Luxury meets location in this newly built home located minutes from downtown Bozeman with views of the Bridger Mountains and the greater Gallatin Valley.

The Modern Cottage features high-end amenities like automatic black-out shades, a Bose home sound system, TVs in every room, a fully stocked kitchen, cozy furnishings, and a private hot tub.

This free-standing cottage has an open floor plan with a grand room that combines the kitchen with the dining room and the living room. Two king bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and a dedicated office to accompany either working from home or used as a third bedroom.

This is a great place to stay! This house was close to walking trails and downtown. It was clean and well kept. We have family in Bozeman and we would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for us. The house was quiet, comfortable and had a fully stocked kitchen. The guys enjoyed the hot tub after a day in Yellowstone NP. Highly recommend and we would definitely lease again.

We visited Bozeman during spring break to visit Montana State U with my son and a friend. Without knowing anything about the area, the location was IDEAL. Walking distance to downtown and close to MSU. HIGHLY recommend staying here… it was immaculate and had literally everything we needed during our stay.

Beautiful new rental close to downtown Bozeman (5 min away) with contemporary furnishings. High ceilings, open floor plan with 3 upstairs bedrooms ideal for summer or winter use. Quality bedding, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen make this a great rental. Hot tub and small outdoor seating complement the indoor amenities. The owner and property manager have done a great job to make your stay enjoyable. We skied at Big Sky and visited Yellowstone during our stay (Jan. 2024). So many rental properties these days skimp on small necessities that actually make it difficult to properly care for a property. This one does not. Plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, coffee filters, etc. Even the check in book has all the details you need and not a lot else (that you don't need). Communication with management is prompt and frictionless. Please treat this rental with the respect it deserves.

This home is spectacular! The home is well stocked with great household items. The home has a modern feel, and is clean. The location is close to downtown. The hot tub was a very welcome amenity! We have family close by, so would love to return!

We so enjoyed our stay at Jessa's home! We made some home cooked meals given the well stocked kitchen and enjoyed both the hot tub and firepit. The location was both beautiful and convenient. Downtown is just a few minutes away, and we were able to enjoy a Yellowstone day trip. A family wedding brought us to town...now we have to think of another reason to get us back to Bozeman and this home!

Jessa was AWESOME!! Her communication was spot-on! Location of the property was perfect for fly fishing and airport runs!! Plus there is a hot tub!! We had a wonderful time in Bozeman!! Will definitely look at this property again for future stays!!

Our family had a great stay here using this as a launch point to several areas around Bozeman. The house was clean, well equipped, with responsive owners. We had absolutely no issues and downtown was a quick two minute car ride. Would definitely recommend!

We came to visit my daughter for spring break and the house was perfect for the four of us. Close location to town, easy commute to Big Sky and Bridger Bowl. Everyone really enjoyed the hot tub after long days of skiing! We look forward to staying again.

We stayed for a couple nights, house has everything you would ever want. Beds were very comfortable and nice pillows (definitely not always the case). We slept great. Loved the master shower too, easy for my toddler. There was a huge snow storm and freezing outside so parking in the garage was also a huge plus!! Overall great place.

We flew in from TN to look at Montana State Unv for our son. Great location, cutest street ever! 5 min from campus and downtown. Close to the interstate. Easy to find. We traveled around the area for two days and this location turns out to be very central to so many things. Quiet neighborhood, VERY SAFE, beautiful, full stocked home! All the beds were very comfortable. House has everything you need. Fully stocked. I love that it had cleaning products, coffee/filters, sugar/spices/oil, bottled water in the refrig, laundry detergent, vacuum, broom etc. so many times after cooking you just want to clean up and so often places don’t have anything for you to do that with. Highly recommend this Vrbo. One of my very favorite we have ever stayed at.

Great place to stay in Bozeman and very conveniently located! House is brand new, the bedrooms are all well sized, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could want and more. It’s very clear that the people running this place care about their property and the people staying in it, and it feels more like staying at a friend’s place vs a random rental. We definitely will be back again!

Easy location to get around Bozeman and surrounding area. Very nice, clean house with modern finishes. Great A/C. Only drawback was sounds from semis on the freeway at night.

This property is in excellent condition and is ultramodern. Also has very well equipped kitchen. We could prepare just about any meal we could think of. Close to downtown and convenient to the University as well. Would stay here again. Host Jessa was very helpful and timely in reply to questions.
