Location was fantastic and liked the parking
Cleaning was not up to the mark,asked for bed sheets ,promised to deliver next day but till the end did not get any bed sheet.so I bought it from Walmart .
There was only one toilet roll it was shocking for me to see only one toilet roll for for entire stay (6dsys).
Facing poor internet service till the end.
Washing machine used last day but it was showing error.

Our room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious, providing a comfortable environment for our stay.
The location was convenient. We appreciated the proximity to the supermarket to buy food, which we could prepare in the well equipped kitchen. It was also doable to reach the Elizabeth train station to get into New York Manhattan.
Throughout our stay, the staff was attentive and helpful, although sometimes tricky, since it was only possible via email/SMS. However, their friendliness contributed to the positive atmosphere.
In summary, our experience was very positive, and we would consider staying here again if we return to the area. Thanks to the team for making our visit comfortable.

Spacious and bright, great parking facility.
Wouldn’t call it ‘luxury’ anymore, with scrapes and holes and plaster repairs on every wall. Zero water pressure (water just trickled out of taps, waterfall shower head with no pressure was rubbish). Not enough plates for four people. No tea towel, two rolls of toilet paper and only four towels (one threadbare) for four people staying seven nights. Mattress on bed badly needs replaced - super soft and no support. Broken floorboard that we reported, but declined to have fixed while we were staying, to avoid disruption.

First of all, there’s no staff on site or signs to guide you, it’s a treasure hunt and not the nice kind. There’s no sign informing you of the garage height so we had to continue to check the height as we drove through as it looked to lower and lower as you went around. There’s no direct way to get from parking to higher apartment floors, along with no sign telling you where the lift is to get to the higher floors. When we arrived, water pressure was extremely low and after a couple of minutes, there was no water at all in the taps or shower. I rang the phone number, they wouldn’t answer and asked us to text instead. As a result of this, we couldn’t get ready for to meet friends which brought us there in the first place. Water did return hours later but with extremely low pressure again, it would take you a full minute to rinse the soap off your hands. Along with all the water pressure problems, towels and bedding were dirty with brown and orange stains. The white sheets were yellow/brown and there was a white stain on the leather couch that could have just been wiped off if the apartment was cleaned properly. It’s very insulting to have a $80 cleaning fee and to have to endure such filthy conditions. Cleaning, signage and management needs to majorly improve. And finally, they email you on the codes and instructions for doors; in the morning before even checkout time, I discover that the email is timed and self deletes, so you no longer get access to the codes which allow you into the apartment and contains the Wi-Fi codes - I really don’t understand this concept and meant if I hadn’t screenshot the email, we could have been locked out… and did mean we could no longer get access to the Wi-Fi code during our stay which was also on that email. I emailed the accommodation after our departure, they never responded. We did however get a $26.40 refund (why that amount I don’t know as the place cost us $192.36 for one night - which is horribly expensive for what we...

The bathroom sink drain is slow and low water pressure.
The bedroom wall looked a little dirty.
The washer and dryer took three hours to wash shirt and pair of pants 👖
But besides those things, it was nice.

The location was nice, we liked the parking option in the parking garage. Surveillance cameras for safety was nice too. But with the little dislikes it was good.
They didn't have seating outside, didn't have tv in bedrooms which would be good incase u have children with u. Also what would be great is to have each level of the parking ramp go-to the floor that they stay on,. More towels and washcloths in bathroom

Ceiling leaked twice in the hallways..passcode didn't work for 2 of the days..got locked out.. bathroom tiles weren't attached..smoke alarms were either missing or covered.. cupboards in the kitchen fell off.. stripped screws..water pressure sucks..

Neighbors above me were very loud throughout my stay. Could constantly hear them walking and running around.

No breakfast or meals included! Did leave coffee and a Keurig! One of the main bathrooms didn’t flush but luckily there was another one there. Soft mattresses and pillows though!
The parking lot was scary looking- burnt out police car to the side as you entered! I was afraid to get out of the car and every door in the garage was locked! The instructions weren’t clear enough as to what level the Only entrance to the inside of the building was!

