This is a very nice place to stay. My wife and I both remarked on how comfortable we felt there. A proper home away from home. It was well stocked on all fronts, including the kitchen. And I think what put the finishing touch on was the attention to detail... The towels were large, the bathroom rolls were Charmin Ultrasoft, and there were tissue boxes everywhere you're likely to need them. The hosts seem to work with a service, so you can reach someone with questions immediately, and the hosts themselves step in quickly when needed. We expect to stay here again.

I should have known from the missing exterior pictures that the owners were beginner level hosts. Maybe with time things will get better but this visit left a lot to be desired. First, we arrived late at night, which the hosts were aware of, but the street number is not visible from the street even during the daytime, and the house is tucked way down a driveway behind another house. The host failed to mention either of these facts and so it took us a while to find the house at midnight. After we booked this pet friendly home, the arrival instructions forbade us from any animals on the furniture and also let us know the floor was very delicate and the dog's feet should he wiped every time it came I to the house. Oh. And shoes off, please. Maybe it's me, but if I were renovating home for use as a rental property, I'd choose a tougher floor. This was a bait and switch. The house was recently renovated but still unfinished. Open electrical outlets, closet with construction materials, etc. Not a box of tissues to be seen. No bags for the trash can. Dishwasher full if clean dishes. No mirrors in the bedrooms. No nighttable in the main bedroom. Request to leave trash in the basement or in bins in the garage? There was no basement. No bins in the garage. Best part: the Internet. Or lack therof. First, they provided the password but made it clear they weren't sure this was correct (it wasn't). Just look on the back of the router... where's the router? They clearly had no idea, but we found it hiding behind one of the bedroom doors. Unfortunately, no internet access was available. I tried to troubleshoot the problem but the hosts clearly had no intention of lifting a finger to resolve it. I didn't have a phone number for them but they had mine. Nothing. Overall, very disappointing, and the feel was of a place that the hosts had bever actually visited themselves.
