Very nice house …bathroom is small and a little awkward but the open concept family room / kitchen was just what we wanted . We used the backyard every day, there’s a table out there and a patio set for morning coffee .. and we loved the sound of the bamboo in the breeze . There’s passion fruit growing right out front which was a nice surprise ! It was very clean and quiet I would definitely recommend and we will for sure use the house again next time we go back .

Pros: great location, clean, very nice appliances and TVs, Quiet neighborhood, loved the heated toilet seat. Cons: we arrived in 50 degree weather the house was freezing, took a full day to heat up using the ductless and space heaters, we had to use space heaters each day, bathroom tub which is a shower was hard to get in and out of in tiny space with no grab bars, wouldn’t recommend for the older renter, easy remodel to replace with a shower, plus add hooks behind bath door to hang towels. Beds clean, mattresses super soft with sags. Needs more lighting along walkway for evening, we used our flashlight. Not a bad place but we won’t be back because of the bathroom

We had a great time staying at the property. It is located on a beautiful neighborhood with incredible trees. The location in culver city is ideal with numerous walking options to grab breakfast, lunch, and dinner and it's relatively close to the beach.

Great location! Cute town!

Really sweet little house which is nicely decorated and appointed. Fancy automatic toilet and large tub/shower in the one bathroom, which is off the main living area and thus easy for everyone in both bedrooms to share. This is the house on the back end of the lot. We also rented (with same landlord Alex) the 2-br 1-ba home on the front end of this lot, but I recommend this one if you’re choosing between them because the other house has its one bathroom inside one of the two bedrooms (and the bathroom is smaller and less up to date). This house also has a high-end high efficiency stacked washer/dryer in the open kitchen area and a nice big dining table with seating for everyone in the house (can sleep up to 5 given sofa bed in living room). When you’re booking, be sure to confirm with Alex if this is the house with the better shared bathroom in the back part of the lot! If you want a nicer front yard space to enjoy and don’t care about the bathroom set-up, choose the other house on the front end of this lot. If you are traveling with family though and need 4 bedrooms total, renting both of the houses on this property is really ideal!

This 2BR/1BA bungalow is located on a cute and quiet cul-de-sac street, walking distance to downtown Culver City and Culver City Park with several hiking/running trails for exercising. This part of Los Angeles was centrally located for our needs. We had events to attend at UCLA and friends to visit who live near LAX. Culver City is located right in the middle of these two locations. Trader Joe's and Ralphs grocery stores were both less than a mile away.
The appliances were all fairly NEW (stove/oven, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer). Quality cookware, utensils, and dishes were much appreciated. While the bathroom was quite small, the shower had good water pressure and my husband fell in love with the high end toilet with heated seat and bidet with hi/low and warm/cold water settings.
This hidden gem was perfect for our needs. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends. Clean, updated, and conveniently located. And the owners were very responsive whenever we sent a message or questions.
We would suggest just three areas for improvement: 1) A couch in the living room would be nice. The futon was not comfortable. 2) The windows need new locks and screens. We wanted to open the windows for air flow but there were no screens risking flies/mosquitos coming in. 3) New outside furniture. We wanted to sit outside to relax but the outdoor furniture was not appealing.
Even with these drawbacks, we would stay here again, hence the 5-star rating.

Great little hidden spot in a quiet, walk-friendly part of town. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Lovely outdoor space as well and tons of parking. Just don’t forget to move your car for street sweeping! (Did not realize oops)
Would stay again for sure

Good location within easy walking distance from a number of excellent restaurants in Culver City. Neighborhood felt very safe. Only potential "negative" is that the bathroom is rather small, but overall our stay was great. I would highly recommend this rental for 2-3 adults or a small family.

Perfect place for the long weekend. We helped our daughter move into her own studio and this place was great to come home to each night after helping her. Very clean, very roomy.

Wonderful quiet street, and nestled in behind another home, is this lovely 2 bedroom efficient home. There is even parking for a car. While the house is small, it is well laid out. The kitchen works well. Thank you.

This lovely little bungalow is so cozy and quiet that it is hard to believe that you are in the heart of LA. At the end of a gorgeous tree lined street and located behind the main house. Very private and felt very safe.

Pleasantly Surprised
My husband and I had never stayed in a VRBO and weren’t quite sure how it would work out. We really liked this unit and would definitely use it again. I especially liked all the windows. My husband liked the ability to hike Baldwin Hills from our location. Our adult daughter enjoyed the proximity of many restaurants. We all enjoyed the street with the beautiful trees and succulents.
It was just what we needed to have special family time in a relaxing environment. Thank you, Alex!

Great simple stay in Culver City
The house was just as advertised, clean and comfortable. The tv is great and the laundry machine works well. It had an adorable backyard. My only suggestion would be to stock body wash and shampoo for the shower/ tub.

Guest House on a Quiet, Treelined Street Close to Lots!
First of all, staying in Culver City is a win! It's close to everything, the neighborhood that this house is in amazing, and you can walk to the coolest restaurants and coffee shops. There's even a book store in walking distance. As for driving places from Culver City, it is also perfectly situated to get to everything you'd want to get to. Even with Superbowl traffic that weekend, we were able to get to most places in 30 minutes. In California, that's a win! The exception was our drive to Malibu which took about 45 minutes, which is also not a bad amount of commute time out there.
The house has two comfortable beds and a small shared bathroom. The living room has a giant TV and fast internet. The kitchen is adorable and functional, but all we made there was coffee in the French Press. They have a keurig as well.
The house was cute and comfortable and easy to access.
The location was prime! We walked to donuts and coffee and the Jackson St. Market several times. The street is actually a dead end. And important to note that we NEVER had any trouble finding parking, and that is impressive in CA neighborhoods.
Alex was extremely responsive!
Some feedback would be to have more comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging out there for longer.

Comfort in Carlson Park/Culver City
Quiet, comfortable, clean, spacious, easy parking, good walking. Shall we go on?? We've stayed numerous places, Culver City, Santa Monica, Venice. This was the best by far. You won't go wrong in 4225B Lincoln Ave. Lovely residence.

Culver City Stay
Awesome place to stay. The house is so cute and clean. Perfect location. The real bonus was the washer and dryer! We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Great location in the heart of the City yet feels remote
This was a really nice stay. We enjoyed the location being so centrally located to Santa Monica as well as fairly close to Sofi Stadium. The house was really clean and nice decor.
If we were to give any constructive feedback it would be for comfier outdoor furniture and perhaps a second couch.
Other than that the stay was really nice and exactly what we were looking for!
Parking was a breeze as its a residential neighborhood. Really, really nice residential neighborhood with beautiful tree lined streets.

Great neighborhood!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything seemed brand new and really clean. The location was so convenient, coffee shops and restaurants with in easy walking distance and it was centrally located for driving to near by areas. It was our first time in LA visiting our son, would definitely stay here again next time we visit. Thanks for making our stay so easy and enjoyable!

Good sized VRBO in great location
The space was very nice, clean and well put together. The outdoor space was also a nice bonus. The location is excellent and there were plenty of dining options in walking distance.
