Our group had 8 adults and 3 children, age 5,3, and 18 mos. The house had the right bedrooms for our group. Kitchen/dining/living room space is tight for this size group, which we had read in prior reviews. Our suggestions/concerns are: Overall appearance was a bit run down. The kitchen tablecloth had not been washed, food particles were stuck to it on our arrival. The bathroom sink/shower/toilets were clean, but baseboards either need deep cleaning or repainting, they appear grimy. Several holes in the walls, which should be repaired. One living room chair cushion is misshaped/worn out. These few inexpensive purchases would go a long ways in the kitchen: Oven mitts/potholders, metal cookie sheet, wine glasses (there were a total of 2 small ones), no juice or smaller size glassware. There are about 15 tumblers (16 oz size) which we used for everything. Plenty of coffee cups available. The spindles on the loft railing appear to be wider than code, our 18 month old likely could have fit through the gaps and fallen if not monitored. The bathroom I used (in the lower level) had 1 ply toilet paper only. For the amount of money paid per night, our expectations were higher. We won't return to this property for our next rental. On the positive side, the gift/treat basket in the kitchen is a lovely idea, parking in the garage was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes, the hot tub worked perfectly!

Stayed with friends at the cabin for my 30th birthday and had a blast! Such a nice property, really clean and had everything we needed! It was really nice to chill in the hot tub in the evenings too.

I was able to host our family reunion dinners for all three nights, people enjoyed the 3 separate living spaces and the deck, as well as the loft above the garage, where the young crowd enjoyed the pool table. One of the beds downstairs was not very comfortable, all we needed to do use another of the 5 bedroom, problem solved.

Great cabin retreat in CO
We stayed at the cabin for a week at the end of March 2022. The cabin was lovely. It has a woodsy cabin feel. We loved the wood burning stove. The view of the mountains from the hot tub are great! We had 4 adults and 3 kids (ages 9, 10 and 14), and the size of the cabin was good. I don't know that I would want to stay here with more than 8 people. The kitchen space would be a little tight. The location is perfect and it is an easy drive to a lot of ski resorts. We spent 2 days at Copper Mountain which was less than a 15 minute drive. We also spent 2 days at Winter Park which is just over an hour away. (And a fantastic place to ski!) There are also plenty of trails to hike nearby. The hot tub is a perfect way to relax after a busy day! The kids liked the "game room" above the garage, but as stated, it isn't heated, so if its cold, that area is cold. There were plenty of towels- both for showers and hot tub. When we first arrived, there was a nice little treats/essentials basket that was a nice touch! I would definitely stay here again.
If I were to be critical, there are a few things in the cabin that need to be fixed or updated. There is a drawer in the kitchen that is broken, the paint on the main level bathroom door and wall is coming off, and the shower head needs some help. (Half the water runs out of the main spicket when you switch it to shower.) Also, the kitchen table needs to go. It's a great size and I love the bar height, but the design has slats in the table and it is impossible to clean. There was definitely crumbs and gunk from previous guests. The kitchen could also use a few nonstick pans. With that all being said, it is still a great place to stay.

Silverthorne stay
Had a great time at this property and all the extras it offered. Had a question while at the property and had an immediate answer. Much appreciation for that. Thank you Aaron!

Amazing Cabin!
absolutely amazing stay, everything was just as pictured and mentioned in the listing. Wish there were better family board games and an actual full set of pans to cook but otherwise everything was perfect. The location was ideal, close to all excursions we planned (Skiing in Breckinridge, tubbing in Vail, ETC) i will def be returning.

Christmas week Silverthorne
Wonderful, casual property that accommodated 7 adults very well. Common areas were best suited for no more than 7 or 8 people each. Elevated (high top) eat-in kitchen table would seat 8 at a time. The garage was a much-appreciated addition during a week when snow fell every night. The property manager responded immediately to address any concerns or requests we had during our stay. Overall, a nice experience for us in a nice neighborhood with nearby shops and grocery stores.