Lovely, clean and comfortable apartment that was fully equipped. Loved the kitchen and washer/dryer - we did not run out of clean clothes on our trip :) Excellent customer service - very responsive! We really enjoyed our stay here, thank you :)
Lack of counter space or storage in the bedrooms - there was no where to put my things on. A full length mirror would have been nice too. Also, the water turned cold after two people showering - had to wait a while for water to heat up. Other than that, everything was great!

location, marihuana smell in corridors every single night, unfinished apartment, nothing lux about it, pictures on booking deceitful, there were 2 TV’s on pictures but only one in living room. fire alarms not connected properly, beds look nothing like in pictures.

The only thing that I liked was the facilities of the parking.
1. The toilet from the hallway didn't flush.
2. The electricity of the room didn't work.
3. The guest bedroom blankets where dirty and stains.

We cook our own food, location was ok as we're use to that area , we like the apartments it was comfortable and I got all the codes for the building before I got there.i like the kitchen. Closet space is excellent .I would go back .
I hate the beds they're too soft , if you have a bad back those beds ain't for you. The water in the shower wasn't as warm as expected.There was no TV in our rooms.

The appartment was spatious and clean and quite close to the airport. I liked the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Heating was simple to operate and effective.
The doors had to be opened by lifting the handle which is very unusual for me. The worst was that they had been force entered and could be opened even if locked. That made me feel unsafe even if the building and the neighbourhood were fine.

Nothing at all. Customer service was HORRIBLE. Had me pull into a dark garage with no signs (had 3 small kids with me) when asked how I get to the entrance I was only sent a video that was taken a long time ago in daylight. The video had no explanation, nothing. A resident ended up guiding us after 25 mins. When we finally got up, the first bedroom we entered, the light switch didn't work. No light turned on. And the first bathroom had a running toilet that was not clean and overflowing. When I contacted the property they weren't so speedy with their responses AFTER they successfully had my payment and security. I requested everything back because my house burned down and me and my kids had nothing else. They property does not answer the phone and ignores me all day and they still have my money while me and my kids sleep on the streets with nowhere to go. Booking hasn't helped wither.

The comfort of the location and the cleanliness of the apartment. Also, the beds are one of the best.
The water pressure is low, and no hot water during my stay. The interaction with the host. Our host particularly harassed me and my family throughout the stay. The host messaged me several times regarding hosting a party and threaten to end the stay. When I try to contact the host in regard to his complaint he never answered the phone. At a point, the host even harassed us regarding a party and noise level when no one was even in the apartment. This continued until I contact Booking.com and made a formal complaint. Still have not heard from him regarding why he did this. In addition to this, we were there for 4 days without hot water, so showering was crucial.

The place in general was good, it has good facilities, it has a good location, a 20 minutos qalk from the NYC Train Station, it’s modern place to stay on, meanwhile, it has a Citi Market behind the apartment complex which is a good option to go buy groceries if need. It’s also not that far from Morris Ave. that has many Latin restaurants from Colombian to Mexican.
We have a BIG problem of bed bugs, on the 2nd bedroom where I sleep on, the bed was infested with bed bugs, and no, I didn’t realize until I had sleep on it and had bite marks everyone in my body, I had to buy medication as I am still suffering from
it, and the property owner only give me new comfort and new set of sheets, also the control remote of the TV was not working and I informed the property owner, saying they will get us a tv remote, but after 2 days they give us the new batteries for it. And the check in was VERY late, after 5pm, and for you to check in earlier, had to pay for it.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. I had to do some maneuvering of the furniture because of my six month old but besides the point the objects that… Absolutely amazing!
The pictures are deceiving. Every room does not have a TV as presented in the photos. I was told a day later that the photos I saw were for a studio apartment… Which wouldn’t make sense being that I had purchased a two bedroom. The staff? They don’t answer the phone, and only respond to text messages - hours later. Alongside that, they never responded to my emails. Bookinh.com ultimately tried to get in contact with them on my behalf and could not. At this point, they were so disgusted with their behavior, that they ultimately issued a refund. It’s very disappointing because I would love to stay here again, however, I’m concerned about any issues that may arise. The Wi-Fi is horrible, and I’m very leery of the curtain rods, being that one randomly fell, so while I was sitting in the living room. Nonetheless, a very beautiful building. I just suggest bracing yourself for the inability to get in contact with customer service.
