With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

We had a bachelorette party and this was the perfect house with the perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay!!

We were in town for a bachelorette party — it was a great location! We were able to walk almost everywhere! Though we didn’t realize the houses weren’t connected. We also had one issue with the lock on one of the doors but the company came out right away to fix it. Overall great stay!

The property works really well for large groups where everyone wants a bed/bedroom and not pull out sofas in main areas. Great location within easy walking distance to everything you want to do in Charleston. Beds were comfy and the place is clean.
Be prepared if you actually want to do any cooking, the kitchen is not equipped past the very bare minimum to be able to call it "equipped." We were disappointed that there was only a k-cup coffee maker. For a large group that orders groceries, making pots of coffee is more economical and environmentally friendly. The gas lanterns on the front of the house went out and the whole front porch and upstairs bedrooms smelled like gas. We were told to light the lamps ourselves with the long lighters in the kitchen but unfortunately, as I previously stated, there is barely anything in the kitchen and certainly not long lighters. The property company said they'd send someone out the next day, so we had to just live with the gas smell overnight. We checked out the next morning so not sure if it got resolved or not.
Overall, we had a great time on our visit to Charleston and the house is cute and served its purpose but it's nothing luxurious.

Great location! House is great for large family. Clean, plenty of linens. The only negative is didn’t realize it was 2 separate units. So if you want to all be together it is a little challenging.

Owner’s communication was clear and prompt, location was very near to our activities. The owner shared ideas for activities we might want to consider. The units were tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio area. Highly recommend!

This property was perfect for our group of 5 college friends (in our 70s!). We each had a comfortable bedroom. We especially enjoyed the back patio. The location is great. We could walk to many places or to catch the free bus that goes all through Charleston. The steps to the second floor are a bit steep but we decided that we would definitely stay there again. Also, the host was extremely responsive.

This was a great property in a great location. Communication was perfect. We had a TV issue, and the tech was sent, and he was wonderful and fixed the problem quickly. Will definitely rent again!

This home was absolutely incredible! Perfect location that is walkable to everything on King Street. The owners were super easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay! The decor is so cute here, and everything was super clean!

Bachelor party stay
Great location to King Street, very accurate pictures to reality and clean. Parking was a little odd to find and was tight but since we didn't do much driving, it wasn't an issue. Definitely will stay here again, when visiting Charleston again

The property met our expectations. It was a great location, it looked exactly like the pictures and the management staff communicated with me numerous times and responded quickly. We all loved it and would definitely stay there again.

All were very spacious, well located and comfortable. Units were clean, well maintained illustrated correctly in the description. The Inns were a great place for our family to come together and enjoy a very special weekend. Our guests enjoyed meals at Cannon Green, High Cotton, The Ordinary, Leon’s, Rappahannock Oyster Bar and others. Thank you Inns for a fabulous weekend in Charleston!
