Brad was an excellent host, and really communicated perfectly. The house is extremely clean, very comfortable, and highly detailed with decorations. It was great and I wouldn't change a thing. The four person golf cart was a great BIG plus. I would not hesitate and look forward to visiting again. Thanks, Bob S.

Nice quiet neighborhood & comfy beds! We stayed here because of the convenience of the location. My husband had surgery and this place was only 11 min away. It was nice to have things to do with my 5 year old while he was under to keep our minds busy. The golf cart was fun and so was the pool. We had to go to a different pool though because the one closest to the house is adults only. We had to find a family pool. Lots of food options nearby.

The house was very nice and we truly enjoyed our stay. Although we encountered some small issues, they were handled promptly by the owner. We couldn't have a thsked for a more gracious host than Brad. The proximity of the house to Lake Sumner Landing was OK, making it a convenient spot for our activities. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all we needed were groceries to feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The location in The Villages was exactly what we were looking for. Communication with Brad was excellent. The property is well maintained and exactly as described. We look forward to returning soon!

Communication was great! Easy check in and out. House is clean and comfortable. Love having access to the golf cart especially in this community. Very nice area with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Would recommend!

Brad was/is the best host that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He is so accommodating. The house and the location is perfect for adults who just want to get away. The Villages is a great place for a mini-vacation. I highly recommend it and if you go make sure that this is the place you stay.

The property has everything you need during your stay, the location and neighborhood is perfect for the Sumpter Landing area. The Golf Car was nice to have and we used it daily. Brad provided excellent communication that gave us easy instructions when checking in/out. We would stay again.

What a beautiful home in a great location. Brad was so responsive, and a host that thought of everything. Thank you for the snacks! We were in town to help out my mom, and were so happy to return home to this lovely spot. Everything you need for a comfy stay is provided. Swimming pool right at the end of the road. "we had a great stay we loved the house close to everything the golf cart was great and worked well it was our first visit to the villages, and we had a great time the house was great clean and set up very nice well taken care of home the back porch is great in the mornings and evenings all the touches of home were waiting for us towels and soaps and even snacks we can't wait to come back and spend more time the host is great kept in touch all along the process and made us feel very comfortable great experience"

First and foremost Brad is absolutely the best host… he is extremely responsive and accommodating. My two sisters and I were in visiting our mom in The Villages and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen is well stocked and the back sunroom is a wonderful gathering space for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. We give it 5 stars all around and will definitely be back. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this rental.
