This original Folly home circa 1927 has breath -taking front beach views with a porch designed to spend all your time relaxing. My little Cottage is perfect for a relaxed, laid-back stay with a total coastal feel. You can enjoy surfing, biking, swimming, great dining and beautiful walks on the beach. After a day on the beach you can step into the private outdoor shower. You won’t have to go far to hear the ocean at night. This home is offered only a few months each year . I’m inviting you to come stay !

We loved it. We had planned to explore but this cute beachfront location was so perfect for our family that we swam at the beach and hung out on the great patio most of the time. Bedding and pillows in the bunk room were cozy!

The beach house is very well maintained, equipped with anything you will need, and very clean! We've been to Folly eight times in the past five years and stayed in eight houses, and this one is by far the best! There was plenty of room, and the deck on the beach side really made the trip extra special. We can't wait to return next year!

Four night stay at this gorgeous property just wasn't enough! My family of 4 was sad to leave and have been dreaming about those oceans views (and outdoor showers!) ever since. If you're looking for a clean, spacious yet cozy, tastefully decorated, and well-equipped cottage on a peaceful stretch of beach with endless ocean views, look no further. This is the real deal. We enjoyed many hours on the beach and in the outdoor showers (there are TWO, both glorious!), followed by afternoons and evenings exploring Charleston, Beaufort and Savannah, all within close proximity to the cottage. We truly hope to be back!

This little cottage is everything and more. Perfectly decorated which is so important to me. And super clean which is also super important. My friends and I ( 6 of us -all age 60) were all impressed. We found it cozy inside and then breathtaking sunrise and sunset views outside. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy each other’s company. I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys staying in a clean and beautifully decorated house.

Truly the best stay we’ve ever experienced!! Sandra’s cottage was so charming, peaceful & cozy with every detail thought out for her guests. Communication throughout booking was open & very accommodating. We spent most of our time on the expansive deck enjoying the ocean view…oh the view is absolutely priceless!! The hardest part was leaving but we’ll definitely be back. Thank you Sandra for sharing your lovely cottage with us!

Property was absolutely amazing. Very quiet and private which made for a very relaxing weekend. The love the owner has for her beach cottage is evident throughout. It’s very inviting and you have everything you would need plus some. Paragraphs could be written on this place and how wonderful it is. Pretty sure anything else would be a disappointment after staying here. Thank you so much to the host for sharing your beach cottage. It’s absolutely lovely and hope to be able to stay again in the future.

We are so happy to have found this perfect little cottage located away from the hustle and bustle of the town of Folly Beach. Our host was available with a quick response whenever I had a question. My family and I spent 6 days at this absolutely stunning home. It was spotless and absolutely amazing. Great layout, nicely decorated, with breathtaking views. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from a great deck and covered porch area facing the water. It was by far the best vrbo place we have ever stayed. Simply can not wait to come back to Folly Beach and stay at this property.

This was BY FAR the absolute best beach house ever for our group of four. Every detail in this house was perfect! Can’t say enough about Sandra and the obvious pride she takes in the attention to detail in this cozy cottage. The deck was our favorite spot! We cannot say enough good things about staying at Sandra’s property. EVERYTHING you need is there! She has truly thought of it all! The kitchen is stocked, beds are comfy, and the deck is breathtaking! But the best part is the view and being able to walk out to the beach with only a few steps! This was our second time staying in this home, and it was just as great the second time around. Very clean with a soothing color palette that is perfect for a relaxing stay at the beach. Perfect for 4-5 people when you don’t need a larger house. Just as advertised and steps from the ocean. Would highly recommend!

There are not enough stars to accurately rate this property. This place is absolutely beautiful! We stayed for a long girls' weekend to celebrate my sister's 40th. From the minute we walked in the door we felt so at home. This is not your typical hodge podge worn down musty beach house. This place is so tastefully decorated, and you can see the love that was put into it making it perfect. The pictures online are great, but they don't do it justice. Aside from being the cleanest place I've ever rented, it was also the most well equipped. You can pack light, because the kitchen has all of the appliances, dishes and cookware you need and there are plenty of beach and bath towels, toiletries, games, and even beach toys and boogie boards The furnitire and beds are so comfortable, the huge deck is perfect for relaxing at night and listening to the waves, the private outdoor shower is a game changer, and there is also plenty of parking to top it all off. I can't say enough great things about this place. Our group is already talking about coming back for vacation with their families and having another girls' trip. Sandra is the perfect host and has created such a beautiful and peaceful space. She responds in minutes and truly wants to make sure you have the perfect stay. Don't think twice about booking this place!

Exactly what we were looking for! The house is a fantastic example of original Folly charm, beautifully remodeled, and on a fantastic stretch of the beach. By far the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen is great and well stocked, the furnishings comfortable, and the deck is AMAZING. Communication was great, and overall it was a wonderful experience. We can’t wait to come back!!!

The cottage is oozing with coastal charm! The oceanfront deck is spectacular as it has ample seating plus a covered and uncovered space. From the moment we awoke until the time we went to bed the door to the deck was wide open so we could hear the waves! We will stay at this cottage again!!

We had a great stay! I don't know what more I can add that hasn't already been said by every guest. All the five star reviews are on the money! Stocked kitchen, linens, towels, even bath essentials were provided. Plenty of space for our family, the whole house felt bigger than as shown in the pics. Spectacular deck!! Beautiful beach!!

After a 4 day tour of colleges for our daughter across TN and SC, we wrapped up our week at Folly Beach. 3 days of beauty, comfort and relaxation. Home was a perfect location, better than we expected, stocked with everything and anything we needed. Host was very communicative and helpful with what the area had to offer. We didn’t want to leave and will be returning.

We stayed at the property while we were in town for our beach wedding. The house was stocked perfectly for our needs - K cups for the Keurig, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, every kitchen tool you could imagine, beach towels, beach toys. Literally everything and more of what I hoped for and of what our family needed! The home is tastefully decorated, so bright and light. The back deck is a dream - huge and the chairs are such nice quality! The walk down the path and over the dunes was short and perfect for my kiddos to tackle with buckets in hand. Seriously - we wouldn’t change a thing. Sandra was so kind and helpful when planning our trip, plus she even reached out to check in on us after we checked in. We can’t wait to return to this magical place!

The views of the ocean from the primary bedrooms, living room, and deck are incredible. The property is on a one way street and several blocks from downtown which resulted in much less congestion and a quieter setting. Sandra was so responsive. The design elements in the home are so reflective of the beach, very inviting and the interior was immaculate. The sunrises and sunsets can be stunning too.
