The only thing that needed to be mentioned was how dirty the rug looked and the sofa bed had a urine stain and crumb's and a floss stick in it while one of my guests had to sleep on the couch downstairs. Other than that the host responded to every need and was in complete communication with me. Everything in the home looks like the pictures and it's a cute lovely home. With comfortable beds especially the masters bedroom bed it felt like laying on clouds. My guests liked staying there.

It was nice to have space and together to visit. The yard was nice for the kids. The beds were good. The set up was nice the kids had there own space. Things need to be refreshed.

This property worked great for us, bigger than we needed it. The home and everything we needed, nicely stocked kitchen and bathrooms

Wonderful home part of a duplex, however, we have both upstairs and downstairs so did not worry about footstep noise. Did not hear any noise from next door either. The door access code is activated exactly at 4 pm so no early check-in. Our code did not work so the property manager who lives on-site let us in. The place is clean and well-furnished. Has a 2-car garage but I couldn't make use of it due to the ski box on top of the car. Instead, I was able to park the car right in front of the door. We had no issues and the heating worked well. We'll definitely return next year if it's available.

Ok parking in the garage but if you have a truck impossible to drive in and out of property was there for my nieces wedding my parents who are in ther mid eighties left the property 1/12 hours after checkout because of there age and the owner charged me 137.00 late checkout fee will never stay there again

We stayed at the duplex for several days while in town visiting friends. It had everything we needed (we didn’t cook, so I can’t comment on how well supplied the kitchen is). It looks like it was flipped recently, so there are some finishing touches that weren’t really complete (tile not lining up, light fixtures above the master bed that wobbled). The minor issue we had was quickly addressed by management. The photos are accurate, but it’s important to know that there’s only about a car width of space in front of the house before you’re at the side of another duplex. It feels tight getting into the duplex and the only way to turn around is to drive into the garage and back out. We only had one vehicle so that approach worked for us. The swamp cooler kept the duplex pretty cool on the 100 degree days we were there, and we had plenty of hot water.

Had a great time visiting our daughter in Salt Lake. The property was very nice, clean, spacious and in a great location for us. Communication was very easy with the owners. We would highly recommend and would stay there again.

We had an amazing trip, skiing/boarding the Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon resorts. The townhouse was a perfect base camp for our adventures. Close to belt loop 215. Quiet neighborhood and a nice place. Fun was had by all.

Clean rooms, easy communication with property manager/owner. They’ve provided a pack and play for my baby- not all the rentals will do that- it was greatly appreciated. Overall a good stay.

Very nice place in a great location. Close to freeway and right between Park City and Alta areas. Will look for it again for our next ski trip.

We had a wonderful and restful weekend in this roomy home. The neighborhood was very quiet with views of the mountains. It was centrally located to recreation (hiking, biking, walking), as well as close to fun neighborhoods for good food, shopping and movies. Not too far from the university. We had 3 adults and had ample room and didn't even use the full downstairs. Beds and couch was especially comfy! Would be a great place for a family with little or big kids, couples, multi-generational groups, or other medium groups. It was really nice to have garage parking. Owner was very responsive.
