About this house rental
Getaway from it all but still be minutes away from all the lovely attractions and restaurants the old city has to offer. You can ride around the quiet neighborhood in the provided golf cart or drive minutes into St. Augustine filled with amazing restaurants, coffee shops and eclectic boutiques.
Or if you prefer to relax at the home with a heated screened in pool and hot tub and cook in the fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar! Or order in from one of the many local restaurants that deliver.
The house has lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to unwind, relax and play. The yard is also fully fenced and private for your children or pets.
Contact with owners and local team should you need anything. Games, toys for in and out of pool and beach. You won't need to leave the house unless you want some beach time. We also offer, strolller, pack n play and a high chair for families traveling with young ones. There is also an outdoor fire pit and tv in the screened area so no mosquitoes to ruin your fun!

This house is the best house we stayed since we start to rent a houses for vacation, quiet place to relax, the house is very clean, very close to the beach , the pool is very clean , and the golf car is the bonus , we 100% recommend and we gonna can back soon !!

This place is wonderful. The host is very easy to get ahold of and responds quickly when needed. The house was very clean and well kept. Will definitely keep in my favorites for our next trip!

The house was just what we needed for the family. The screened in pool was great for evening swims. The golf cart helped travel between the house and the beach access. Our dog loved wandering around the fenced in yard chasing the small Florida lizards. We would definitely love to come back for another vacation!

This property is a block away from a beautiful quiet beach. Location fantastic!! Pool was a delight nice and warm for the cooler weather that we had. Home clean and comfortable. We will return again.

We really enjoyed the stay at Mya's house for our intergenerational group (grandparents, parents, elementary school aged kids, and dog). Fast WiFi, easy access to the beach (the golf cart is a bonus!), and the kids loved the heated pool, especially since there was a cold front during our stay.
Vilano Beach is a great location to quickly get in/out of St. Augustine for visiting all the attractions, but also staying away from all the tourist crowds in central St. Augustine.

My husband and I loved staying at this property. We could walk up the street to beautiful Vilano Beach. My husband and I took regular walks with our dog along the shore, just beautiful. We could walk in the opposite direction toward the intercostal waterway and view beautiful sunsets. The neighborhood was very peaceful with friendly neighbors. The house was lovely and the pool very refreshing. So glad we found this property. We were also close enough to visit with our grandchildren which was ideal. Thank you to Lev and Mya. We loved every minute.

You need a large pot for pasta,grab handles in the tub,fence blocking the fire pit from the pool, newer beach chairs. Otherwise great place

The house was comfortable, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was refreshing and the outdoor entertainment area was nice and relaxing.
The neighborhood is quiet and it was an easy walk to the park. Great location and easy access to St. Augustine.
Enjoyed pizza from Vinny’s and lunches at the Sunset Grill (St. Augustine Beach) and Prohibition Kitchen (old town, near the fort).
The Night of Lights tour was fun, amazing lights and holiday songs.

Perfect Get-away Location
My Parents wanted to do a family vacay - that would include all 4 daughters and their spouses and kids! We rented this house along with another house in the area! This house was nothing shy of Perfect !!! Mya and Lev were so helpful with any and all questions! The pictures don’t do the place justice !!! I promise you would have zero regrets in booking this place for a getaway !
It also had a golf cart that helped make the trip that much more amazing !!! Well worth every penny spent ! Planning to book this place again and again ! Deserves more than 5 stars !

PERFECT VACATION
We enjoyed our stay - the beach house was perfect. Property had everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. Especially enjoyed afternoon swims in the pool and evening rides on golf cart.

This is a great house. Well laid out, impeccably appointed (tea and coffee bar was such a hit!). Outdoor fire pit on the covered porch great for s’mores. Heated pool perfect for hanging out and outdoor area with a hammock and run around for a dog. The owners were awesome to communicate with and were super responsive, helpful and proactive. I cannot thank them enough for being such great hosts! Oh and a block away is an amazing, quiet beach. So yeah, we had the most comfortable stay!

