfast) went above and beyond to make things great.

The room was really nice. Beds were comfortable! The staff I interacted with was very friendly and helpful!
The shower ceiling had a little mold on it. The water pressure was awful

Excellent staff, good breakfast (waffles, eggs, sausage, tater tots, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, cereal, pastries and bagels). Free coffee / tea/ hot coco / fruit water in the lobby. Comfortable bed. Nice L-shaped sofa in suites.
First room they had us in was moldy / musty smelling. Professional and friendly staff quickly put us in another room which was fine.
Walls are paper thin. Can hear people in adjacent rooms (who were not being loud or unruly) and also people walking around upstairs. Creaky floors - I'm sure we bothered the people in the room below us too just walking around.
Carpet blocks door to suite room from shutting properly. I'm a strong 6'2, 230-pound man and shutting / opening the door over the carpet was a challenge. Fire hazard.
The room was comfortable enough and clean and it's a nice, not-run-down hotel. In an age where the cheaper hotels in a small mountain town cost nearly $150-200 - I guess I just expect more.

Didn't eat breakfast but the room was nice n clean
The tub squeaked as of it didn't have support underneath, thought I was gonna fall through

They made it where I could rent a room cause I got charged $50 dollars the night my baby died

Complimentary breakfast always delicious. Like the short walk to Kidd Brewer Stadium and to King Street.

Location, quiet, clean
Room 220…Water pressure (2 on a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the best), tub was missing supports underneath so it squeaked horribly, bottom sheet was old and needs to be discarded (rough from pills, just old).

Great size room. Very clean. Amazingly comfortable bed!!!
Would have preferred it be closer to downtown

The people were wonderful, smiling, and asked if they could help.
Everything, it was a great stay. We will be back. The pricing was really good. The size of the room was actually larger than expected . Very clean, the help wanted to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything.

We stay here for short stays when we go to Boone. Always excellent.
4.3
Everything was nice...staff friendly, the room was quiet, comfortable and a nice size...we had plenty of room with our dog.
The only problem we had was with the air/heat unit. No matter what the setting was it blew the air out on high and never stopped. Finding the right temp to set it on was difficult...It was either too cold or too hot. I am sure it was just an issue in the room we stayed in.

Location was good, near good restaurants and other activities. The breakfast and staff were great.
Sofa pull out bed was very uncomfortable. Needs replacement with good mattress. Chair to table old .
4.3
Coffee was great. Breakfast was good. Pet friendly is why I booked here.
Hot waterfaucet in 2 rooms needed repairs.
4.3
Breakfast was good (especially the potato wedges). Scrambled eggs were better than the omelets. The room was very nice and clean - the staff went above and beyond for us. It snowed quite a bit on our check out date - management gave us a later checkout as they wanted to make sure we felt safe leaving in the weather.
If I had to choose something, I would say that the pool area needs a bit of an update. The concrete on the bottom of the pool is breaking away a bit.

We splurged and got the suite with in-room jacuzzi. The room was really spacious, which was great because we brought our two dogs. Relaxing in the tub after walking around downtown boone all day in the cold weather was awesome.

Staff for breakfast was rude, seemed frustrated
4.3
Excellent choice for breakfast and well prepared

Great location and nice rooms with a comfy bed. Also had a good breakfast with variety and different menu each day.
I wish there wasn't so many children there on the weekend.

All expectation were met. Cute college kids made up a friendly staff.
Breakfast was delicious and a “horn of plenty “.
it has a good pet “relief “ yard with waste bags outside just to the left of the lobby.
Room felt a bit small. Large interior hall takes up space.

All of the staff were very friendly and responsive to any needs that came up during our stay.
We were notified the morning of our stay that the pool and hot tub would be out of order. Unfortunately this was part of the reason we booked at this particular hotel.
