With modern design and a spacious interior, this new construction, three-suite, four-bath home is waiting to make your next Scottsdale vacation one you’ll long remember. This home’s ceilings are 10ft throughout, except for the foyer, which is 12 ft. Each suite has individually controlled thermostats, televisions, and ensuite bathrooms, so everyone can enjoy personal space and comfort.

Inside the home is furnished in contemporary décor and imported furniture with abundant natural light throughout Stream movies and shows on the mounted 75-inch flatscreen TV and watch sports from the comfort of the attractive Italian leather sectional sofa and chairs. Enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen with Bosch stainless steel appliances including two dishwashers, spacious counter space with barstool seating, and a large center prep island. Serve guests indoors or dine al fresco at the comfortable outdoor table. The enclosed patio has luxurious lounge seating and total privacy for outdoor relaxing around the large pool. The large stainless steel gas grill will ensure a great group barbecue.

The home sits on two-and-a-half acres of undisturbed Sonoran Desert with fantastic opportunities in the immediate area. After an afternoon on a dusty trail, golf outing, or sightseeing, come home to a refreshing swim in the private pool or relax in the soaker tub. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

This home has an energy-efficient and limited-function heat pump for the pool. During the Winter months, the pool will not reach a comfortable temperature. When the ambient evening air temperature dips into the 50's, the heat pump stops heating the pool. A pool cover is provided.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Clean but air-conditioning did not work properly in third bedroom. TV didn’t work properly in second bedroom. Door code did not work when we got there. Pool vacuum wasn’t working so lots of bugs in the pool. I would not take small kids here as the bedrooms all have seperate doors but they lead directly to unsecured pool.

This is such a unique and lovely home! Private, quiet, and friendly neighbors. The pool has sun all day long and some gorgeous sunsets! I had to work one day and the office was great and WiFi worked great for video meetings! Our only issue we had was that the hot water heater wasn’t working when we arrived, and it took 4 days for maintenance to come fix it. Once it was fixed there was a string sulfur smell that filled the house when we ran hot water in the kitchen. We would come back again and recommend! It is such an oasis

Second time visiting this house and, again, loved every minute. Great amenities at the house and care from Vacasa. The house is stunning and obviously well-loved with great views of the desert and Pinnacle Peak from almost every room. Highly recommend to anyone seeking golf or to simply get away. It's incredibly quiet at night.

A very nice, new home with a great location. Plenty of space to be together, or just be on your own with the bedrooms each opening to the outdoor patio & pool deck. That was a bit inconvenient for the cold nights we were there, but also good if you want your own space! We would rent again if our travels take us back to Scottsdale.

My family vacationed here over the Thanksgiving week. We loved the three suite bedrooms and how they were separate from the living area. House was very clean and well taken care of. Only thing they needed was more wine glasses.

This property is absolutely beautiful and was exactly what I thought it would be. However, the management company Vacasa would not allow an early checkin even though the mustiness of the house as we walked in was a sign that the cleaning had not been done that day and we could have gone in earlier. We were given the wrong code and our checkin was delayed 90 minutes. The cost and caliber of this property warrants a more accommodation. The day we left, there was a car in the driveway making sure we left on time. I would not rent from this company again.

This place was clean and new and beautiful! Our only issue was with having to go outside to get to the bedrooms. They each had a lock with a 6 digit code. It was not convenient to say the least. And cold! But the location was perfect and we loved the kitchen.

We very disappointed with a landscaping crew showing up multiple days, at 7:00am. They were moving large piles of rocks that were located behind behind all the bedroom walls and laying them out around the yard. Not something you want happening on vacation.

Property was beautiful. A bit off the beaten path. Problem was with the water heater which intermittently provided cold showers— unclear reason. Also a funky smell in the front part of the home. Reached out to property manager in both items and was told someone would be out, but no further contact. For this price I would expect better service. Also, expected pool to be heated this time of year.

This place was just what we wanted. Lots of space, minimal clutter, privacy. The three bedrooms are identical and spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. Expensive and inexpensive golf, hiking and even pickle ball all nearby.

Wow! Not sure we can honestly put words to how fabulous this home is. The three identical suites make this home a very unique place. Top class decor, quite but convenient location. This home was Perfect! It is more beautiful in person. The house was spotless. The beds were comfy. Each room has an on-suite. They provided plenty essentials for a single couple. The pool is perfectly situated and private. So happy we chose this home.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sonoran Desert Chic. We are mid-century modern architecture enthusiasts and loved the design of the house and the desert landscape. Inside is very comfortable, clean and well organized. After a hot day exploring all the nearby shops, it was very relaxing to stay at the pool. Highly recommended for family, friends and couples. We are very sad to leave and hope to visit again soon!

We stayed in this home for a spring golf trip and it was perfect for our needs. Everything looks brand new and the location was convenient to golf and the 101. The pool was very refreshing after a day on the course and there was plenty of room to hang out on the couch and relax in front of the TV. Would definitely stay again.

Great house!

This house was perfect! The kitchen was very well appointed. It was very nice that shampoo, conditioner and soap was provided in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was plenty of towels as well as utensils and plates. The house was very clean and it was really nice that each room was separate from each other and the other side of the house. We really enjoyed our stay and the property management company responded very quickly with any questions. One thing to note is that it was a bit of a drive from most of the places we went in Scottsdale. However, we enjoyed the quite and peacefulness of the location. We would stay again.
