This is a fully furnished 3348 sq.ft 7 Bed room villa with many luxuries inside the city.
The whole house can accommodate 23 people.
It has 3 bedrooms in ground floor and 4 in the first floor.
It has a keyless independent entry.
The ground floor living room + Dining area is fitted with an AC and 12-seater dining table.
The First floor has two living rooms & two Dining areas which are equipped with AC
It has 8 and 4 seater dining tables.
All the seven bedrooms are fitted with AC.
5 bed rooms have attached toilets. The other two bedrooms have a shared toilet.
Lot of parking spaces are available.
A cable connection is provided.
Internet is available 24/7.
All 3 living rooms have very good sofa sets.
It has 3 Fully equipped kitchen to cook food.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay
My caretaker Mr. Babu +91 73568 34439 shall do all the needful. He is available 24/7 and can assist you to get groceries/food or cleaning etc. His charges are INR 50.00 per hour and shall be directly paid to him on daily basis.
I will be available 24/7 on chat /WhatsApp / email / Mobile phone.
We charge per the number of occupants.
If number of occupants is more than 16, extra payment per person per night should be paid after confirming the booking.
If you are coming with a driver, he can sleep free in the utility area and can use the caretakers washroom.
This is not a serviced apartment, so cleaning and change of bed sheets etc, will not be there.
We provide extra pillow cover, bed sheet, big towel and small towel for reservations made for 7 or more days. If you have reservations for long stay, please wash and reuse.
Welcome kit (soap, shampoo, tooth paste, etc.) is provided once.
