Enjoy Galveston at its finest with this gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit at Diamond Beach Galveston. Diamond Beach 307-Beach Getaway is a fully-stocked kitchen will allow for cooking if you’re not out enjoying Galveston’s best restaurants on the Seawall or the Strand.
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, TV and en suite bath including a separate step-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed and ceiling fan. The third bedroom is a twin/queen/twin trundle bunk (sleeps 4) and ceiling fan. Total sleeping accommodations for 8 in this property.
Try not to fight over the master bath with its step-in shower and separate soaking tub or the second bathroom with its full-size tub. The second bath also has a large tub/shower combination and has a stackable washer dryer.
DIAMOND BEACH RESORT
Diamond Beach Resort is a five-star, luxury getaway, located on the West End, just at the end of the Seawall, world’s longest continuous sidewalk. All units offer a private balcony with expansive and unobstructed Gulf Views. Guest will be able to watch the waves roll in and crash against the Seawall, watch the seagulls and pelicans fly overhead and look down below to the outdoor pool and lazy river, without leaving your condo. Diamond Beach Resort amenities include a three-tiered 300′ cascading infinity outdoor pool, 750′ outdoor lazy river (guests must bring own tubes)(peak season 11 am – 7 pm), two outdoor hot tubs, outdoor swim-up bar and grill (peak season), sand volleyball court, cornhole, chess, ping pong, grills (9 am – 7 pm by reservation), cabana rentals (9 am – 5 pm by reservation), outdoor shower, indoor heated pool, outdoor veranda perfect for watching the sunset, game room, Ocean Movie Theater (open to public before 3 pm and private reservations after that time), Wine and Dine Room, children’s Jungle Playroom, 24/7 fitness center, 24/7 business center, conference room, vending machines, secure building and gated community.

Everything was great! Just like the pictures.

The property was clean and well kept. Everything was as described in the listing. Checkin/out was easy and the amenities of the complex were very nice. There was beach access and we were close to Moody Gardens, the strand and many restaurants. The only negatives were the washing machine was moldy and the toilet in the primary bathroom was leaking. We did reach out to the owner and they said they would send someone, but the toilet was never fixed. It worked, it just pooled water on the floor all week.

The property was great!! So much for the kids to do and a perfect location for getting around the island. The problem was the unit we stayed in! Washer didn’t work and the shower head in the master was solid mold! Furniture in the family room was dirty or stained. Sheets didn’t fit the bed’s properly and the trash can in the kitchen was broken! Other then those few things it was a good week! We will be back but will get different unit!

Refrigerator was not working so we had a tiny one to use, dish washer had water standing in it so unable to use, washer looked like it had never been cleaned. I feel like this unit should not have been rented.

We were in Galveston to celebrate prom and graduation for our son and some friends. The weather was terrible but fun was still had by all! This condo is well maintained, clean and nicely equipped. Diamond Beach has great amenities to entertain guests in even the wettest weather. The check-in process was super easy, parking was ample and the staff is kind and professional. I highly recommend this property.

mold in bathroom. sliding door does not lock. one side of sink close to walk in, in master does not run hot water. Kitchen sink doent run hot water had to get under sink to turn off. Then someone came into room left there towels.

Fantastic location. Fun pool and lazy river. The unit is beautiful. We had a great time! BUT
1)Upon checking in, our 2nd room/elevator key fob was not available until 22 hours later, even after a phone call and 3 trips to the lobby asking for it.
2)We were not told beforehand that the water slide was closed.
3)The front loading washing machine had mold, so we did NOT want to use it.
4)The master bedroom has plenty of drawers but NO closet for hanging clothes, which some occupants might not care about.
5)The latch to the balcony did not fully lock the door.

Second time to go to Diamond Beach and loved it both times. There was a mix-up with the unit we booked, but Ryson Vacation Rentals and Diamond Beach were quick to take care of the problem and graciously offered us some nice amenities as an apology for the error. We will definitely go again.

Really enjoyed the property and Galveston. Cute condo. Only complaint was the dryer didn’t work great and the main outdoor pool was closed but that was because of the storm the week before Would absolutely go again
