Offering 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and 1200 square feet of at-home comforts, our cozy home sits on a large corner lot, nestled away on a quiet street in the heavily desired City of Long Beach.
After days spent at the beach, exploring around the Mississippi Gulf Coast, or enjoying all of the fun adventures that it has to offer, you’ll look forward to relaxing and unwinding with your family and friends! Whether its lounging in our cozy living room, cooking a delicious meal on the grill, or relaxing on our screened in porch while enjoying the Gulf breeze, Blu-Mae Marie Beach House is ready and waiting to give you and your family and friends an unforgettable getaway!
Living Space:
Cozy sectional couch, reclining chair, flat screen TV, & board games.
Kitchen/Dining:
Equipped with cooking basics, Newer stainless steel appliances (stove top is gas), general cooking utensils, Coffee maker (Keurig & regular), toaster, air fryer, crockpot, grilling utensils, Pizzaz pizza cooker, dinnerware/drinkware, pots, pans, and a knife block. Eat-in Kitchen with large dining table, 4 chairs, plus a long bench.
Guest Bedroom 1:
Full size bed, large closet, luggage rack, desk to be used for work and/or makeup.
Guest Bedroom 2:
Queen size bed, sitting area with chair, large closet, and luggage rack.
Master Bedroom:
King size bed, TV, dresser, luggage rack, sitting area with chair. Master bedroom also has an en suite half bathroom with a toilet, sink, mirror, and storage closet.
Laundry:
Full size washer & dryer, iron, ironing board plus beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach mat, and sand toys.
Outdoor Space:
Large screened in porch! Comfortable, wicker/rattan couch, 2 wicker/rattan chairs, and an ottoman. The ottoman and chair can be easily be converted into a chaise lounger. LED lights, dart board, and 2 umbrellas for guest use on rainy days!
Backyard:
Fully fenced, back patio has a BBQ grill, and tree swing!
Parking:
Driveway with space for 4 cars.
General:
Free WiFi, linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods.

Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE.
MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED is 6. NO overnight guest other than those listed on your guest registration when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be FINED $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property by Property Management for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH LIVE, EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
NO PETS of any kind are permitted. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
The City of Bay St. Louis asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm – 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
NO sandy shoes inside the property. Please remove your shoes prior to entry. There is a hose provided outside to rinse sandy clothing and shoes off.
DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside.
NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, hardwood floors or carpet/rugs.
When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
DO NOT park in the grass or on the side of the road. ONLY park in the driveway.
NO trailers, boats or RV’s are permitted.
Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. ANY damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or be deducted from your deposit.
Upon departure, please follow the check-out instructions to ensure that you receive your full security deposit back.

The house is just as advertised! Traveling with our boys was a breeze here- they had games for us and the screened in patio was perfect! Great home!

Long Beach miss. House
It was good, the documentation was long for clearing our application.
Check out was kind of a pain, wasn't there a cleaning fee?
But the house was clean and well kept.
