De zonsopgang is prachtig. Mooie tuin.

The location is perfect if you want to have a trip to mountains and view over the south bay. If you go there by bike/ebike you‘ll find all amenities needed.
Very unpersonal, every door is closed: to the reception/bar, to the restaurant. You literally have to beg to check in/out or to go to the main building. The pool has been rebuilt to a lounge area that nobody is using. Very clinical atmosphere.

The breakfast could be more diversified

Good breakfast

The hotel was warm and cosy - unlike most hotels in Vilaflor. The location is very pleasant, as are the hotel grounds.
The receptionist/waiter was extremely rude. Check-in was absolutely silent. 15 minutes before the end of breakfast, he was looking pointedly at his watch, sighing and then slamming crockery and doors. This hardly contributed to a restful start to the day. The breakfast buffet was not replenished in the final hour, including the tinned fruit salad - a real Fawlty Towers touch. The common areas are only open at certain times of the day, so there is nowhere to sit and relax apsara from your room. The room itself was a little small, and overall we felt it was overpriced.

the reception/is awful in customer s reception and services.

Breakfast was very good but not exceptional. The hard-boiled eggs from the hotel's own chickens were very good. The hotel is beautifully situated on a slope, so on cloudless days you have a great view of the valley and the sea. The hotel grounds are surrounded by small paths and exotic gardens.
We had 3°C outside temperature in late January. The heating was slow and the room did not get really warm. Nevertheless, we slept very well. There is a sunken terrace section with a fireplace. Unfortunately, it was not in use during our stay.

Good facilities and staff, but 70 euro is very expensive for a solo room!

Amazing location with a view of the sunrise, rooms are very clean, cleanig happens daily. Perfect for starting hikes into the mountains. Staff is super friendly. Vilaflor is the highest village kn the island. It has several good restaurants, while not being overly touristy.

We stayed for 7 nights and had an amazing time. The hotel is located up in the mountains offering superb views. It is very quiet and secluded, but there are shops and restaurants within a few minutes driving. The rooms are nice and clean.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Nice diversity for breakfast.
It is perfect just to stay a few days in there to chill and enjoy the surroundings.
The hotel has parking and it is an ideal location if you have a car and want to explore the island - about 30+ minutes driving to costa Adeje, 20 minutes to Teide, 1h+ to Orotava, Garachico, Icod de los Vinos etc.
Shall we come back to Tenerife we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place!!
The Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all times, but for us it was a minor inconvenience.
Very good diversity for breakfast, but would have been nice to have a few more healthy choices such as nuts for muesli and fresh fruits.

Location close to the center of the village, with a great view on the sea and the mountain.
The staff was professional but cold.
No service other than breakfast was available (no restaurant, no bar)

Each day the same. Not very inspiring. And even: not enough.
The service in the reception was poor. Not very friendly and no thoughts about what a client wishes.

Unfriendly owner/manager. We did not feel welcome at all. No "welcome" or " good morning" and when we checked out I handed over the keys and all he said was "oke" and he walked away. Breakfast is pretty bad. Only sweetend bread, cereals full of sugar (no muesli) and some things to put on the bread. Not much choice. Coffee and tea only available during breakfast not at any other moments. We had worms in our room.

Location is amazing! We really enjoyed the views from our balcony. Good variety of things for breakfast too. It was a lovely stay and if we went back to Tenerife would return and even recommend it to friends.
As someone with allergies was a bit cautious around breakfast but managed to get by. We were unsure about a few things when we arrived, felt like there could have been more information about the services (food, bar, etc.) were available.

it is nice and modern with very beautiful view
no air conditioning, the restaurant did not work and in the village there are no much places to eat. if you dont have a car it is absolutely nothing to do there. the staff on the reception is good and helpful but a manager and chief is very rude and unpleasant person.

very peaceful location, nice traditional Canarian breakfast, very pleasant staff, great views from the terrace
no kettle, no water ( as advertised ) Would be nice if the bar was open beyond 7pm, to give the chance to interact with other guests

It's very beautiful apartment, modern, clean. Good location, very nice place for staying close Teide park. very friendly staff. Thank you a lot for our pleasure stay.
Will be very good to add some equipment in room: for example, a kettle, couple of mugs.
