So close to the beach we could see the ocean from several windows. The property was clean and nicely furnished- just as the photos show. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking, eating and entertaining needs. Elizabeth was a great host. Quick to respond and and provide guidance and assistance.

Elizabeth was a great host, responsive, simple process in easy detail. Home is very clean & updated. We enjoyed a slow morning drinking coffee viewing photography books provided, kids enjoyed people & dog watching off the balcony. Very cozy & homey, active community walking outdoors. Nice location. Multi level was great for our large geoupwith many ages.

We booked this unit for a family, with 5 adults and two kids. The property was spacious, with 3 floors and had enough space for us to spread out. The beds were so comfortable and the property was super clean. It was decorated so cute too and the little labels were so helpful. It had everything we needed. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. We will be back to this property for sure.

This experience was perfect. The listing was enticing,and the real life experience was better than anticipated. The home is convenient to everything. Just s few steps to the beach and down the street fro ma coffeeshop and shopping. The house was clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend this for anyone going to Jax beach.

We were looking for the perfect weekend getaway and this property was perfect! From walking in the door to sitting on the balcony off the master bedroom watching the ocean waves, we really enjoyed this property. We have stayed in several houses/condos in Jax Beach and this one was the best! The property includes lots of little things other places miss. We were greeted with a personal welcome note and basket with popcorn and candy. The place was spotless and what might sound silly, there’s labels on most every switch, door, and detailed directions on how to manage all the devices. It’s nice to have that direction as you aren’t wasting time trying to figure out how things work! Plus, that gives you more time to spend on the beach which is physically across the street. The host was super responsive and polite. She definitely made it a seamless weekend! It’s an ideal spot for a family or just a weekend getaway! Book it and enjoy!

This 3-level townhome was perfect for our needs. It was beautifully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. We were in Jacksonville for a wedding and the location made it easy to run out quickly for items we forgot—lots of nearby shopping. We already want to return.

Everything about our stay was just as expected. The townhome was extremely clean, organized and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with Elizabeth was always prompt and made sure we had everything we needed! The walk to the beach was closer than expected as well.

This was a great property that accommodated our family for a short stay at the beach. It is beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need during your stay. The location is perfect because it had its own parking for up to 4 vehicles and is across the street from the beach. It is also within walking distance from Starbucks and area restaurants. We loved our stay in this gorgeous condo right across from the beach!! We were a hard to please group because we had my husband and myself, my parents, and our 13 month old, all staying together. This condo has the perfect set up for families traveling with young children! There is a pack ‘n play in the condo and Elizabeth can provide a mini crib upon request. She also went as far as to provide a booster seat highchair, car, booster seat, diaper genie, and kids plates and cups! It was so nice to have so many child necessities already taken care of. Aside from all of the wonderful child amenities, the place is absolutely gorgeous and feels like home! We had such a great day, and Elizabeth was so wonderful to work with. She answered all of our questions promptly, and had so many handy little signs around the condo to help us figure out how to navigate the property well. We would highly recommend this property for your next family vacation!

Several of us from different locations came to Jax Beach to attend a 40th birthday party and we stayed here. It was very clean and comfortable. Everyone commented on how nice the house was: lots of windows and an open floor plan. The host went over and above to be accommodating to us.

Property is as described but even better than that it is set up in way that supports its guests. There is a welcome binder, cleaning supplies, beach towels, cooler, coffee and paper products. In addition everything is labeled to show how things work or how to turn on. This property is truly set up to promote a welcoming guest experience. We will be back.

Elizabeth, what a great property you have!! Everything in the home is as described. It is wonderfully appointed with everything a family would need for a day or a month. It was very clean when we arrived, and the location couldn't be better! It's a very quiet and clean neighborhood. Your attention to detail was impressive and appreciated but what was more impressive was your communication throughout our stay and the overall process from day 1. We were very thankful for your willingness to accommodate the requests we had regarding the baby needs. Beach access is very easy (1 minute walk) and the outdoor shower was convenient to wash feet and flip flops off before coming inside. It was a little cool and windy to spend much time on the beach, but the ample beach toys and chairs are an excellent accommodation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Jacksonville Beach area. Food, shopping, bike rentals and bars are all a short walk or bike ride away from the home. What I would recommend even more is Elizabeth. My family has stayed in many vacation rentals, and NONE have been as responsive or attentive as Elizabeth was. Thank you very much for everything. We hope to stay at your home again in the future. Scot

This condo is extremely clean, beautifully decorated with a relaxing beach vibe. It’s in a safe beach-side neighborhood with a ton of yummy dining and grocery options, most within walking distance. We cooked a lot and found that the kitchen had everything we needed. My teens enjoyed private surf lessons, jet ski rentals, and walked to the beach (2 minutes away) when the mood struck them. We also had a lot of fun playing the board/card games available in the home. Our host, Elizabeth, was super responsive and eager to help with anything we needed.

In one word, WOW!

From the moment we walked in we felt like we were home. The beach house is equipped with everything you could need whether it be for inside the house or an outing to the beach. The kids had fun putting together the puzzles (many board games too) and then heading across the street to the beach. Beautiful view from all windows. Great kitchen/living room space to all gather. Plenty of bathrooms for a group to get ready and not be on top of each other. The host, Elizabeth, answered my inquiries before and after booking within minutes. Would love to plan another family outing here soon.

We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful, newly renovated beach home just steps away from the sand! Traveling with two little ones can be a challenge, but the proximity this property has to the beach made it very convenient to spend some time out on the beach and walk back to the house as required, without having to lug a bunch of equipment/beach supplies to make it a comfortable time with kids. The property was well suited with beach towels, beach chairs, even sand toys and boogie board for little ones to enjoy! Also very close to a variety of places to grab a quick bite or nice sit down meal. This location is everything! As if that wasn’t enough, the property is newly renovated and the owners have definitely put a great deal of thought into every detail to make this a luxurious and memorable stay. Ocean views are fantastic and plentiful from most rooms in the home, decorative details provide a wonderful and comforting coastal atmosphere, and the various bedroom setups make it accommodating for different sleeping arrangements. Overall, if you want a beautiful home to enjoy your vacation on the beach in an excellent location, look no further, this property really has it all!
