exceptionally friendly and helpful staff and manager. They went beyond what could be expected to help us.

The hotel's garden courtyard was a breath of fresh air in the noisy center of town. I appreciated that my room was in the building in the back of the courtyard, removed from the street. The restaurant was super convenient for dinner and nice for breakfast (which is included).
The sounds from the outdoor hallways reverberated a lot on the tile structure and so you could hear a lot of doors closing and anyone talking quite loudly. It wasn't unbearable, just noticeable.

All the meals at the hotel were very good. Breakfast was buffet style with simple but good food options. Hotel has a lovely courtyard with outside tables for drinks or dining. Full of plants, birds and some surprising local wildlife.

Good meals. Fast laundry. Very good massage.
Street noise. Try to get a room as far away from street as possible.

Must be one of the best hotels in Coca, an otherwise industrial city which is an outpost for Napo River commercial transit. Immaculate grounds are well kept and inviting. Air conditioning and hot water are a real bonus in the selva. Good restaurant and bar. Great place to regroup after a hot sweaty visit to Yasuni Reserve.
Prices are a bit high for Ecuador overall, but you're at the end of the road - literally!

The property was beautiful! Convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, etc. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and big and beautiful! Housekeeping was exceptional! And the garden was extraordinary! We loved staying here!

The hotel had a nice garden full of birds and other animals like aguti, monkey, tortoises
The room was old, with traces from dead mosquitos on the wall. The pillow wad stinking, even the pillow case was clean.

I was having some difficulties with the Wifi in my room. The staff set me up in an office space so I could finish some work that needed to be done.
Everything was great. I couldn't ask for anything better.

Good location very close to the pier where the Napo river trips starts and ends. Tia supermarket is in easy walking distance and the taxi drive to the airport takes just 5 minutes.
The garden inside the hotel territory is lovely with some birds, freely moving squirrel monkeys and tortoises. Wifi worked very well what it not common in Ecuador. The receptionist speaks good English.
The floor in the bathroom wasn’t clean. It looked washed but not too carefully with some hairs left after previous guests. The bed in double room id small for two persons. Though you can sleep but it is not too comfortable especially for tall people. During the breakfast we really did not like that the big bowls with the fruits were standing uncovered and we saw a fly sitting right on the piece of papaya. All staff and the guests approaching the buffet wore masks but some tables are really close to buffet and as a result people eating their breakfast (without masks obviously) were close to the food. I am not an medical worker but it looks like not a perfect practice in terms of Covid-19.

The staff was wonderful. I'm a digital nomad and the internet was reliable. No complaints at all.

Friendly and kind staff
It’s not the property. What I didn’t like is that I reserved something and got a different thing. First time this happens to me in Booking.

Its a decent hotel. Good facilities and breakfast
This hotel should be a 50$ per day - not more.
