Awful.

I had to pay AGAIN for the room, staff claimed booking.com “never pays them.” Room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, trim falling off, sliding door handle literally falling off, air conditioner didn’t work well dumped water every time it turned on. Key cards didn’t work in multiple places, big hassle. I thought I was safe with a Courtyard Marriott - not this one it was BAD.

Rooms were great but my reserve card was charged and I paid cash last night on sight

Well honestly the staff was helpful.

The rooms smelled like mildew and the towels and washcloths were wet. The balcony door didn't open.

Not up to the Marriott standards we're used to.

The staff was open and friendly.

The hotel was too close to the highway. It was noisy with cars and trucks zooming by. The bathrooms are dated. The toilets are small and low. The wallpaper was dated and bulging in spots.

old stains including red spots on carpet… blood? kool Nothin like pictures on website! beds were sagging and super bouncy. no soap to was hands by sink.

Bedside telephone was not was not connected (there was not even a cable to plug in myself) Control panel on air conditioner completely inoperative-room was absolutely freezing-worse room ever!!!

Little Napoleon with a strong authoritarian streak.

The housekeeper that walked with me to find a luggage cart was an absolute joy to chat with when we first checked in. Then it all went downhill from there.

@MarriottBonvoy Is it company policy to ask a guest to leave because they told the manager that a wide open Wi-Fi network without a password is potentially dangerous for your guests? Asking for myself and my family trespassed by your GM at Marriot Bonvoy Montgomery, AL.
