Location was good however no facilities at all

Room was absolute shabby ! With no proper amenities

Room provided was absolutely shabby where temperature was touching 0 degree with no room heater

Great location, helpful staff

Great location, heated blanket, staff were very helpful and friendly

Other than the heated blanket, there was no heating in the building so quite cold in the winter

Location was good, walking distance to restaurants , market etc. Room was older and not in the best condition.

There was no fan . So in order to have some fresh air , had to keep the windows open which had no grills so wasn’t the best solution in the nights. For the day time it was okay but I think , a table fan of a ceiling fan should be in each room and then it’s upto the guests to use it or not. The WiFi didn’t really work, kept disconnecting .

The location is good, at the heart of town. So everything is at your reach.

No breakfast is prepared at the property. They order from outside as per the guests choice and serve at the property. Please do not expect any buffet breakfast.

Nothing in particular except that it is conveniently located and not too far from Mall, Keventer's or Glenary's.

The worst host I have ever seen. We reached 2 hrs after check in time and still their rooms were not ready. There was no provision for lunch or dinner even though it was mentioned in the booking slip. The least I say about complimentary breakfast the better- worst food quality and nightmarish service. You cannot park your vehicle even for 30 seconds in front of the hotel to board or unboard. Most importantly they could not provide me a payment receipt for the payments we have made. After repeated request, they could only send a soft copy on WhatsApp. The contact number shared by the property is also not working. I will never recommend anyone to book Muscatel Springburn Darjeeling under any circumstances.

Overall good experience but authority must think of some food options

Very less option.no system of lunch or dinner.staff are co operative.good system of room heating and bed heating.

For aged people it is difficult to climb the stairs and no room has any mountain view.

Hotel staffs are much friendlier. affordable. Room was neat and clean and breakfast was delicious. It was very near to Mall road. You get the kanchanjungha view as well.

There were no such things I didn't like.
