Great hotel. Updated and the owner has cleaned it up so much!

Owner maintenance and cleaners are all very nice rooms are great they are clean and have all the latest upgrades!

I check into a room with no light fixture falling out the ceiling and dirty towels. I had experience before but decided to give a second chance.. I reported the problem and was move quickly. However I got to the second room no light in the bathroom. I reported the problem left for three hours came back and the probably was not fix. This was no ok I could not shower getting ready. I was levit. I requested a refund immediately they refuse at first but gave it back. I Will never look at that hotel again suggest no one should stay there. They also have a problem with you looking at the room before paying. The room was 57 book on Priceline she ask would be ok round off to $60 absolutely not.

Blood on the bath towels!!!

it was right off of the interstate

it was partially renovated, which was fine. but they clearly do not prioritize cleanliness. the bathroom only had a half a roll of tissue, the sleets had dirt stains on them, and there was blood on the bath towels. disgusting.

The beds were used old stained mattresses that looked like someone had bleed on them there was no rem House Keeping No Good

The room was painted nice but the beds were used after you change the covers the mattress looks like someone bleed on the whole thing it's loud people talking outside drugs and more things going on I feel like I deserve a refund it was a horrible experience

The room didn't have ligh bulb in the maim room or bathroom. Didn't have a remote in the room, had to request towels. About 2 am someone turned their music up and you could hear it word for word I called front desk and told them and explained we had to work the next morning and I was asked what the problem was. This guy who is a housekeeper lost his phone and there was a housekeeper in our room and he kept accusing her of taking it, cussing her out amd calling her a bitch
