The property could be a 5 star property, but it wasn’t. Beer can and alcohol bottle too were poolside on arrival. Hadn’t been cleaned or swept outside. 2pool features were full of algae. Outside fans on porch didn’t work. The swing chair and one glider chair were both broken and the couch cushions were torn on the outside furniture. Ants in one bathroom and hair in one shower. Blinds were broken or missing on living room windows. The location is beautiful but property needs some TLC to be 5 Star

We enjoyed our stay in Sedona/Cliff house. We celebrated my husband’s 72nd birthday, our party of 10 ranged in age from 8-72.
We weren’t at the house much as we did a lot of exploring, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Grand Canyon, Chaple of Holy Cross, Slide Rock, Grasshopper Point.,,, when there we enjoyed the game room, pool and outdoor space.
We called about the washer in the main house not working and received a call back to let us know it would be looked into. Unfortunately that’s as far as the communication went. There is a washer in the guest house but inconvenient to run the clothes back and forth as we were paying for a washer at both places.
We were able to overlook the inconvenience and had a Wonderful family vacation.

Despite minor inconvenices would highly recommend this space. Comfortable and spacious home, cozy outdoor firepit, gorgeous views of the land all around, from the deck and salt water pool. Few minutes from town. Limited reception provides for deeper sense of self awareness and presence. Cool wildlife hawks nest right in the red rock canyon of the backyard. Efficient responses and support from management.

Great property with awesome views and location! Wifi was a bit spotty given that cell phone coverage was limited in this area.
Host was accessible and responsive - overall great experience!

Rented the Cliff House for a Reunion of old law school friends. It was the perfect spot — plenty of room of spread out, spacious accommodation and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Sedona Red Rocks. Could not have asked for more for the opportunity to reconnect and renew friendships.

The photos of this property online are gorgeous. When we arrived the house feels worn. Carpets are dirty and fraying in spots. I paid to have the pool heated to 88 degrees and it never was. I was told I'd be reimbursed 1 day of heating and have never seen the refund. The pool was dirty all week. I arrived on Monday and was told the pool cleaners arrive on Friday, The home is in a beautiful location, That;'s the only 5 star part about it now.

Location: This house is located just outside of town. But, everything is close. For example, it is just 5 miles to Safeway, 7.5 miles to Uptown Sedona, and if you hike, about 8 miles to the Devils Bridge area, and only 1.7 miles to Red Rock Crossing.. The location is away from all the crowds, noise and hustle/bustle which is very nice.. Yet close enough to town that it is not inconvenient at all to go out..
(Be aware, Sedona is a, “Dark Sky Community,” and they have a strict, “Noise Ordinance.” Therefore, there are no speakers, surround sound systems, and continuous loud noise is not allowed at anytime, but definitely not allowed after 9pm.
Once you arrive inside the house, you scan the provided QR Code for the house rules and ordinances.)
The House: There are actually 2 houses. The main house, and the game room house. Both have lots of room, and both are very comfortable. The pool is off the main house. We had it heated during our stay, which was really nice. It is a soaking pool, I think 3 1/2 feet deep, but we did use it everyday.. And, during Sunrise, if you are at the house, grab your cup of coffee go out by the pool, and watch the Hot Air Balloons come up just over the beautiful skyline...
Speaking of coffee: The kitchen has absolutely every appliance you could need for your stay. Yes, there is a ground coffee/cappuccino machine, and there is a standard K-cup Keurig machine. DO NOT buy coffee filters, there are plenty. The only thing we noticed the house does not provide is: Zip-lock bags. They do have some storage container for leftovers; but if you are planning on packing food, you will need to bring some zip-locks from home, or just buy some at the store.. Also, you must take all perishables with you when you leave, so while there are lots of spices, there are no condiments.
Also, the Laundry detergent was provided, but no dryer sheets, so just pack a few from home to use during your stay. All other amenities were provided: Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion.. Very nice...
The game room house is so fun! They have: Corn-hole, Ping-Pong, Shuffle-board table, Air-hockey, Foosball, lots of games!
Overall, the house was perfect for our group. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with the house, nor the location; it is absolutely beautiful and a one of a kind home. Again, it is not walking distance to anything, nor would I suggest walking on the road, but we thought the location and house were Perfect!!
