About this house rental

One of the few true ski/in ski/out condos at Snowshoe. Step off the deck and you have your choice of green, blue or black slopes. LIFT TICKET is a spacious well maintained condo located at the top of the Powder Monkey Lift. When you exit the lift to the left you are looking at our condo. Cup Run and the western ski territory is just a 2 minute walk as is the bus stop for those wanting the wider slopes and night skiing at Silver Creek. Tuque’s Bar and Grill and the fine dining of the Appalachian Kitchen are also located at the top of the Powder Monkey Lift. The village shops and restaurants are a short 5 minute walk. You enter into an area with ski and coat storage then into the large kitchen with granite tops that is open to the living room with a bar area for additional seating. There is a wood burning fireplace with wood provided and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The patio door opens to the slope side deck with a gas grill. Also a half bath on the first floor. On the 2nd floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have owned LIFT TICKET for 30 years and strive to maintain it in top condition. Having used a rental management company in the past we have decided to personally manage our condo for the 2022/23 ski season. Our goal is to provide our guests with a quality place to spend your time at Snowshoe at a fair price. WINTER GUESTS multi night discount with a 5 night stay. SUMMER GUESTS enjoy the weekend on the mountain and extra weekday nights at 1/2 price

Property was very clean and had absolutely everything you need for a wonderful home away from home vacation. The location is unmatched! It doesn’t get more ski in / ski out than this, and it’s an easy 5 min walk to the village. What more could you ask for!? Highly recommend!

Let me start off by saying I’ve been coming to snowshoe for 20+ years and this is the Best place on snowshoe! This is a Great location right next to lift and the accommodations were as told they would be, everything you need in the kitchen just like being at home which by the way the Owner (Jim) made me feel like I was his Family at his Home. Thank you for the Awesome experience in this Beautiful Home.

We stayed in this condo a few years ago and absolutely loved it, so we booked it again this year for our son’s 18th birthday. He brought along a few of his HS friends and we had an awesome time! You can’t beat this location for ski in/out! It’s also just a short walk to the village, and Tuque’s (fun and tasty restaurant) is right across the lift from you. Western Territory is also close by. We’ll definitely keep this one on our list for future trips to snowshoe.

This place is the definition of ski-in, ski-out with the Powder Monkey lift right outside the back door! The unit is clean, comfortable, and has plenty of room. My family had a great stay and would definitely book again.

This is an amazing property right on the slopes that truly allows you to ski in/out. It was great to have such easy access to the slopes as you walked out the back door and skied down and the lift came right to the back door! It allowed our teens to come and go as they pleased. We will definitely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stemwinder 5! What a wonderful place to take advantage of all that Snowshoe has to offer. The ski-in/ski-out access was so convenient, as was the quick walk to the village! The house was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the communication with the owner, as well. Definitely a place we’d visit again.

Odor free and perfect location. This property was ski in and out, in between town center and close to silver creek. Nice towels, nice dishes, it stayed warm, overall the best place we have stayed In snowshoe. Cleaning crew definitely could have cleaned floors better, but we will Book this property again in hopes to have cleaner floors next time. Great stay, Great communication with owner.

This is an ideal home for family gatherings and winter activities. The powder monkey lift is right outside the door with ski in and out access. Cuddle up by the wood fire as you enjoy time with family in the open layout main living areas. We will definitely be staying here again.

This property is paradise. This is the best spot on the mountain. It is ski in ski out and access powder monkey lift. I had everything I needed the host was amazing. Stemwinder 15 is the best. Can’t wait to come again

Everyone in our group loved this house. It has that Snowshoe ski lodge feel but has been carefully modernized. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, and a cupboard full of games was a great addition since it was a rainy, sloppy, muddy mess for most of our stay. There were thoughtful touches throughout: the cutest bathmats in the bathrooms, a night mode for the master bedroom light, and a sprinkling of family photos that made us feel like we were staying with friends. Jim's communication was fantastic and the welcome gift was an unexpected, pleasant surprise.

I just stayed at this property and chose it based on its location to the top of the western territory trails as that was the location of the UCI Downhill Mountain Bike World Cup. I was very impressed with the quality of the unit, the cleanliness, the size, and the quietness it provided my family of 5. If staying in winter its also super close to a lift on the basin side, so its a great location no matter the season. Hopefully I'll get another chance to stay here again; highly recommended.
