Raul was instrumental in making this the best stay ever. There was an issue with the reservation but he took care of that and made the stay very memorable.

Amazing amenities
Long check in wait

Clean and modern with good facilities (pools, gym etc), and its location was okay
It wasn’t in a part of town that I would have spent time in. We had to go out some distance to eat and entertain ourselves. But it might be a great spot for business travellers to the city

Modern and clean.

Nothing
There were holes in our ceiling, and the ladies were rude when they checked us in horrible directions on parking in the garage there were holes in the ceiling, and the list goes on

superb facilities throughout the apartment and in shared spaces for guests- will take some beating!!

It was a large room.
No food, drink, vending machines, or any small convenient store like most hotels have. No SOAP in the bathrooms! The elevators were the most horribly confusing things! We asked for bedding and it didn’t show up until after 11pm! I had reservations here for May, I cancelled them. I will not be staying here again.

Very nice place. Plenty of common rooms. 24 hour pool/spa was awesome. Overall a very nice place, though a little more expensive with the $35 parking and no parking that was available all that close to the hotel.
It would have been nice to have a parking option closer to the hotel. The underground parking garage was a little expensive and difficult to park my full-size truck in. All in all not horrible, just expensive and tight.

Written my name wrong. And to use the WiFi required to type in your last name. So, can't use that WiFi.

Loved my room here! Great apartment and walking distance to so many places. There’s a pool and a gym. Great amenities!

Good amenities and nice
We were very unhappy with the second night of our stay. This place is new and has great amenities but that’s about it. Turns into a party scene at night and there is no security seeing who is going in and out of the elevators. My floor was having multiple parties and being VERY loud in the hallways and on the balconies. This went on until 2am and I called the front desk several times about it and nothing was done to stop it. I got 3 hours of sleep and will never be coming back here I do not recommend

Rooms were a good size, the couch bed was very comfortable, close to everything, great eateries close to hotel.
Tv remotes didn't work, unable to find new batteries from staff to get them working. Theatre room was great but remotes didn't work and when contacting desk no one came to fi the problem, a bit disappointing.

The swimming facilities and location.
They provided 2 towels for five people. No bedding for the sofa bed already booked according to numbers. When we rang through to request they said they were busy and to collect more ourselves. Dishwasher didn’t work, no jug to make cup of tea etc only capsules for a coffee machine with no instructions.

Perfect central location to walk the city. It was a secure building with helpful staff.
Would prefer a real coffee maker in this type of short-term, furnished rental. That was the only thing I that disappointed me.

The room was exceptional: large, comfortable, extremely well-appointed. Access to the great facilities was a plus, too.
This wasn’t a problem for us but it may be for others: you are not in the middle of the city in this place. If you have a car, no big deal. But it’s about a 20 minute walk to the Space Needle. Easy walk, but it’s not for everyone. That said, there are grocery shops and some nice restaurants really close by.

Close to a lot of venues and shops. Whole Foods and a few cafes are within walking distance. The hotel is very modern and updated with a great view. I loved the fact that I had a washing machine and dryer. The kitchenette has a gas stove and was also fully stocked with dishes
No restaurants or bar in the hotel. It wasn’t clear to me when I booked that my room would have a kitchenette. Parking was expensive. I couldn’t get the front desk to answer the phone from room phone. The TVs were very difficult to figure out. We opted not to watch them. I could turn them on but not turn the channel on one and the other one I kept getting a network error. I was near the elevator and the handicap assistance beeped all day I could hear it from my bedroom and tried my best to tune it out

Fantastic amenities and comfortable room.

It had a lot of amenities (that I didn’t actually use) and was super conveniently located. It’s great to have an actual kitchen and washer/dryer.
It wasn’t actually that clean. I was disappointed at the level of cleanliness in my room.

Management was abysmal. When they overcharged (charged me twice for the same room) and I alerted them they simply shrugged, said it was my problem and to call my credit card company. Took countless hours on the phone to track all their charges and get it corrected.

You honestly can’t get better than this if you’re traveling with families. Highly recommend the 07 rooms with views of Lake Union and the Ocean. We had the three bedroom sky suite and was amazing for our needs with 3 families with kids. Pools and rec areas are fantastic.
Only reason I can’t give a 10 is because we left behind some prescription meds and cleaning staff denied finding anything despite that we 100% left them there. These were important meds we couldn’t get while traveling in the US and so it was difficult to have to go home early. Appreciate this was our fault for leaving them but I think a 10 out of 10 place would be honest enough to turn them in.

Liked the 3 bedroom suite. Ample space for us. Great view. Well stocked Kitchen.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. We absolutely loved having a kitchen available to cook. It made my daughter feel less homesick because she could just cook meals she was missing. We also loved having 3 pools. It meant that none were overcrowded and we could actually enjoy ourselves.
My only complaint would be to have more directions in the rooms on how stuff works. Such as the fan above the stove. We had to go ask about that because we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Same with the dishwasher. It didn’t have instructions right inside like I thought it might and was more of just a guessing game to get it to run. Just small things like that would have helped in the room.

Amenities were amazing
Checkin was at 4. Our room wasn’t ready until 7pm. Staff was unfriendly and not professional. Our room was not as clean as it could have been. The floor was dirty, lots of dirt. For the premium we paid this weekend compared to your normal rate the stay was disappointing. No one offered to take our bags or assist in anyway when our room was not ready in time.

The building itself was great. Amazing amenities. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was spacious.
Check in was late due to the weekend being busy. The staff tried their best to get everyone into their rooms as quickly as possible.

Amazing amenities. Great location. Large, upscale rooms. Very diverse area with lots of food options. Located in the tech hub of Seattle.
Everything exceeded my expectations.

It was clear that a lot of thought went into creating a fun home away from home. Lots of outdoor living spaces. Loved the rehearsal room and the pool/hot tub options.
No “in-house” restaurant. There were lots of ways to make my own food and if you are a person that prefers to cook your own on vacation that’s great but not me. That said, there were plenty of delivery options and Seattle has some great places to eat.

500+USD overcharged by hotel. Tried to solve this civil way with manager but he stopped responding after I asked about any updates. After 2 months, I have contacted Booking.com for fraud.