My sister’s family and my family spending a weekend together
This is a great house. Well laid out, impeccably appointed (tea and coffee bar was such a hit!). Outdoor fire pit on the covered porch great for s’mores. Coquina Oasis - wonderful stay!
Mya and Lev were exceptional with communication and answering/accommodating needs we inquired about. They truly care about customer service and a great stay.
Coquina Oasis was a beautiful and open-spaced house to stay at that met our family's needs. Having a 9 month old, we were able to use the provided high chair, jump chair, and umbrella stroller. We were able to cook meals, use the heated pool, took many walks to the beach and throughout the neighborhood. The locals we met are so friendly and nice. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen/living room/dining room! Such a great layout for fun fellowship!
The location was perfect. Close to beach, close to Publix, close to St. Augustine.
Highly recommend this house and all it has to offer!

Súper confortable home for our family
Since we started the trip Mya and Lev were super attentive letting us know they were there for us. The home is fully equipped with everything you need for kids and adults. Extra towels and bed sheets. Amazing location. Closed to St. Augustine main attractions and just a block away from the beautiful and peaceful beach. Beautiful neighborhood, super quite.
Their outstanding guest service it’s what really makes the difference. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Amazing Stay!
We had such a wonderful time at the home with family and the kids. House is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and cook some meals. We loved the pool, hot tub and the kids loved riding around the golf cart. WE also LOVED that the pool and patio was screened in, which meant NO BUGS!
Walking a block to the beach was easy or driving the cart to the beach access were there is a crossover was nice as well. We were minutes to a large grocery store and St Augustine town where we had some amazing meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host were very accommodating and answered any questions we had immediately. We can't wait to stay again. Also the beach was pure bliss, soft sand, quiet and warm waters!

Wonderful home away from home for our trip to St Augustine
We enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated home in a nice quiet neighborhood......just a short walk to a very nice beach too!! The home was perfect for our group of 6. The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. The master bedroom mattress was very comfortable and the wardrobe cabinet was perfect for storing our luggage during our stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every morning and evening. The screened in porch and pool area were fantastic as it allowed us to be outside whenever we wanted without bugs or critters! The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking(although we didn't do much of that). We also enjoyed the use of the golf cart to ride around the neighborhood. The home is a short 5 minute drive to a grocery store and maybe a 10 minute drive to St Augustine. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting the St Augustine area. We also took a daytrip down to visit the Kennedy Space Center, which was really cool! The property owners were great and responded almost immediately to our questions!! We will definitely stay here if we visit St. Augustine again!

Scott could not have been more responsive. We let him know that the blender was broken. The next morning he dropped off a new one. The place was very clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing. You have everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this house and the property host Scott was amazing! Our group consisted of two couples and a total of four kids ranging from ages 1 to 4 and we all had plenty of room. Home away from home!
This house was just as advertised! Beautifully decorated,clean and a short walk to the beach.Plenty of room for my husband and I and 4 grandkids,the kids had a blast between the pool and our daily walks to the beach. The owner scott,was always fast to respond to any of my questions or concerns. I would diefiently stay at this house again!!!

Beach Perfection
Above and beyond hospitality and amazing amenities. There is so many wonderful and impressive things about this property it is hard to list them all. The thing that takes everything over the top is the incredible host(s) that assure you feel like you are visiting friends at the beach not just staying in a VRBO. The hosts go above and beyond to assure you are not wanting for anything, and if in the very rare event that you do, rest assured you will get a response and resolution within minutes if not seconds. Add that amazing friendly hospitality in with the incredible house, incredible location, easy beach access and more amenities than you can imagine…and you have got… Simply Perfection!!! My wife, our Fur Baby and I are already planning when we can get back and it will it won’t be soon enough! Simple advice: if you have an opportunity to stay here: DO IT!
