Perfectly located with the bustle of downtown Provincetown in one direction and beautiful beaches and open space in the other, this four-level townhouse provides for a Cape Cod escape full of comfort and relaxation.
You'll be able to ride your bikes back from Race Point Beach and Provincetown Harbor to be greeted by a home that's at once modern and inviting. There's ample space to unwind outdoors - a large, tree-lined patio with a gas grill and plush seating, as well as a private, top-floor deck that's ideal for sunbathing.
Inside, the main living space is on the third of four levels, offering an elegant living room, board games to play around the circular dining table, and a full kitchen with streamlined cabinetry and stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove, a French-door refrigerator, and a dishwasher). There's a den upstairs on the top floor as well - a wonderful spot to watch TV or escape to the office nook and do a bit of work from home.
The bedrooms are well-placed on the two lower floors. There's a primary suite - with a private bathroom and a desk workspace - occupying the entire lower level, as well as two more bedrooms and one full bathroom on the floor just above.

Great home perched above the gray but convenient to all Ptown has to offer. Great house for groups. Would recommend 10/10.

Real fine

The property was a DREAM but the neighbors were horrific and we tried contacting for help with questions regarding parking and the neighbors and no one got back to us until the neighbors contacted the homeowner and the homeowner contacted the property management. It was a shame because we really loved the place. It had everything we could have asked for
2.0 / 5.0
This rating is only attributed to the management company, Vacasa. Rented the property in January and selected it primarily because it had a fireplace, knowing a lot wouldn't be open and I would spend a lot of time inside. Arrived and the fireplace didn't work. Called the property manager - they sent someone out. He admittedly said he only checks the properties to see if they are clean. Said they would send someone out to repair it. No one showed up after calling. After my stay, sent multiple emails to Vacasa requesting some kind of reimbursement. Followed up again, and no response. I own a property that I VRBO and would be horrified with the lack of response if it was managed like this. I won't stay at a Vacasa managed property again.

The property was clean, well maintained, and was great for larger groups!
It was about a 15-20 minute walk (5 minute drive) to downtown and to the grocery store.
We would recommend this place to anyone coming to PTown

Beautiful, spotless multilevel vacation house. So spacious and clean. Short bike ride to town and two miles to Race Point. So grateful for your stay there.

The property was beautifully kept and cleaned. Easily walkable to commercial street and the beach. Had all the facilities for a comfortable stay and gave you options to eat in if you liked. Really enjoyed the property and will definitely come back and stay at P-Town Treehouse.

Great modern beach-themed house
Everything about the house was great. Modern condo with really quality appliances and furniture, in a nice little quiet neighborhood. Perfect for a small group or a few couples. Walkable (~20ish minutes) or super quick drive to Ptown. We didn't have the nicest weather so didn't spend much time outside, but the patio and roof deck seemed nice. Would visit again

Perfect, just outside of downtown
PTown can be a little overwhelming with all of the commotion down town. It was very nice to have such a nice place to retreat to! The home is perfect, offers plenty of entertaining spaces, and was totally spotless. Will book this place again!
