The location of this home was so near the beach, two pools and the pavilion so it was perfect for our family!

Property was beautiful and housed our group of ladies perfectly. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious-water pressure was great! The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to cook breakfast and make snacks for the beach. Loved being able to step out onto a boardwalk and walk right to the beach/pool. Area was so nice we talked about making this a yearly trip.

This location has a lot of beds and it served the needs of my weekend getaway for 12.

Steps from the beach on a beautiful boardwalk. Clean and comfortable.

Location was great! Kitchen smaller than expected. Pools were nice and gas fireplace areas. As expected on site bar and restaurant expensive . Plenty of close restaurants and shopping close outside of wild dunes

The best part about this house is the location. It's a perfect walk to the beach, pools, shops/restaurants, and other areas around Wild Dunes. But this house in particular is quite old. The furniture was like the owner went and randomly got whatever he/she could find and kind of threw it together for a rental. The house hasn't been updated in a while and it could use some TLC. But overall the house was very clean, and despite the AC being out when we got there, the bathtub didn't drain, the dishwasher also wouldn't drain, some of the bulbs were out...the property managers were very responsive and compensated us for the AC trouble the first night, so we really can't complain. I'd probably choose another house on the boardwalk for our next trip, but nevertheless, and like I said before--this house is really for the location! My family and I had a great time.

Pros-great location, good space for large crowd, kitchen had what we needed, great AC and nice outside porch
Cons- not enough coffee mugs for the amount of people housed, additional coffee pots were broken,

Spacious, convenient, beautiful resort.

The house is spacious and located right on the boardwalk. Unfortunately it could use some updating and repairs and was not adequately cleaned. The coffee maker did not work and there were only two small fry pans for a large group. One of the pans was dirty in the cupboard. The caulking in the showers was in disrepair and much of the bedding was stained.

great visit at Isle of Palms

The house was very clean and a great location. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I did have a few observations or recommendations, 1) they need to replace the sofa. A section of it is broken which then caused everyone to try and fit on the remaining part which was in poor conditon as well. 2) they need to invest in some good cooking utensil like wooden ones are at least some that are so flimsy. Lastly the house needs some Tupperware containers and bowls for like cooking mixing and serving. Other than that we really enjoyed the house. The proximately to the beach is fantastic and the boardwalk right outside the door to the pools and the pavilion was fantastic. We would stay here again. One last observation the last step going out the back to the boardwalk is short and easily missed and could be a trip hazard.

Great location! Small issues were quickly addressed. Fun trip.

126 Grand Pavilion is a great location to vacation. The boardwalk, beach bar and pools were perfect. The condo was a little dirty when we checked in, but bearable. The dining room table needs to be tightened up as it was lose and rocked when we were all sitting around having dinner or playing board games. The electrical outlets also need to be replaced because the plugs would always fall out. But, lots of space for everyone, well stocked kitchen with everything anyone would need, and we loved the location.

Sorry to do this but…
When we rented, the listing said we had the 2 Wild Dunes pools to use. Right before we get there we get an email saying we do not have access to those pools. Email after email and no word about where or how to gain access to a pool. The coffee maker did not work and the showers were dirty/moldy. Also it was a very loud place at night with people partying past 2 am. Not my favorite trip.
