El lugar es espectacular. Ahora que el río esta con poco agua el hotel quedó en un lago.
Pesque pirañas y de noche se escucha muchos sonidos de la selva.
Exelente comida y personal.
Recomiendo mucho

This location is amazing! The structure is open air, with some walls for privacy in the bedrooms (the walls go up about 3/4 height) and bathroom (full wall), and actually floats on the Amazon River. The structure and construction is a marvel. Coordinating arrival with the staff was easy - they arranged for us to be picked up from Leticia airport with a taxi, and then a boat to the hotel itself. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious every day! We also had the lunch and dinner meals at the hotel (we paid out of pocket for these), which were also homemade and based on local cuisine - yum! Finally, the hotel staff helped arrange expeditions for us while we were visiting; they coordinated a day-long Amazon River tour for us and a day-long Amazon jungle tour. All we had to do was say we wanted to do those tours, and the hotel staff coordinated the rest. It was wonderful.
The location is on the Amazon River, and you must take a boat to/from Leticia, the closest town. The boat ride is about 20 minutes. This was just fine for us, and it was what we were looking for, but if you are expecting to spend most of your time in Leticia, you may want to consider another hotel option.

Very clean and nicely decorated paying attention to details. Amazing experience on the water. Very friendly staff. Helped to organize a private full day tour with great guides. Dinners were super tasty!!

The booking amenity page should have stated that there is no Wi fi and electricity is on from 6pm to 9pm. It is not a 15 minute drive , it is a 15 minute boat ride .
I was fine after I relaxed but I wish I had know I was not going to have wi fi . The staff was outstanding . I miss them !

In the place you can feel near to the nature. Just look at the water and birds. Perfect place to chill and do nothing
Electricity only between 6pm and 9 pm. No WiFi. The price is way too high for the place where you can't do anything. You are staying either at the main lodging or your room. You can go to the civilization only by boat, but the personal doesn't speak English and you can't call or text anyone, because there is no connection. So you have to arrange everything in advance and plan your stay very carefully. Prepare to pay for the boat transport that takes you to the place.

the property looks nice, nice character of the finishes.
1. very over priced for what you get.
2. no activities to do - there should be kayaks, board games, spa bath or activities or other things to do. There is 20 dining tables but only 3 rooms, the space could be used better to give guests something to do, there no internet and no electricity except for 3hrs between 6pm and 9pm.
3. location - its not close enough to town that you can just hop off and go to town easily or not far enough away that there is good wildlife opertunities. (this would not be an issue if there was something to do at the accommodation)
4. In addition to high prices, they make you pay extra for the boat ride to and from the floating house and lunch and dinner is quite expensive for what it is. Considering you cant be out past 6pm on the river you only option is to eat dinner there. If you are going to charge premium rates, stuff like that should be included. Customer service/experience is not something that is considered.
5. The property has good potential, but just needs some small investments into improving the customer experience and service.

The staff were great
If you are looking for a place to sit around and enjoy the Amazon, this is probably is not the place. We spent 2 nights there and that was enough. But, it is not a lounge around type of place with comfortable furniture and amenities But, it did the job

Amazing experience to sleep on the water in this beautiful floating cabana. Wonderful host who helped us planning great tours to the jungel and a day on the river and lovely staff who made our stay to the best experience during our time at the Amazonas!Would recommend this accommodation 100%

The concept and the house is really nice. it was a very interesting experience.
They wanted to charge a higher price for the food. Maybe was a mistake and they did not update the info in Booking. So please check. At the end the host, recognize the mistake and did not charge anything for the food. The food was really good.
The rooms were not totally clean.

Unique location
Lots of day hammocks for relaxing in
Bear in mind you are "stuck" in the middle
of the river, so not ideal for longer stays

This beautiful floating property is literarily located on the Amazonas river and considering its location it has all facilities one can possibly need. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners were very tasty and freshly cooked every day in the kitchen that is also located on the property. The beds, with mosquito nets, were also very comfortable. In summary, it is easy to relax here and an added bonus is that there is no WiFi that takes your mind away from the beautiful river.
It would have been great with a leaflet that briefly explained and went through possible excursions that the owner could organise.
