Four adults traveling so we only needed 2 bedrooms, but the place could easily and comfortably accommodate 4 couples. It was super clean and beautiflly remodeled, with an open common area (living rm, dining rm, kitchen) and high celiings. Location: perfect for access to Pike's Peak railway, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods and Broadmoor Seven Falls. Hosts were very responsive and had coffee, sweetener and creamer stocked at the house...nice touch! Highly recommend!

Contemporary and very spacious. Nice and open floor plan for gathering. Close to everything. Modern, very clean and amenities were plentiful! Had everything we needed. Loved the lower level apartment, primary suite and 2car garage The balcony space was perfectly sized. Loved the artistic decor! Very well designed. The attention to detail was incredible! Would definitely stay again!

You won’t be disappointed. Beautiful modern space. Great location in a fun neighborhood. Host was very responsive. Close to Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, and Pikes Peak. Enjoyed patio with Mountain View after day filled hiking. Would recommend Ivy Wild Restaurant with in walking distance.

Perfect for our 4-day stay for a wedding. Central area is great for hanging out with family and the industrial vibe is cool. Plenty of walkable food options and good short drive to downtown. Very clean as well. The lower level separate efficiency was great, although we didn't use it as such. Would definitely come again.

This is literally a 5 star home which was comfortable, open, nicely decorated & near some cool restaurants. There was a shortage on silverware and some glassware, but we just washed often. However, on our 3rd (out of 4) night, the woman who was staying in the downstairs suite, which has a glass door that leads directly to the street as well as a glass wall slider door, heard noises directly behind the bed where she was sleeping. She got up to investigate and saw 2 homeless men hunkered down for the night, leaning on the wall right next to the outside door (no more than 2 ft from where she was peeking through the blinds). The homeless population in this area is significant and we were told by the adjacent business that this is very common. Given the exposure of the glass door, as well as the noise the men were making as they sat out there all night (last time we checked was 4:30am) scrolling on their phones and smoking (we're not sure what), my friends staying in the 2 downstairs brs were not comfortable being on that floor. So for our final 2 nights, we doubled up in the two upstairs bedrooms. I called the police who finally drove by around 2:30am, but said they didn't see anything (we were asleep by this point) and I notified the property manager the next day. His response was I'm so sorry this happened, if it happens again, contact the Homeless Outreach Team. We paid too much for this to turn into a 2br home when we booked a 4br.

This was the perfect house for my husband’s birthday celebration that included adult children and siblings. The house was exactly as advertised, spacious and well furnished. Bedrooms are spaced to allow privacy. The host always responded quickly with helpful information. The location was very convenient. I’d love to stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. Anything you need is there. Location was great and seemed centered to everything we wanted. We were in town for a concert. It’s also very secure as there was police activity a few times during our stay on the street in front of the house. We felt completely safe. Beds are comfortable and great bathrooms.

I absolutely love this house! It was beautiful, very clean, and had plenty of space for our group. It was quite snowy while we were there, so the garage, and fireplace were great to have. There are several great restaurants nearby. Prime 25 was our favorite. The host was amazing as well. We couldn’t have been happier with everything.

I can not begin to tell you how fabulous our trip was! My husband and I wanted to get away for our birthdays and our 32nd anniversary. We decided on Colorado Springs and I began looking for a place to stay that was centrally located to all the “things” to do in town. This place was spot on. Upon arrival we were so excited at how beautiful the place was. The owner was super easy to communicate with. We can’t say enough good things about this place. It had so much more room than we even needed but still felt so very homey. We will definitely be returning with the rest of the family one day.

We were vacationing in Colorado as a family. This property was perfectly located to sites as well as necessities. Property looked just like the pictures, open and beautiful! It was missing kids utensils and silverware even though those were listed. It was a bit slim on glassware as well. Host was extremely prompt and helpful, especially when we had trouble with the dishwasher. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

This property worked well for us for family of 6 with kids aged 22, 20, 18 and 4. It was clean and the photos were accurate. No problems with anything there. Could perhaps use some more everyday plates, glasses in kitchen but it didn't hold us up. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed this home. It’s bright, beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Lovely elements that made our stay so helpful such as cling wrap, fireplace, great balcony where we had lunch w a fab view of the mountains. One of the best things about this home is ts location- it’s around the corner from a cool food hall, near a great, walkable and beauty neighborhood, near the broadmoor hotel, and around the corner from 3 grocery stores. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Excellent VRBO rental property. Located near every activity we participated in….from international sport competition at Colorado College to the Garden of the Gods to the Broadmoor. Modern, clean, refreshing accommodation for the family. We highly recommend.

This home in Colorado Springs was perfect for my family of 4 and our friends family of 4 to share. The openness of the main kitchen/dining/living space was great for spending time together and meals. We appreciated the stocked kitchen and shampoo/conditioner/soaps provided, as well as being able to do laundry. The home s located in a good area and was close to the freeway, groceries and shops.

We traveled to the springs to attend my sons graduation from USAFA. My parents, who traveled with us, had their own private area in the downstairs. My husband and I had our own master suite upstairs and the boys each got their own room. The house and layout worked well for our family. It was exactly as shown online. We loved it.

Freshly rennovated or newly finished, this modern and soacious townhome was the perfect spot for our five family members in town for Colo College graduation. campus is ten min away, and there are lots of eateries and stores nearby. Nicely appointed with huge master suite and an attached studio apt, plus two car garage. Lovely deck for meals w mountain view. Responsive host. An A plus.

3 of us came out to spend Easter with my boy who is at Fort Carson. All beds were raved about including the Murphy bed. Kitchen was wonderful to cook in. Neighborhood looks to be in a revitalization phase. There is a cool Ivywild school experience within walking distance - food, bar, shops. So fun! Great location - very near to all you'd need. Will be happy to stay again.

We had a great stay! Very comfortable beds and well stocked. Some VRBOs have the bare minimum to be set up, but not here. We didn’t cook, but there were basic cooking seasonings and even syrup. The first floor has a kitchenette, living area. The location was great. We enjoyed the German restaurant next door. Several of the ladies in our group lived in Germany with the Air Force and loved dinner, which we got to go. And the Ivywild school was walking distance too and had a great food hall. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing 2-level modern living space with lots of room. Our family of 4 adults & 2 kids were able to spread out comfortably. It’s also nicely furnished. The location is perfect and close to shopping areas & restaurants. It’s also walking distance to some eateries. The house is a few miles from Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, and Manitou Springs - to catch the train to Pikes Peak. We would definitely select this house if we travel to the Colorado Springs area in the future.
