This lake house can do it all!!! Large enough to accommodate multiple families, yet with intimate escapes that transport you out of your everyday worries.
If you are looking to fish, boat, kayak, sail, jet-ski, ski, snowboard, snowmobile, ice fish, horseback ride, golf etc. this is the place located on the water, and just minutes away from Mad River Ski resort and plenty of golf courses.
Home is fully equipped. The renovated kitchen has a stove, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, dishwasher, silverware, cookware, dishes. Dining seats 14. Island bar seats 4. Living room has 1 pull out couch full size bed, 1 Love seat, hi-speed wifi, 70 inch flatscreen smart TV, and amazing views of Indian Lake. BR1: Queen bed / 50 inch smart TV (wifi). BR2: Queen bed / 50 inch smart TV (wifi). BR3: Bunk Bed room with a single bed underneath. Another twin bed with a single bed underneath / 43 inch smart TV (wifi). You will rest peacefully in one of the three bedrooms or even the pull-out couch located in the living area. Towels, linens, pillows provided. Iron and hairdryer. BRAND NEW-Washer and dryer. Heat and A/C. Outside Propane Grill. Boat parking out back of house! Nice fenced in backyard! Where you can play corn hole ( provided at cottage ) & let the kids play! We enjoyed the space in the house the outside area was Beautiful it was nice to have pet friendly
and enjoyed that we could stay put and enjoy cooking on the grill and play Cornhole and games at the house that was provided.

We went for a nice long relaxing weekend, and that is exactly what we had! Check in and check out was a breeze! Property was just as described. It had so many extras that we did not expect! It was the perfect family vacay! Loved the little community and location! Rented a pontoon from Spend a Day Marina! Also, rented a golf cart from Spencer at Patriot golf cart. Both were super easy to deal with as well! Definitely would come back!

Beautiful lake house property, very clean and open space. Huge sunroom, great fenced backyard and dock. There also is gas grill and a large blackstone grill, nice big firepit as well. Great communication from host. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July. This home is clean, well stocked, and has a great layout with lots of usable space. It was convenient to be on the canal with easy access to the lake by boat. We would stay here again!

From before we even arrived we had exceptional communication from the host. The property was as described and absolutely beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone as well. The yard was nice and plenty of room to play cornhole and have a fire in the pit. This is most definitely a dream vacation spot for central Ohio. We will be back the end of June next year and enjoying the beautiful Indian lake!

This was the perfect property for a mini-family reunion. We fit very comfortably with two families with young kids plus grandparents. The open living room/kitchen area and huge dining area in the converted back porch provided tons of room for the kids to play and adults to relax. The backyard is also great for entertaining with plenty of seating on the dock and back deck. We had a gathering with extended family one afternoon (17 people) and there was plenty of space to socialize, plus the visitors were very complimentary of the property. There is a playground just around the corner, and we also enjoyed taking the canoe on the lake. The host was very communicative and friendly and the house was extremely well-stocked with any supplies you might need (all the condiments, serving dishware/party supplies, outdoor gear, even beer and ice cream sandwiches!). This place is a true gem!

It was a 50th birthday girls trip. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us. The house had plenty of amenities. The fire pit was great. It was close to plenty of places on the lake for fun. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house has absolutely everything you need for a weekend stay!! Our group of 7 enjoyed the large great room, beautiful kitchen, massive dining table and outdoor fire pit. Chelsea was super responsive and recommended a boat rental that was delivered to the dock which was amazing!

6 adults and 4 children (6months-8years) We had a great time! Park was a quick walk away. 6ish minute drive to Oldfield beach which was nice for us going to Rock the Lake! All around a good place to vacation!

Property is conveniently located to the lake which made boating easier to access for loading of passengers and supplies. Parking is plentiful even with multiple boat trailers and vehicles.
House is well stocked with all necessary cooking supplies and appliances, bedding, condiments etc...
The host, Chelsea, was very accommodating to our needs and concerns and was a pleasure.
We will consider on booking again in the future.

Chelsea was great at answering all our questions right away. They place was very clean with an amazing space! There was plenty of "extras" that we didn't need to pack. Lots of bath and beach towels for use. We all loved our stay and hope to return next year!

This home has everything you need from a slow cooker to q tips, everything was clean and easy to find. We had family and friends ages 6 to 69. One of the family rides a small scooter and there was plenty of room in the house to get around. It would be nice if it was easier for the elderly to get on the back deck. Everyone had a great time.

This was the perfect lake house. It’s on one of the inlets for the lake so you still get to enjoy the water but it’s quieter. The outside area was perfect for our group. Lots of space and different areas to hang out. There were plenty of places to sleep and everything was clean and nice looking. I would highly recommend this house!!

The stay was perfect from beginning to end. Even tho we didn’t need to- we were allowed to arrive early and check out late. The property was quiet with friendly neighbors and had a great location. It was set right on private access to water and a great doc for the boat. The yard was well taken care of and the fire pit was a nice touch. The owner responded to questions immediately and was willing to help at any and all points of our stay. Truly above and beyond expectations and we wish all of our vacation stays were as nice as this one!

This home was beautiful and the open space in the kitchen/living room was perfect for little ones to run around and play in. Same for the yard, it was perfect and we fully utilized the fire pit. We have such an incredible family stay and grateful for the owners of the home.
We also rented a boat through a separate company that was dropped off in the morning at our dock and picked up a few days later. The stay was so easy and painless even traveling with kids.

Every member of our family of 10, ages 70 to 1, never lost a smile from their face. This place has it all! Yard, deck, and raft for children. Canoe, great dock, 2 fridges, swings, and comfortable beds for parents. Comfy couches and deck chairs for grandparents. And...it's strategically located to the Tilton Hilton. :-)

A group of colleagues meet each year in the Indian Lake area and this place was perfect for our annual meeting spot! The large dining area and table, great sleeping quarters, huge living/kitchen combo = wonderful!! The house had plenty of extras and was super clean. Great place. We will be back!

We lucked out and found a property in short notice and Chelsea was very responsive and very helpful when I reached out to her with questions on the property and the local area. The property has two bathrooms, but only one has a tub/shower, so just fyi when looking for properties if you need two tub/showers. There were just 4 of us total, so we had no issues with the bathroom situation! Check in /out process was easy and was provided all the details we needed! You also have the option to rent a boat and have it dropped off and picked up from the back dock, so I recommend that for sure, if you do not have a boat. The neighbor next store was very nice and kind to us. Quiet neighborhood and nice streets to walk in the morning up to the new coffee shop! We look forward to visiting Indian lake again!

Perfect Holiday
I rented this home to host the 4th of July holiday for a few friends and family and it was PERFECT. The location is perfect. Close to the state park and Chippewa Marina. The ability to rent a boat and dock right at the house worked out perfect. Having a fenced in yard for my dog was so convenient. I hate to travel without my fur babies! The house itself is very spacious and open to accommodate to a larger number of guests though we spent most of our time in the sun room and beautiful backyard. Chelsea was quick to respond to any and all the questions I had - including silly ones trying to find the mixer that was right in front of me. I look forward to staying again next year and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a get away!

Guests were very accommodating with excellent communication. House was very clean with plenty of comfortable beds! We enjoyed playing yard games and hanging out around the fire pit! Would recommend this staying at this adorable home to anyone!
