The house was a great size for 8 women traveling together. Plenty of beds and the bathrooms were nice. Loved the big kitchen and both the deck and the patio out back with plenty of outdoor seating.
The kitchen was not as clean as I would have liked. One of the bathroom sinks was draining slowly. Contacted the management company and they didn’t do anything to fix it.

The house was perfect for our family of 14. The hot tub was a real plus.

Nice place to stay for large group. Would stay again. Only complaint was that we could not adjust the thermostats and some adults were too warm, but we opened windows instead. We appreciated and took the offer of paying for late check out which was a nice benefit.

This house was great for 3 families in the mountains to hike Grays & Torreys 14ers. All 15 of us fit easily and the living areas were spacious. The rooms are large and the bunks in the green room were bigger than expected -- they're full over queen. Vacasa had great communication leading up to and during our trip. However if we texted in the evening we didn't get a response until morning.
***BE CAREFUL turning into the driveway. The sharp uphill grade will scrape the bottom of cars. It broke the wiring hardness off our hitch.
If you visit in the summer, bring fans (there are 2 in the house) and/or open up all the doors and windows in the late afternoon so the upstairs is cool enough to sleep at night.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Silverthorne and at this house. THANKS!

Great house for family reunion with 4 families. Plenty of room for all. Giant Uno was a hit.

Next door home owner was rude. Ruined vacation. Steep incline driveway was ice. Should’ve been kept cleaned off. 3 of our party slipped and fell and couldn’t get car up driveway

This house was super functional, great space for larger groups in Silverthorne, however I don't know what the owner/vacasa was thinking. Dirty dishes were left in the sinks, trash not taken out. Worst of all - ALL surfaces in the house were covered in SOLID.... layer of dust. Not like oh... it could use a wipe down.... it was as if construction had been going on all summer and rather then clean up they just left it. Our entire group could TASTE the dust as we moved our belongings into the property and started coughing because of it. Vacasa was fairly responsive and offered to send a cleaning crew but their service wouldn't be possible till the next day. The presence of the dust was so palatable that we had to make a trip to purchase a mop. We cleaned all hard surfaces with the mop and vacuumed all carpeted surfaces with a vacuum. After a deep clean we enjoyed the rest of our stay, but am upset that we had to endure this experience. One of our athletes has asthma and he was affected to such an extent that he could not sleep the entire night. His coughing kept the rest of our group from getting a good night's sleep. I have never had such an experience renting through vacasa/airbnb/VRBO and feel as if we deserve a refund or compensation of some kind.

First we drive into steep, narrow drive covered in ice and snow that was never cleared during our stay. The shovel delivered on 3rd day was useless for clearing the drive and steps, also covered in snow and ice that was treacherous for the 2 seniors in the group. We called upon arrival to complain but management put my husband on hold for 30 + minutes and never called back!
Beds and pillows were the worst as was LR sofa. All terribly uncomfortable.
K was large which was nice and fairly well stocked with dishes but it was difficult to cook on the stove. Difficult to turn on gas and burners didn’t completely light all around each burner.
Bathrooms were updated and clean. Overall the woodwork, doors and cabinets were terribly outdated, scratched. Walls and light switches were very dirty throughout K and baths so I don’t think the unit was sanitized as advertised.
Wound not recommend this unit to anyone but a few college boys.

This space was perfect for getting family and friends together. There were plenty of rooms and space for everyone to have their own space. Beds were comfortable, nicely decorated space and well stocked. There’s a family of foxes outside which were fun to watch. We only had a couple issues. First off, there was a broken glass bottle in the driveway when we arrived. We found a cigarette butt on the floor of the master bed and the a few other small things that pointed to the property needing a deep clean. Second, almost every door creaks when opening and closing. It didn’t bother me but it did bother one of our light sleepers. Honestly, the benefits of the property far outweigh the very fixable cons. We’d stay again without a doubt. Great value.

Great house. Parking is limited (4 max). I wouldn't bring more than one long bed truck. But we managed fine. Great location.

Overall was good. Just a few things that could make it better. Really missed that there was no garage door opener or code. Pots and pans need updated as we like to cook our meals. 10 people and had enough space for all of us.

This property is exactly as listed! It had space for 16 of us, the bedrooms were big and beds were comfy. It was well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Definitely adhere to the parking rules listed as the cabin is part of a duplex. Overall, great location and great stay! Hot tub was a plus also.

We had family all stay here while in town for a wedding and it was perfect with all the bunk beds. Easy drive to town but yet you feel like you are on top of the mountains at the same time. The kids loved the hot tub and there was even a friendly fox that we got to see out on the back patio!

We had family from different parts of the state coming for a wedding nearby and chose this property because it was large enough to accommodate all of us. We asked to check in one hour early and were told we could not because of COVID cleaning protocols. I don’t know what COVID cleaning protocols mean to them because this house was filthy. None of the high touch surfaces were clean, particularly light switches and doorknobs. I went around with Clorox wipes cleaning them the best I could. The tile grout in the bathrooms looked like they were moldy and had mildew. Area rugs in the living room and bathroom were so grungy it was hard to tell if they were dirty or just old. The comforter on the king bed in the main bedroom was white and dirty. Maybe they were stains, but it was disgusting and we refused to use it. There was an oscillating fan in one of the bedrooms that was so dirty and covered with dust that turning it on would have sent dirt and dust flying throughout the room. The wall art had layers of dust and the throw pillows on the couch smelled terrible. As to the lack of safety, the area rug in the living room was frayed and curled up on the edge and was a tripping hazard, the carpet in the main bedroom needed to be re-stretched because it was bunched up so much in a high traffic area that it was a tripping hazard, one of the chairs at the kitchen breakfast bar was broken, and the railing on the deck was very loose. Parking is terrible and if you have more adults than children coming from different places, there won’t be enough parking to accommodate all of you vehicles and there is no on street parking. Supposedly you can get a parking permit for additional vehicles; however, we found those are only issued for special events and there still would be nowhere close to the house to park. There was a hot tub and fire pit, but with how dirty the house is we didn’t even open the lid of the hot tub and the property was so overgrown with weeds and tree sprouts that using the fire pit was not a safe option. I definitely do not recommend this property!

Plenty of beds for a big group! Really close to town and Dillon!

This rental was well equipped with many features our group of 9 enjoyed. Hot tub, fire pit and the 2 decks allowed us to enjoy being outside even while back at the property. Access to the reservoir, trails and town were good. The living area is small if you have mire than 6, and the driveway situation is tricky with multiple vehicles since it's shared with the neighbor and narrow at the street. Pretty busy street with fairly constant traffic day and night, so it's not super quiet or peaceful, but nit terrible. We enjoyed our getaway

Tricky driveway
Great location for local slopes. Driveway and sidewalk are in dire need of ice and snow removal. Could not have parked if not for having a 4x4.

Great Stay!!
Excellent place!! Everything was fine, in place and as promised! Great location! 30 mins away from major ski resorts! If you are not use to drive in snow, it could be a little difficult to drive to the house when snows. I enjoyed very much my stay! Thanks a lot!!!
