About this house rental
This 5000 square foot cabin sits on 37 acres with AMAZING 8500 elevation mountain views from every room. Get cozy sitting by the crackling fire sipping your coffee. Just a couple miles to the 285 highway and restaurants in Bailey, the Treehouse Adventure Park, the wedding venue, and borders the National Forest. Enjoy a quick hike in the backyard or a long trek in the adjacent National Forest or even hunt during the hunting season. The open main level has all reclaimed barn wood floors, large windows, and a beautiful log staircase. You will enjoy cooking for your party with the extensive island, copper farmhouse sink, 6 burner gas stove, double ovens and BBQ. The second story has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms). The master bedroom has an attached sitting area with recliners and TV, and the master bathroom is currently dated but functional and scheduled for a remodel. The walk out daylight basement features game and exercise areas, and an additional bunk room for sleeping. You will find ping pong, pool table, electronic basketball hoop game, and foosball in the basement. Half baths are on the main and basement levels. This lodge like house has been remodeled in almost every area. In this spectacular house, you will find a few areas that are indicative of a remodel in progress such as some missing trim or drywall needing texture. Even with that the house is impressive. Current beds- 1 king, 4 queens, 3 twins, pack and play (upon request).
Dirt road leads from the highway to the house and as such, is bumpy in spots. All cars can access the property with ease.
2 exterior security cameras mounted 50-100 feet from the house on the detached storage building showing driveway and side of house and one in a tree in the back side yard showing the other side of the house. Sensors are on the exteriors doors and will beep, but will not be armed during guest stays. Hot tub is NOT in operating condition and not included in amenities for this property.

So many gorgeous views from this lovely home. It was amazing to sit by the windows every morning and see the landscape for miles around. It's also a great base camp for wonderful hikes through the Pike National Forest.

This was the PERFECT place for our family of 8 to stay. The pictures of the house don't do it justice, it was beautiful and well maintained. The views from the deck were amazing and we truly enjoyed our time. HIGHLY recommended.

We stayed at this amazing house the weekend of our son's wedding. Everything about our stay was wonderful; I only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you, Tiffany, for promptly answering all my questions and for graciously allowing us to check in early!

We felt at home and welcomed the moment we walked in. The owner had a welcoming message for us at the front door of this beautiful home. Our group had a mix of adults and teenagers - downstairs was amazing with pool, ping-pong, gym and plenty of space to spread out and play. The main floor provided ample space for us all to eat and lounge after wedding activities. The bedrooms upstairs provided privacy and ample space to relax. Thank you to the hosts, we SO enjoyed staying in this wonderful home!

From the moment we walked into this house we felt welcomed. It was beautifully decorated and ready for our 12 family members to celebrate Christmas. The house was clean and had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our family. The view from the large windows was breathtaking. Deer were wondering around the property. The family really enjoyed the pool table, fuse ball, ping pong, and the piano. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Tiffany was an excellent host and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this house and hope to come back some day. Thanks

It was much bigger than we expected. The basement was awesome! Pool table, ping-pong, foosball and basketball. Lots of things to do to keep everyone entertained. The bedrooms were all lovely. Kitchen area is large with everything you'd need for cooking and entertaining - even china!
Our only issue/concern is that the deck is rickety. I think it should be replaced soon. There were multiple boards that felt dangerous and ready to break. I know it isn't inexpensive to replace a deck so I understand that it hasn't been done yet. We didn't have any issues on the deck but we were very careful to walk away from dangerous spots.

The property was absolutely beautiful, and was a perfect place for my daughter, her bridesmaids, and mothers of the bride and groom to get ready for the big day, and for family to stay after the ceremony. We had a fantastic time, and really appreciate Tiffany accommodating our many requests in the months prior to our stay. I could not have asked for a better experience!!!

We were a group of 11 adults in town for a family wedding at the Deer Creek Ranch just minutes away. This home was perfect for our group. It is a bit off the beaten path but we managed to take day trips to Golden, Denver, Evergreen, and even to Cheyanne and Laramie. The grocery store was about a15 minute drive.
The LR has a wall of windows overlooking the mountains for spectacular views. Clear night skies and a telescope kept us in awe.
The gourmet kitchen was well stocked, it even had two types of coffee pots.
There were four BRs upstairs and 2 down They each had a bath. (The 2 downstairs rooms were best situated for kids/teens with a powder room to share.) There was a ping pong/pool table, exercise equipment and other games.
There was a dedicated TV room off the LR that sat about 6, so it's not perfect for watching "the big games" unless you are a smaller group. The LR had a poker table that we used to play many of the provided family games available.
The owner was quick to respond, the place was immaculate and the rates were reasonable.
The only complaints we heard was that one of the upstairs beds sagged in the middle and there were a few splinters from the porch wood. Our guess was that the home was built in the late 90's so it may be starting to show some age.
All in all, we loved our stay and would recommend it for large groups.

Great place to stay with a group! Lots of room, very clean. Road to property is dirt and a little steep but very well maintained so don't be discouraged if not used to driving over a few small bumps. The place is worth the drive!

This was a great house. We stayed here with our wedding party and it was perfect. The road is a little bumpy getting to it, but that’s to be expected with a mountain house like this. Tiffany was a good host and communicated well. I’d definitely recommend this cabin!

Breathtaking views from mountain home
Our three-generation family vacation was spent in this spacious, well-appointed home nestled in the mountains.
Tiffany is a wonderful host and quickly responds to any questions or needs.
The basement offered ideal entertainment for our college kids up to our octogenarian parent.
We’ll always remember the sunsets on the deck. The photos don’t do justice to this home and property. Everyone was blown away by it!
Pack some Dramamine if you’re like me. Mountain roads are tough, but once you arrive, you’ll quickly forget the drive, because the payoff is worth it!
Great memories were made during our stay!
Thank you for making our summer special!

A wonderful mountain getaway
My group stayed at the property for work and we truly enjoyed this beautiful, well-appointed house. Everything was immaculately clean and we were easily able to relax during a very busy event weekend. We even enjoyed a few songs on the baby grand piano. We only wish that we were able to spend more time there.
I would highly recommend this property for any group or family and I hope we're able to stay again!

Great location for mountain views!
We enjoyed our stay a lot. This is a great location for people looking to get IN THE MOUNTAINS. The gravel driveway is bumpy but totally doable for all vehicle types. The game room was very fun for my kids and the kitchen was a joy to cook in with every type of cooking tool or spice you could imagine. Communication with the owners was probably the best I have ever experienced - even in the wee hours of the morning!

We had good time
The property is great. Surrounded by nature with fresh air and greenery, it was awesome. The only challenge was the off road to get the property which was a bit of challenge. The host was responsive and communicative. Overall, it was a great stay
