The second you enter the room you see a beautiful bay side view! The bed was very comfortable and the heat and ac were great. The counter and floors have a few cosmetic imperfections it the place was really clean. The stove top worked great but the oven didn’t really get up to temperature properly so that was the only disappointment. There were a few fire pits that were nice to enjoy in the evenings and quiet hours start at 10pm - which was very appreciated. The shuttle bus to Provincetown runs right by the rental so you can easily hop into town. Overall this was an awesome spot and we would definitely recommend it to our friends and loved ones! ( it is particularly wonderful for families or visitors who have dogs!)

Place was great. Loved the waterfront location. Only comment would be to have some take the beach occasionally. Seaweed was real heavy. Would rent again!

This property is right on the beach (bay side) with easy access for a swim. We had everything we needed for a long weekend visit to the outer cape. Great location for exploring beaches and so easy to get into Provincetown, right down the road.

Loved the fact that our room was just a step away from the beach. Everything you needed was in the efficiency. Very cute and cozy. The best was that it was dog friendly.

The location is amazing, sunsets over Provincetown are spectacular, walk of the Bayside deck onto the sand and to the beach. Price point was good for this time of year. Bed was super comfortable, mattress on the firm side just the way we like them. Would stay again.

This place was perfect for traveling with a baby. Very peaceful and quiet area. Bonus that you can bring your dog! The only con was that the room wasn’t super clean. The shower drain and the ac were disgusting. The room felt constantly damp. Other than this we were very pleased with the property.

My sister and I were met by Todd and we were shown room 3. Very nice and helpful. This is probably the room where the property pictures were taken and it is breathtaking. The direct beach access had plenty of seating as well as the 2 firepit areas. Will stay here again for sure.

First of all, the location is amazing and it was so fabulous to be directly on a pretty private beach. We loved mornings and evenings on the patio just watching the waves. The proximity to Provincetown was also great, it was a quick 10 minute drive to anything we wanted to do. Also, Days Market down the road was FANTASTIC. However. This accommodation is bare bones. If you go in expecting nothing special, you will be satisfied. If you go in expecting an adequate number of towels or rolls of toilet paper or a comfortable bed— you will be disappointed. Of note, we did message asking for extra towels and toilet paper and were denied. And there was no coffee for the coffee pot which feels ridiculous these days. The privacy on the first floor was also lacking, you’re almost forced to talk to your neighbors if you want to enjoy the patio and everyone on the beach can see into the first floor rooms. Overall we had a lovely stay, but the basic amenities were severely lacking.

We booked though an app but Sandbars Inn did not honor the policies from the app at all. Cancelation fees and times were different. The Phone staff with Vacasa was very rude and even hung up the phone on me. The room had to be aid in full at the time of Booking even though that’s not what it said ion the app. The check in time is an hour later then most places and the check out time was also an hour earlier then most places as well. Early check in was denied by Vacasa. The room was clean but the smell of cleaning products was overwhelming and was hard to stay in the room because of the smell. The floors and furniture is in desperate need of work and replacement. All of the doors stuck very hard. Making it difficult to open and close any of the doors. The slider to the back was so fogged and dirty it hammered the beautiful view. There were no coffee supplies in the room at all. The location of the facility was amazing. The GPS could not locate it however. There is a cute market up the street that was nice! Over all our stay was good. The biggest complaint is all the extra fees Vascasa added to the room that was over $100.!! That was rediculous!

We are "seasoned" Provincetown visitors that like to use multiple accommodations throughout the year ( we visit almost every month) and we were hoping to add the Sandbars to our list of accommodations. Unfortunately we won't be doing that any time soon.
Having payed just under $800.00 for a 3 night stay the end of October we expected much nicer accommodations for the money.
When we arrived the visitors next door to us were treated with a room that was NOT cleaned from the prior vacationers and they let their disappointment be heard loud and clear, not the best way to start your vacation for either them or my wife and I as we were opening our room.
Fortunate for us our room was cleaned BUT under close scrutiny we were greeted with numerous hairs in the bathroom and a bit of mold also.
The kitchenette featured a broken counter top and broken tiles on the floor. For $800.00 one would expect these things to not overlooked.
Outside our room through the patio door we were greeted with numerous broken children's beach toys spread around and myself and another guest had to pick up trash that was all over the back court yard by the chairs and fire pits. It is quite evident their is no one from the facility taking the time to make sure the paying guests are greeted with a clean and enjoyable vacation environment.
With the added service fee of $250.00 that shows up AFTER you book The advertised rate one would expect a top tier vacation rental property, My wife and I were very disappointed.
We have stayed in inexpensive accommodations, mid level accommodations and pricy accommodations and each time we were more than satisfied with our stays based on the price, this visit we were not and we know we will pass on the Sandbars in the future.
The higher end rates don't match the facility.
I would again question the $250.00 service fee that goes beyond The advertised rates with taxes.
Very disappointed with the Sandbars

A cute little studio, that was clean and had everything I needed.

A lovely setting and a decently-equipped kitchen. Comfy bedding and a view that can't be beat. Only desire would be a frying pan for those of us who like to cook simply while away.

This was a perfect spot for enjoying a long weekend in Truro. Walked right out to a beautiful quiet beach and we were close to Provincetown Inn all activities. I can’t wait to come back!

The location is perfect. On the beach and close to Provincetown. The room was furnished with everything we needed. Summer rentals on the cape are expensive but this even seemed high for the cape.

Exactly as it is described - right on the beach. The bay views are incredible and the area is much quieter than you would expect - although, we did stay off season, so not completely unexpected.
Not too big, but certainly big enough for two people and allowing the dogs made it very convenient.
I would highly recommend this place.

Great get away!
Everything was clean and fresh for the start of the season! The view was great even though the beach was chilly. Would definitely stay again!

Nice quick retreat
We spent a quick overnight trip from Boston. The place was in off-season. So was quiet and nice. The view was spectacular. The lock didn’t work when we got there but the host was very responsive and very sweet and got us taken care off. I highly recommend this place.
