I wouldn’t stay at this property again bc nothing was done about my issues parking was horrible and the cleanliness of t

It was close to the venue I was going to

Found dirty sheets and extra pillow cases under the covers the toilet was over flowing and running for three days and there was NO parking at all the room had a dingy smell and the toilet and shower wasn’t clean upon arrival I didn’t understand how the sheets were already dirty upon arrival

I would like a refund even if I paid and it was not refundable

I did not stay. We could not go because my husband had gone to the hospital. I asked for my money back but no response. I call but can never get thru to the hotel.

Hotel was fine. Shuttle was unreliable and frustrating.

Clean room, decent breakfast offerings.

We had to call the hotel from the airport to figure out how to get to the pickup spot for airport shuttle, which was a bus and a train ride away from the actual arrivals terminal. I wouldn’t have minded if there was clear signage but it was impossible to tell how to get to the pickup spot from either the airport signs or the website (which just gives the general hotel number). At the end of our stay, they said the shuttle left every half hour from the hotel on the 15s and 45s. We came down 10 minutes early at 10:05 for the 10:15, which didn’t show up until 10:30. I checked with staff at 10:20 and they just said it was late, 5 minutes away. Once it arrived, the driver got out, loaded our bags without saying a word, and hung out in the lobby. We realized at 10:35 they were just going to wait until 10:45 and skip the 10:15 shuttle completely. There were so many people backed up waiting at that point and we had no faith it would even leave on time at 10:45 so we took a Lyft. Really frustrating experience.

Una recepción terrible, luego todo perfecto.

Absolutamente todo lo demás fue muy bueno.

La señora que nos recibió, lo hizo de muy mala manera. Se quejó de que nuestra reservación era con Booking y no directamente con el hotel. Llegamos como a la 1 am porque la aplicación de Booking decía que el hotel podía recibirnos.

Dependerá del cuarto que te den .

Elegí este hotel porque tienen traslado en Shuttle al Aeropuerto y como tenia q pasar una tarde alli esta justo frente a un shopping muy lindo. La habitación es correcta , faltan almohadas , pero esta bastante bien y el baño tambien . buen aire acondiciondo

La recepción fue super lenta , la cara de nada de la recepcionista que jamas me miró a la cara Y lo peor , que adjunto foto , es la habitación que nos dieron, Creo que tendría q ser la ultima de todas que le den a alguien que la ventana da literalmente a un techo empinado de chapa y solo se la chapa . odo el dia hubo gente en la recepción obvio que había mas cuartos como pasaba solo un dia no pedi el cambio pero la verdad que es una vergüenza . El desayuno es patético . detrás de unas mamparas entregan un bagel envasado frío una fruta , dulce y queso p untar y si queres y. vaso plástico con cafe y resulta que la leche se la agrega uno mismo del mismo envase que tocan todos ! a ver si hay q cuidarse por la pandemia no es coherente !!! Se escucha demasiado el ruido de los aviones

Rápido acesso ao The Mills at Jersey Gardens e translado gratuito ao aeroporto. O quarto é bastante espaçoso e bem limpo.

Tivemos um falso alarme de incêndio acionado às 2h da manhã que demorou cerca de meia hora para ser resolvido.

Kann man machen - muss man aber nicht

Ok für eine Übernachtung. Betten sind bequem und Zimmer war alles in allem ruhig

Insg. Doch etwas verlebt und schmutzig. Duschvorhang hat gefehlt, verwunderlich dass das dem Personal nicht selbst aufgefallen ist. Über die Lüftung wird der Gestank der Kiffer über das Stockwerk verteilt. Personal war freundlich aber nicht wirklich interessiert

Very very bad experiance

Location Near of jersey gardens outlet mall, restursnts and bus to newyork bus authority

The services was horrible espcially the shuttel bus service the shuttel drops me from hotel to arrival terminal without any perior notice with this new strange policy the driver refuse to take me back to hotel as i'm using wheel chair needs assistance the airlines provided at departing terminal. It was horrible experince going alone with my baggage to departure terminal without any assistance .

Comfortable stay

Everything the overall stay was amazing my children enjoyed it as well and I slept great I wish I had time to use the gym but I had so much going on once I did check in but I would definitely recommend to my friends and family

I can honestly say there wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about it

OK and as expected for one night before flying home from Newark airport.

Nice room. We only stayed one night before flying home from Newark airport. Free shuttle to the airport every 1/2 hour. Great shopping mall close by to kill some time before going to airport. Breakfast was OK, nothing very fancy.

Nothing to see/do in the neightborhood except the shopping mall. Breakfast was OK, but the juice was bad.

stay went well, would not return until issue with bathtub safety corrected

breakfast , clear label on the shampoo , conditioner , extra towels in the bathroom , accommodated early check in , quick check out , shuttle to airport left on time

taking a shower was dangerous as the bathtub surface was VERY slippery- its a true hazard , I requested a room with one queen , received a room with 2 queens. no couch . hallways smelled ,

Inconvenient and the unprofessional

Ultimately everything was handled okay, however the staff initially was not at all interested in correcting the error that was made. The hotel changed names after I booked and they did not have my reservation. They sort of blew me off like I should have been the one to get into their computers and fix the reservation process. For about a half hour no solution was offered. It was pretty off putting with very poor communication and aloofness by the front desk staff .
