It was lovely. I will mention that there is a contact number listed inside the welcome book. I texted 366.895.6002 bc we couldn't get the volume working. Never received a text back. Perhaps that number is no longer a good contact. I also left a blender for everyone’s use in the condo. Thanks again. Diane

The condo was just right for us - the porch overlooked the golf course and the drive to Sunset Beach took just minutes. The outstanding feature of the condo was the beautiful kitchen - a quartz countertop, new appliances, great sink and faucet, and new pots and pans.

We were absolutly thrilled with our stay at this condo in Sea Trail. Though the photos for the listing were lovely, the actual condo was even more beautiful when we arrived. Awesome location, beautiful views, a screened in porch that I fell in love with; it was perfect for our stay. The level of cleanliness was immaculate (& I am an admitted clean freak, so that says a lot). The layout was comfortable & functional, with everything you'd need within reach. There are so many things to do in the area, the list seems endless. Beaches, restaurants, ice cream, shopping, even a planetarium. Such a wonderful home that we are grateful to have found, & hope to be able to stay at again for years to come!

We really enjoyed staying at Sea Trail again this year. This year we enjoyed staying in this second floor location of Sunset Dreams. The amenities were just as described online. We were a little disappointed that the pool was not included like it had been in the past years we have stayed on the property. We paid the fee to use after a day of gold and on the day we wanted to swim after the beach. We have recommend this location to friends looking for an August getaway. The owner communicated right away.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay until ants infested outside- however we didn’t want to complain so we never said anything. Next thing I know I’m being charged 300 dollars for “damages” that were never done. When I contacted the property owner she wouldn’t contact me back.

We loved staying at this condo. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. The screened in porch was a perfect spot to have your coffee, and enjoy the scenery. The beach and shops were just a short drive. This lovely condo did not disappoint.

We loved this property, especially the setting. It was very clean and comfortable. Our favorite feature was the screened in balcony. The only negative would be the size of the kitchen, which would make storing groceries and serving meals difficult because of the minimal space. But if you are only snacking in and eating out this is your place.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. We had an amazing stay. The screened porch overlooks the golf course right between the fairway and the green. The condo was just the right size and had everything we needed. We had an emergency on our last day and Stacy was so responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this condo for anyone's upcoming stay in Sunset Beach.

This is a small condo that was well-planned with efficiency in mind. We had everything that we needed for a comfortable week's stay. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened porch with coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We would definitely return in the future.

Unit was great but when searching for this unit I included swimming pool in my VRBO search. When we arrived, the resort pool was not included and we had to pay an additional $70.00 fee for pool access. Should have been told in the initial reservation quote.

Very clean and fresh. Well furnished and tastefully decorated. This was a great place to relax. Close to the beaches and restaurants but in a lid back golf community that was tranquil. Highly recommend. Owners were very responsive to a few questions I had. I my first VRBO will do this again beats the mayhem of a hotel

Really nice furnishings, cookware, and utensils. Kitchen is small, but has awesome appliances. Not a lot of room to store dry goods, but not a deal breaker. Sea Trail is a great location, nice screened porch to work remotely from, easy drive to the beach and a great hostess that communicated with us as needed. We had a slight problem with noisy neighbors above us and a barking dog below us, but it was t everyday and didn’t ruin the trip.
