The house was incredible with stunning views!
10.0 / 10.0
Five adults stayed very comfortably here. The access to walking trails from the property, the view from the deck, the location that was convenient to hiking and downtown Sedona, were all fantastic. The house was great and as pictured- the pool table a fun, unusual amenity. Communication with the rental agency was easy. Cleaning was generally good but bowls in the cabinet had noticeable amount of sitting water in them and some silverware in the drawer had food on it and floor had some food stuck. Also, soaking tub in master suite was not connected to the water so is unusable. Still recommend and had a great stay.

This property has credible views and wonderful access to walking trails. Kids loved the billiards table, ping pong table and arcade. Kitchen was well stocked…
Unfortunately there were quite a few interior steps which made it challenging for my Mom who has mobility issues.
Pillows were very firm on the beds and the house could use a deep cleaning and some cosmetic work. The faucet for the tub in the Master Bathroom was very loose, and I think the toilet may also have a small leak in the Master bath.
We had a nice time however and loved the gorgeous views surrounding the property.

This property was amazing. The views are spectacular and the access to trails outside the back door was a huge win. No need to fight to get a parking place. Thanks for a great trip.

We really enjoyed staying in this house. The common areas were great and rooms were spacious. The main room had an amazing view which could also be appreciated from the porch. We were able to hike right off the backyard too!
Management was available to answer any questions and were able to help us when needed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a house is Sedona for a large group

Was a beautiful home. A few updates could make it more modern and having doors shut securely without always locking .
We enjoyed the home though and was clean.

We enjoyed our stay, getting a family reunion together.
The trails just off the back yard were perfect for hiking and running. It's a very peaceful area, so quiet. Even saw a squadron of javelinas off the back yard.
Bring your own supplies, as not much is provided (spices, tissues, coffee, etc.)
Comfy beds, plenty pillows, lots of vignettes to have chats, clean home, and basics provided. Good entertainment with billiards, arcade game, and ping pong.
Would definately stay there again.

Overall, it was a nice place.
- the house was spacious (except for the kitchen).
- it was very helpful that all switches were labeled.
- the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc.
- The views were fantastic!
A couple of areas that could be addressed:
- the garage was very musty smelling
- the entire place needs a good cleaning; baseboards, etc.
- bedroom on the upper floor had no ventilation or a fan
We had a great time; thank you!

We loved this house for our girls weekend. Perfect location. Amazing views from the back balcony. Enjoyed the hot tub. Would highly recommend it and would like to come back!

Pros: Great location, quiet area, trails out the back are a huge deal for this location, house as described, very clean, renting company is very responsive.
Cons: Neighbors and company will be watching over your every move. One night we were reported for "too many cars in the driveway" and "light pollution". Whole trip we felt like we were being watched. During our stay one of the neighbors gave permission for two walkers to enter our property and "look at the view from the backyard". Upcharges for things such as cribs/high chairs/early check-ins. When spending thousands of dollars on a reservation one would hope these would be included - this is the first time I have been charged in this manner. After you go through VRBO you must then accept all of Stay Porter's terms (think many pages with very small text) on their separate website - they grab your CC and will charge it as they see fit. There are statements in various places saying they can charge you various offenses.
I personally didn't like renting from what felt like a "find every profit" system but cannot deny the listing and house itself was accurate.

This house is amazing! The back patio leads directly to a hiking trail and its a short drive to downtown Sedona. The views out the windows are stunning. Whole house and stay was perfect.

Pleasantly surprised at how big the house lived. The master bedroom is a wing in itself - HUGE. Fantastic views from the deck. Loved having extra blankets and pillows in the closets. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house and property to stay at. Made a quick trip from Phoenix for a weekend getaway. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and playing pool.

This was a great home for our 3-day, first time visit to Sedona. We had 3 adults and 2 kids, so everyone had their own room with the adults upstairs and the kids downstairs which was perfect. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and the location can't be beat. The red rock views from the back deck, master bedroom, kitchen, and dining room were incredible. The house was very spacious and clean. The arcade game machine and pool table downstairs were a lot of fun. The master bedroom was my favorite space with a large sitting area with amazing views, very comfortable king size bed, and spacious bathroom with spa-like shower and soaking tub. We loved this house and wish we stayed in Sedona longer to be able to spend more time at this house. We would highly recommend this house and look forward to returning in the future.

Perfect views from this lovely home!
This home and neighborhood was perfect for us! There were just four of us and we knew that the home offered more space than we needed, but the location was exactly what we wanted. For groups larger than two couples, you will find plenty of room to spread out. The neighborhood is quiet and the stars were beautiful, and the magnificent red rock formations are right in your back yard. It’s even a joy to wash dishes when you have that great view from the kitchen sink!! The only thing that could make this home more perfect would be additional en-suite bathrooms for a couple of the bedrooms. We had a wonderful time and will absolutely return to this home again!
