We enjoyed our stay in the house it's very updated and nice. Furniture was nice and comfortable, the bed on the main floor is a little hard but everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

This home was a perfect fit for my family! There was more than enough space and house was very clean and cozy! The host was also great and responded to any questions I had and made our stay even more comfortable! Would definitely recommend and book again if ever in the area again!

Jeremy was great to work with. Responded quickly to emails and concerns. The location may look a bit “rough”, but it was quiet and very close to downtown. The house was clean and spacious. It has a nice fenced in yard and a nice patio. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This was perfect for our visit to the Omaha zoo. It was close to all kinds of restaurants and attractions. The host was responsive and had clear, easy instructions for checkout and the house was clean and comfortable. We look forward to staying here again.

Great place to stay in Omaha. Conveniently close to downtown and airport. The stairs are steeper than regular stairs, so should be taken into consideration when booking. Updated older home with all the necessities provided.

Had family in town for a wedding. Good location and comfortable setting. Hse had great amenities and I loved that the yard was perfect for our dog with a well built fence! Jeremy was responsive & accommodating through the process. Definitely would stay again. Only drawback encountered was that the back door key pad stopped working after the first day. Overall Very nice experience with this vrbo

This house was ideal for our family. Spacious clean rooms for everyone to have their own space and of course, multiple bathrooms. The kitchen was very clean and stocked with basic necessities for cooking. Downstairs was clean and cool in temp with 2 washers and 2 dryers! Close to Little Italy and the Zoo. Overall a wonderful, safe place to stay. Thanks Jeremy for having us as guests!

This was our first time to Omaha and the house was perfect! It was a great location in a friendly neighborhood. Jeremy was responsive to all of our questions. The house was just what we wanted to have enough rooms for all the family. We look forward to staying there again in the years to come.

The house was just as pictured. Very clean and great space! We had 6 adults & 2 very young kids and it was great for our group. The fenced in yard was great for the kids and the dogs we brought. Jeremy was great at communicating and always responded quickly. House is about a 5-6 min drive to the zoo and 4-5 min drive to anywhere in the old market. Absolutely great trip!

This truly is a hidden gem - slightly off the beaten track and yet very well located. Jeremy was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was comfortable, spotless, and beautifully furnished. This property had everything our little "sisters group" needed and, while we have never met up at the same place twice in the past, the vote was unanimous to consider making an exception in this case!

Property is exactly as advertised - great for a larger group. We had 10 last time and 9 this time. You're walking distance from Orsi's Bakery, which must be on your agenda. You are close to downtown and the zoo and highway access but not right on top of them, which is exactly what we wanted. Beds are all comfortable, no issues with hot water even with 9 adults using showers. Would absolutely stay here a third time.

This house is perfect! Beautifully decorated, lots of space, great kitchen, and nice patio area. It is within walking distance to old market, so the location is fantastic! If in Omaha again, I will definitely be staying here again.

Pleasant stay for sure! Well appointed, very clean. Kitchen very well equipped. Nice location-walking distance to CHI Health Center (1.2mi) which we did daily & Downtown-Old Market district. Walked to Zoo (a little over 2 miles). Would definitely stay again. Property manager was very accessible & prompt.

Beautiful home, has everything you could need. Plenty of space, kitchen stocked, towels, blankets! The only thing we forgot was games! Perfect location for anything in Omaha, we went to the zoo, pedestrian bridge, putt putt, cat cafe, shops, restaurants. There's not much more you could ask for. Super fast response from the owner anytime I messaged him. If you have small children I would recommend bringing baby gates, the stairs are steep. My family loved it!

Really liked the house, all the room, comfortable spaces and close proximity to everything! We didn't need anywhere this much space, but it was nice to spread out as wanted. Loved Orsi's less than a block away - go there if you haven't before! Pizza was phenomenal. Some trains passed through in the late evening but just part of the experience - thanks Jeremy!

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless! Jeremy was very responsive! We were close to local restaurants, bars, and the zoo. We loved the pizza place down the block! We loved the hospitality that was provided within the space! We will definitely try to stay at one of Jeremy’s homes again if we are back in the area!

We booked this property for a few days the beginning of January 2023. We hoped to celebrate our Omaha family Christmas during this time. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to a death in the family the day after we arrived. We were happy with this property. Plenty of private parking space which we needed because we had 3 different vehicles to accommodate. Love the fenced in yard. The kitchen was very well stocked...more so than others we have rented. The space was just right for our group. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay the entire time and take advantage of the amenities as we would have liked to. We hope to try this property again when we return in March to celebrate our Omaha family Christmas.

There are too many positives to list them all here. Jeremy made sure we had everything we needed, was quick to respond to our questions, and was friendly. The house is gorgeous inside and out! Everything inside was updated, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean. Outside was equipped for everything you could need. The wooden privacy fence and Huge driveway was an added bonus. The location was perfect as well- close to everything! Whenever we visit Omaha or the surrounding area, we will be reserving this house.
